I am completely satisfied with the job done by Brent and the guys at Auto Glass Now on Bull st. After needing a total rear window replacement for my vehicle. I made the appointment while in a different state. Upon my arrival back here they totally replaced the window and gave me a discount as well because I had to wait a few hours on the glass to arrive. . I rarely leave reviews anywhere but for this place I feel that this is necessary. My car got broken into one morning and I had no clue what to do so I called a couple places and this one answered and told me they could get me taken care of. There was glass all over the inside of my car and stuff thrown around everywhere (I didn’t have time to clean it bc I had to be at a funeral 3 hours away that day) I took it to auto glass and they vacuumed the entire thing out and even put all of my stuff back in the place it goes and replaced my window. It was ready 2 hours after I dropped it off! They are great- highly suggest them

The day of my appointment there was only one guy working. Initially I didn't think it would turn out well but he did an amazing job. He was literally running the place single handed. The appointment was delayed but he was calm and professional while explaining, giving options and managing the phones. I chose to return later and he kept his word and completed my windshield replacement quickly. He also noticed my current out of state registration sticker and held on to it for me. I would have forgotten it! Overall very professional and friendly.

Had my car broken into recently and had to find a place to get it fixed quickly and this shop absolutely delivered. They had the glass for car in less than a day and during the appointment they replaced both pieces in less than 45 minutes! Only two guys working there and it seemed busy the whole time but they were both very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had two exceptionally large cracks in my windshield for months now... and then finally accidentally ripped off my rear view mirror from the glass. I spent hours calling around getting quotes from auto glass repair shops quoting me at $300 minimum on a 2009 Corolla. I finally stopped by Auto Glass Now and they were able to assist me for a large fraction of the price with labor and fees included. I was thrilled... my glass came in 24 hours and the labor only took 20 minutes from the time I walked in. Not to mention I came in for my appointment 30 minutes late and the customer service was beyond exceptional. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass now for professionalism and flawless work at an affordable price.

I’m glad I got my windshield replaced here. They have the best customer service in town from the manager who greeted me with a smile and the technicians who told me how long it would take(finished before the estimated time) and then thanked me after handing me my keys upon completion. I wish they had more stars to give. And the best part is they have the lowest prices in town , I CHECKED.

I needed a windshield replaced in the worst way. All the quotes I received were close to $400. But luckily I came across Auto Glass Now and they were extremely helpful. I’ll give em 5 stars. I just so happened to need my vent glass replaced (the one ironically captioned in my profile picture) and no local businesses had the glass and most couldn’t even get it. After corresponding with Wayne for several days and tracking down the particular window to some place in Florida I had no time to wait. So I went to pull a part and removed a door of my make and model and then took the whole thing to Auto Glass Now and was in and out. He was helpful and courteous and made sure to inform me of all the ways I could save time and money with my auto glass needs. I saved hundreds already with bringing my own glass and it was well worth the work of getting the door and worth the installation price as well. And I too tipped Wayne a $20 bill for the hassle. Thanks again Auto Glass Now and the manager, Wayne for the valiant services.

Did amazing work to get my windshield replaced even tipped the worker a 20.00 cause he was on point with all he was doing Edit. Do not listen to Jack Heape. The place is a really good business. They didn't choose the location but there work speaks for itself. They can't control what goes on outside there establishment and shouldn't be repramended for someone else's actions.

Very fast cheapest places in columbia this is now my second time in a week coming here due to a crazy ex. Both daniels(receptionist and mechanical) our both very professional and understanding.
