I am very pleased with my brand new windshield. I can see and be comfortable in my car again! Zach and the other technician who I did not get the name of were very generous and welcoming on the day I came in to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment as well. It didn’t take long for them to install the windshield and the pricing was well into my budget. If anything happens again to my windshield, I will definitely be back.

I had a cracked windshield and the preferred firm of my insurance company couldn't get me in for over a week let alone come out to me. I called multiple places and then filled out an online form for Novus, they got back to me in minutes and could see me within two days which was the earliest out of all the other firms. Called my insurance company back and they approved Novus and I was able to get the windshield replaced with no out of pocket costs. I showed up at my appointment and they immediately took my car in and within 45 minutes I was on my way. Free coffee and water and they gave me some glass cleaner. What impressed me the most was not only how quickly they responded but these were some of the nicest people I have dealt with in a while. Asking me if I was okay, if I wanted anything hing to drink or change the channel on the tv, etc. Great customer service and if I ever need another windshield replaced they will be my first call.

I got a chip in my windshield that needed repair. Based on reviews, I called Novus Glass and they were able to get me in same day! I was greeted in the parking lot and after seeing the chip, I was told they would have me in and out in about 15 minutes - it ended up being probably closer to 10 minutes (and with 2 small children, short waits are always much appreciated 😁). Their customer service was amazing and the chip in my windshield is now practically invisible. I would very highly recommend this place!

These guys are awesome. Got me in same day in a crisis. Rear windshield shattered and I needed my car. Only one in the area that could get me in so quick! Very impressed. Took a big rock to the windshield over the holiday weekend. Called a glass company that was too busy to work me in and they referred me to Novus Glass. Called to see when they could work me in and he said, "can you be here by 4:30?" It was already 4:00 - but I said sure and drove over. Zach greeted me right when I pulled up and had my truck in the shop a minute later and I was on my way with a great repair completed in 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices and excellent service.

I called for a quote after filling out the online form, and received a call back within one minute. The other windshield repair place I had used in the past had over a month's wait time, and you know if you have a small chip in your windshield that time is everything to prevent the situation from growing which would force you to replace the whole thing. Drove to the shop and they got me in right away and fixed the chip in my windshield within five minutes. I have an eye for detail and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The price was competitive and the value for service was really good as well. Best of all, Alec was really friendly and provided the best customer service and communicated everything step by step. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service from the first phone call to the completion of my repair. They were able to get me in the same day for a big windshield chip repair, which meant a lot because everyone else is scheduling appointments 2 weeks - 1 month out! The damage to my windshield would absolutely get worse before anyone else could fix it. The technician, Alec was very polite and professional. He placed the call to the insurance company to handle the claim. The repair was finished quickly and looks great!

My windshield got a bad chip in it while driving on the Interstate. Drove it directly to Novus, they were able to fix it right then, same day. They worked with my insurance and repaired the windshield, looks good as new. In and out in about 45 minutes, without an appointment! Very professional, went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I'll definitely be back if another repair is needed.

I thought I needed a full chip repair done on my windshield, so I called ahead and Zach said, despite being by appointment only, he could see me right away. When I arrived, he said he just needed to fix a previous chip repair I had had done. It took about 10 minutes and he didn't charge me since it was so quick. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Good value on chip repairs too, normally they cost $65.00 per chip, which is better than the last place I went.

Zack arrived on time and he was efficient and very proficient when he replaced my windshield. Zach was great! I was so surprised to get back to my car after he was finished fixing my rock chip in my windshield- you couldn't even tell anything happened to it in the first place! Zach even made a special trip out to my office to make sure that my windshield would be fixed before it started getting cold outside. I had 3 cars that needed new windshields. I called 5 or 6 different places and Zach @ Novus glass by far had the best prices. I decided to give him a try with my first car. He was prompt, communicated excellent and service was top notch. so I scheduled my other 2 cars with him and both times great service. He came to my office, called from the parking lot each time to let me know he was onsite and going to start doing the work.
