Had a 6-7 inch crack on my windshield that occurred early on a Tuesday morning. Called Action Auto Glass and spoke to KC after filing an insurance claim through State Farm. He was able to not only look up the information for the parts needed immediately but set up an appointment first thing the next morning to get me taken care of. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming and explained the breakdown of how long it would take to repair, some recommendations of things to do while I was waiting, and even got it done quicker than originally quoted. Two thumbs up for Action Auto Glass!

Around a year ago someone attempted to steal my vehicle. If it wasn't for the chip in my key - they would have succeeded. This of course lead to a costly replacement of my steering column and new chipped keys. Which in turn left little money to replace the driver side rear window - let alone repair the door frame which the thieves badly bent up to break in. Priorities. Right? I had called several big names in the auto glass industry to be quoted big sums of money. So I put it off. And off. And off.... A few weeks ago someone got into my vehicle again (let's be honest, missing a window is close enough to an invitation to these kids)! So I resumed my search for a window. I got the same issue over and over. Big dollars and a week or two wait. As I was about to give up, I decided one last phone call. I called Action Auto Glass. Not only was the conversation pleasant (to be fair, I am a nice guy and often treated well because if that), he knew what he was talking about. If that wasn't good enough, their ask was substantially more reasonable! I pulled the trigger. Great customer service. Respectable price. It was worth a shot. The day has come. My window has been delivered. I arrive just before my appointment. They quickly got my jeep into the bay and started working on it. As I waited, the guy I originally spoke with over the phone is humoring me in idle chatter. But what really stood out was the fact he was just as pleasant and knowledgeable over the phone to multiple callers. Turns out it wasn't just because I'm a nice guy. While there I met the owner - he is a dedicated business owner with a work ethic that rivals my own. I occasionally watched the technicians work. Their skill was obvious by the ease of which they handled the job. I looked over the new window before driving away. They did a great job! All around great experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a glass repair. Next step. Finding someone just as amazing to do body work on the same point of entry.

Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, the service was fast (less than an hour), they coordinated very effectively with State Farm, and communicated well. I'd go back! I've had a lot of weird experiences with auto shops in the area, this was the best by far.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are second to none and they go above and beyond for their customers. My total before i came in was $315. They dropped the price to &250 because of a scratch on the windshield they gave me. Best part is is it was a superficial scratch really! GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!

Wonderful service by Lloyd and his guys. It was an easy process to receive a quote for windshield replacement and they fit me in at the end of the day within a few hours of calling. I arrived a few minutes early (before my new glass had even been delivered), but they went ahead and started removing my cracked windshield to speed up the process once it arrived.

Loyd the owner was very professional and cool. What he quoted me was exactly what I paid, o be. I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield. Prices are the lowest in Denver. They had it done in under an half hour but you have to wait another half hour to let it cure. In and out in an hour. It was cool watching them replaced it so fast. Great job Loyd!

Great fast service with extremely knowledgeable staff. So much so they were able to Diagnose a problem with my windshield leaking that even the dealership couldn’t figure out and offered additional parts to resolve at an extremely fair price. I’m not from the state so it was great being treated like a friend. Can’t thank these guys enough

$65 cheaper than safelite. Great customer service. Called on a Wednesday afternoon, they let me come in Thursday morning and they got my windshield installed in no time. Also they use a quick dry adhesive so we only had to wait 30 minutes I believe, could've been an hour. It's been 3 weeks since I got it replaced.

These guys were amazing! They had us in and out within 30 minutes and gave us the best customer service. They were really friendly and did far more than just replace the windshield by priming parts of the dash that would eventually rust. Best price. Best customer service. Windshield was destroyed and we were just passing through town, in a hurry, out of time in the middle of a trip with 500 miles to go. Lloyd and his team did a great job for me where other companies came up short. I had cracked my stationary panel on my F-150's sunroof. Mostly places didn't even want to deal with it where Action Auto glass took care of it just fine. The communication was great and they did a windshield and complete sunroof replacement in one day. Today I got into an accident where my windshield, windshield wipers, and my passenger mirror were affected. I knew with the storm coming I'd need to have my windshield taken care of quickly so I immediately got in touch with Action Auto Glass. I was able to have my windshield replaced - same day - and within a couple of hours after this accident occurred. These guys were incredibly nice, their customer service was fantastic as they went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield wiper blades and put my passenger mirror back on at no additional charge (I did buy the wiper blades with the intention of putting them on myself but they went ahead and did it for me). I'd give them 10 stars if I was able. Thank you guys SO much for helping me out and making this process practically stress free - keep up the excellent service!

Was only in Colorado for a couple days, called 3 other glass repairs and all were fully booked. Called action auto glass and Loyd picked up! He managed to squeeze us into his busy day and was amazing at fixing the crack on my windshield! These 3 Canadians are very grateful for your help and kindness! On top of that, a rock hit my relatively new windshield yesterday, which created quite a spider webbed crack. I stopped by and they repaired the crack on the spot and at no charge. My window was pretty messed up from a prior accident, the first window they put in was great. A week or so went by and the first one they put in started a crack from the bottom to almost the top. When I took it back in the replaced it for free. Super friendly, gave my son lots of candy as well!

In June 2018, my family and I were traveling cross-country from OH to CA and the AZ, and while camping in the Rockies near Denver we had to break the vent glass on our 2004 Saturn Vue vecause we had locked the keys inside.
