The crew over at Rapid Glass comes highly recommended by me. Professional, extremely reasonably priced, quick, courteous and most of all very personable. I forgot to mention locally owned. I could not recommend a better company, Brian and his staff are absolutely positively the company I will always go through from this point forward..now to be more careful when mowing the lawn, pick up all rocks. Excellent fast professional service. Contacted Rapid glass on Friday and had my windshield installed the following Monday!!! Came to my place of employment and replaced my windshield!! Brian was more than helpful and accommodating when he replaced my windshield. He took care of everything even when he was on vacation. Ordered my windshield from the dealership, worked directly with the insurance company, and had my new windshield installed in less than an hour. So glad I went with a local glass repair place. Couldn’t ask for better quality work, timeliness, or awesome customer service! Highly recommend!

I was so pleased with my experience with Rapid Glass! I needed immediate repair for my car from a rock shattering my windshield where there was glass inside the car. It was already after 5:00, many places were already closed and I could not get to a rental car location. Bryan answered quickly when called him after 5:00 and he was able to make me his first appointment the next morning. He ensured my car would be finished by a specific time that I needed it, and I have had no problems with my new windshield. I recommend this company to anyone who needs quick and reliable service. I had to get a front windshield replaced on my car yesterday. I searched other companies on Google. Others had higher fees (some fees were hidden) and bad reviews. I chose to go with Rapid Glass Service and I must say I'm very glad that I did. The service was very professional from the first phone call until after my windshield was installed. Our experience was first class with Rapid Glass! Our company was broken into last week and after two other companies came out, had to go back to the office to send a quote, and still couldn't fix it before the weekend, we called Mr. Stanley and he fixed on the spot! The price was great, he was very professional and made the experience as pleasant as it could be after a horrible ordeal. We will be using him for all of our company needs in the future. Someone broke into my car and shattered my window. My insurance wasn't going to cover it, they were able to get my window installed nice and proper. I was in and out within 20mins at a significantly reasonable price. The real GOAT. I would recommend them anytime.

I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade. My windshield was cracked by a rock that flew up from under a dump truck's tires while I was driving behind him. I shopped around on the internet later that evening for window glass repair/replacement and saw all of the raving reviews for Rapid Glass and thought I should check them out. I called Bryan the next day and he offered to stop by and check it out that same day. The next morning I filed a 10 second claim through my Geico Mobile App sent Bryan the information. He called me within the hour to confirm he received the information and had the glass and would be there the next morning to install everything. As an onsite property manager and someone who has worked in the hospitality/customer service industry for the past 10+ I was blown away at the level of customer service I received as well as the speed and efficiency. He came to me both times which made it 10xs easier and had completed the installation within an hour or less. 5 stars, and would highly recommend!! Thank you so much Bryan.

Brian was extremely accommodating to my situation. He replaced my windshield and front passenger window at night (which was a lot of work in the dark). He came on time, replaced both windows within an hour, and accepted my insurance at the last minute. He was a huge blessing and had everything set up and ready to go within a few hours. One of our commercial vans had a bad crack in the windshield and several of the local companies were not able to fix it that same day. I dealt with Brian of Rapid Glass who was exceptionally helpful, eager to assist us, and guaranteed the replacement of our glass window that same day! Insurance can be a pain to deal with, but Brian was calm and patient during the whole procedure and somehow the claim filing process turned out to be smooth and successful. Everyone knows how much of a pain it is to deal with a cracked glass and given the legal implications in some states, you may be unable to drive for days. But Brian was understanding and able to take care of our issue right away. For sure we will definitely utilize the services of Rapid Glass if it ever happens again.
