Good service. Reasonable time. The building claims 60% cheaper but in fact after I brought my car in I looked into safelite and advanced auto glass and they quoted me $40-60 less out the door. Will call around next time and not believe the advertisements.

The staff here is very friendly! They did a great job replacing my windshield, and the prices are better than other quotes I received. My only compliant was that the job took 30 minutes over the 2.5 hours they quoted, but that’s just a minor inconvenience. Overall great service and nice people.

Best prices in town. They'll call you when your car is ready if you drop it off. They do a brisk business so it can take a couple of hours, but worth the wait. We've gotten two windshields from them so far, highly recommend.

I am more than happy with the service that Auto Glass Now did. Got me in the shop quickly, installed the glass quickly, all that is what a normal shop would do. The reason why I am giving a huge thank you and review is that my car was getting the windshield replaced parts on my car came off due to rotting and just not being a great piece in the first place. Auto Glass was so kind and said it broke in our possession we will come to you and fix it out of our pocket. 1000% the business could have said that it was rotted before you brought it here I’m sorry but we can’t fix it. They went out of their way and drove to me an hour away to fix this and paid for the parts to fix it. I can’t thank them enough and can not recommend them more! Thank you to the receptionist who kept in contact with me about everything, Thank you Jorge for driving an hour and 5 minutes to fix something that takes 10 minutes, and thank you Auto Glass Now for being a business that looks out for their customers and is ethical! You have a great team working for you! :)

Best service ever after having canceled 2 maybe 3 different times scheduled an appointment Finally did my part and they absolutely exceeded their part they got me in minutes after I arrived and got me out 30 or 45 minutes later unbelievable! Highly recomend this place. When you live in Colorado you'll need glass and they might be the best very affordable very professional and very personable.

I had a wonderful experience here. Drove back from Edwards on Monday night and had several rocks hit my windshield, resulting in a horizontal crack across the entire windshield. They took my call Tuesday at 9:45 am and finished the job before 1:00pm. Thank you so much!! :)

Window on my wifes car was broken. I called auto glass now and they quoted me a very reasonable price. The also said that they will have the glass needed by 8am the following day. I was told that she could take the car in from 8 to 4:30 the following day. My wife went there after work, and the replaced the glass within about 30 mins. Very friendly service as well.

Called and asked for a quote for a window regulator replacement . Was told same day part delivery and service I thought they were just trying to get my business. Note: I called at opening and at 10 am they said the part had arrived! I was out of there before 12 even though I walked in at 10:30-10:45ish. My window got smashed & items were stolen out of my car while I was at work in October 2021. I tried getting quotes for months and they were all around $500, so my window stayed broken. Until I found these guys!! They have super quick turn around time (right around an hour on a Tuesday afternoon), charged less than half the price of every quote I'd previously gotten, and were super friendly and professional. Can't recommend this place enough 😊

Definitely the lowest quote I found for a windshield replacement, but you get what you pay for. What other reviewers are saying is correct- they definitely don't clean up, my dashboard is a mess and had flecks of sealant from my old windshield all over it. I also noticed that one of the instrument panel covers on my dashboard was displaced and is broken so it doesn't lock into place like it should. As it will cost $10 to replace, it's not really worth the hassle trying to get them to fix it, but worth noting that they're definitely not super careful. Overall, my windshield looks good for the most part, so again- what you pay for! Okay shop for the price!

Wonderful in every way! I called these guys around 9:00 a.m. My replacement windshield was in their shop by noon the same day, I arrived at 12:30 and was out of there shortly after 1:00. Prices were 60% less than anywhere else between Denver and the WY border (I called everyone). Friendly and professional service. I highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing prices and amazing customer service. I originally had a window installed in June and then in August noticed a leak with a rainstorm. I called them and they had me come in that same day. They looked at it and said it was a faulty window and would replace it for free the next day!!! I was shocked at how easy and amazing their customer service was. The next day I went and and they did exactly that. Replaced it for free without any additional fees. Maybe I am jaded by other companies, but I was so impressed they replaced it without having to speak to management or try to blame me. Thia window worked great in the rainstorm the next few days. I highly recommended!

Really exceeded my expectations. Replaced the windshield on my Outback WITH re-calibration of EyeSight for $492 out the door. They were very prompt with a quote and got the whole thing done in an hour or two. Left the car perfectly spotless inside and out and even moved over the oil change reminder sticker and my transponder. Hopefully won't need to replace any more windshields for a while but if I do, they'll be the place I go.

Broke my back window on the truck unloading some plywood too quickly and needed the glass replaced by the end of the day since I park in an open parking lot. Called them around 10am, they had the glass to their shop around noon and installed by 2pm.

Called several places around the Denver area to replace my windshield, Auto Glass Now had the best deal in town. The work was top-notch, staff was great and friendly and they finished by the time the promised. They beat Safelite’s quote by over $200!! The only drawback is the limited parking, but I’d go back there in a minute and I absolutely recommend them!

This place is pretty quick on replacing my windshield, I was impressed that it took less than 30 minutes to get the job done! The staffs are friendly and the work that they put it in was awesome. The only complaints that I want to address are minor. They didn't tell me about the melding fee until the last minute after the new windshield was put on, no big deal. I did see some broken glass around the passenger side. But overall I'm satisfied on the work.

This was one of the only auto glass places open to get a quote at this previous sunday. I got my quote quickly and was offered service the following day. I got my windshield replaced on Tuesday and they were very professional and even vacuumed out the glass that had made it inside of my vehicle. I recently got my windshield replaced here. The girls up front are very nice. The shop isn’t the cleanest but it’s was ok. When I went in for my appointment they were busy. I never asked them how long it would take I was figuring an hour or two. I was there for about an hour and half before it was done. They did a great job. Can’t say anything negative.

I have used this business many times for my auto glass needs. They always take good care of me and more importantly my vehicles. The are hard to beat on there pricing and you aren't compromising quality or service. They are open on Saturdays which is very nice for me. They have been here for a long time. They didn't just open recently and aren't out to screw people. They offer a mobile service for a few bucks more. I would recommend using them.

They did a great job. My truck needed a replacement door window and the door was pushed in prohibiting the window from sliding up. The technician was thorough and got my permission before proceeding with pushing the dent out. I would definitely recommend this place for a replacement window.

Took quite a bit to get my glass replaced, but that’s because the glass that had been brought in had a huge scratch on it, so the store ordered a new one. The manager came out and apologized and told me they were offering me unlimited chip replacement for free. It stood out to me that they were looking out for quality in their materials. And given the cheap estimate, it wasn’t much of a bother for the long wait. The quality of work was well done and the service was excellent. I know usually it goes by quicker for other people, so I would recommend this place. Way cheaper than Safelite and you can support a local business while you’re at it!

Was a little skeptical based on the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! They replaced the windshield on my Mercedes GL350 at a great price. As an added bonus I didn't have to recalibrate the front camera (for the lane keeping assist). The only downside is that they took a little longer to do the replacement than estimated. But overall, great service at a great price!

My fiance wanted to pay $550 for a windshield replacement. I said, "**** no!" This place was more than half of that price. I waited an hour for it to be done which isn't too bad. The guy next to me said he waited a few hours the day before and had to come back. Get there early! Also, the parking situation is not ideal, but there's additional parking in the alley if you can manage to get there.

When our back glass broke on a late Friday afternoon I was stuck trying to find someone to replace it on Saturday (snow storm was expected Sunday). After calling around I found this place - definitely the best pricing, was able to get me in that day, awesome women in the office, and it only took about an hour. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because the best price = not even a cursory attempt at cleaning up all the broken glass. Yup, we still have broken glass inside the hatch and it rumbles and squeaks horribly! If/when I need glass replaced again I will definitely consider them first even if I have to figure out how to clean up all the broken stuff.

I was a little weary after reading the reviews, but after doing business with them I think most of the negativity was because of the long wait times. To be clear.. I just had an 8am appointment on a Monday morning and I was out of there by 9:15. If you have a weekend appointment, I can see how you could be waiting so long. The shop is only so big and with it being located right off of busy Alameda, there’s not a ton of room for them to expand and take in more cars at once. My new windshield was a Christmas gift from my father and I was pleasantly surprised that Auto Glass Now did a great job. Even after my dad told them the wrong windshield configuration, they were polite and helped us get the right one in my 2011 Volvo S60. That’s another thing I was worried about- how well could they install a replacement windshield in a car filled with sensors. It didn’t seem like too much of a problem! So, I can’t say a lot on longevity, but from the naked eye, the new windshield sits in place no differently than the factory windshield that used to be on the car. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with these guys and I’d recommend them!

Have gone twice for two separate windshield replacement. Both times, I had to return for either rain wiper sensor not working and rear view mirror cover plate not snapped in (I tried to do myself but feared I would break). These were not noticed until another day or 30 minutes away and therefore had to fit in a “go back” in the middle of a day when I was back in the area. Both times the technician blamed my Mercedes model for its difficulty. Not sure what I will do about my next windshield replacement, which is an annual occurrence in Colorado.

Best price I found in town, they got me in the same day, and staff was friendly. However they made a very inconvenient mistake after I had already been waiting well over my estimated wait time. I'm still giving them 4 stars because they did make an honest effort to make it right and came to my work the next day to finish the job. Everybody has their off days, it's what you do after that matters most, and I do feel they genuinely wanted to make their mistake right.

People polite, prices reasonable, but first windshield had distortion at very bottom. I waited 2 and half hours for the job to get done, in part because of delivery issue. The windshield wasn't there when I arrived. I called a week later about distortion and was told to come back for replacement. Again, windshield was not there when I arrived and I waited for nearly three hours for work to be done. People who came in after me were told it would be an hour and a half to two hours, depending on which employee they talked to.There was a medical issue with a tech, which I understood. Second windshield has same distortion. It may be normal but wish they'd said that at start. I can live with it, but overall not the best experience.

I got my windshield replaced a few months ago. They are so organized and knowledgeable here, and their prices are some of the best in town. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is older and the crack had spread across the entire width, though it wasn't in the way. While getting it changed, they offered a bonus for a price I couldn't refuse including new wipers and headlight restoration. The process was quick. Great, polite, well-priced professionals work here. Best accident I ever made. I came to their shop after thinking I scheduled an appointment with them when in fact I scheduled an appointment with another shop. Traveling through town with broken side glass, called and the lady had no issues finding the glass we needed for transit van (had called several places already and had one windshield place come to us). This is actually my second windshield replacement with this company. After calling around to 5 different companies they quoted me the best price. Another place was only a few dollars more but couldn’t fit me in until Friday. My Uber inspection was required yesterday so it had to get done today to be waiting 3 more days is going to cost me more in lost wages than it is to pay for the glass repair. First off the address of the location of 1537 W. Almeda can not be found any where in site. When you call the service number it is to a regional director. They quoted me for 2 types of windshields. I wanted the one with the emblem. I didn't get it. I got a comparable windshield. I didn't know until I saw my vehicle. They were nice and fast but wrong order... Make sure you know what they are going to put on IN PERSON. I kept the windshield because I don't have time to get it replaced again.

You can’t beat there price. Super respectful employees although they don’t treat your vehicle like it’s theres. Used vise grips instead of a wrench on a window part but the guy resolved it. Tore a window wiper and got black paint I can’t get off on my blue paint also scratched the hood of my truck. Overall though they did a good job and got the job done in a matter of time. They need to take more pride in the vehicles that come in and treat it like it’s their own.

I got a really amazing price and they got me out faster than they estimated! Very helpful and friendly staff. My only minor issue was that the waiting area smells badly of cigarette smoke, and I'm allergic. So, if you also have this allergy, just be mindful. :)

Was looking to replace the windshield in my '94 Mazda B4000 (Ford Ranger), I called around and got a few quotes, their's was the lowest at $161 (after tax), they were also available to fit the windshield the same day (2 hours after calling in fact). I arrived at 11.30am, was seen by a helpful girl in the office. At 11.56am I had my keys back in my hand, and the windshield was in. I'm not an auto glass specialist, but the new windscreen looks perfect. Considering this was the cheapest quote I found, they were fast and friendly, and their service comes with a lifetime limited warranty, I feel I have no choice but to leave a 5 star review. Update: 5/8/2018 The glass is still perfect and leak free. A+++

Broke my rearview mirror housing during the install and insisted it was already broken. Didn't properly install so that the automatic wipers would function. Total unprofessional ripoff. Update - They are assisting me in getting this repaired. There was a miscommunication at the office. They are ordering new parts in and will fix the car in under a day. I know this place has a lot of negative reviews but my experience was pretty great. I called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for a new windshield to be installed at my place of work on the following Monday. I called Monday and got my "time window" which was from 1 to 4 PM. The installer showed up at 1PM and completed everything within 30 minutes. I paid exactly what I was quoted when I initially called. All in all, my experience was a positive one.

Cheapest place I could find, same day service, took about an hour. They managed to get my CO state parks pass off my old windshield and onto my new windshield (I tried peeling it off and couldn't, assumed I would have to replace it, was very psyched when I got in my car and saw it). The windshield withstood today's major hail storm, despite many cars around in the same lot getting destroyed so the glass quality must be good.

Shattered back window: Called a couple places. All the other shops couldn't get to it until Thursday or Friday and its Tuesday. Its snowing so they said head down and they will cover it temporarily and install the window tomorrow. I showed up and one of the techs said if you give me an hour ill do it now. Out the door for $175.00 with only liability. Other shops quoted $200 to $280 before tax. Still sitting in the shop, hopefully the labor is as good as the custom service.
