Had to have a windshield replaced. Received a referral from my body shop people for Aarons Auto Glass. These guys are fire! This is the second time using them. Prompt, on time and nice! Came to my house and was it was done in 30-40 minutes. They were also $100 less than the big glass companies. 💯% recommended!

My experience here was great! I had a rear side window replaced after an accident. I was skeptical about the window being able to be replaced because of the damage my car has. The associate made it possible, and I was in there for about only 30 minutes with an appointment. Great job Aaron auto. Amazing work and stellar customer service. I was able to text them information about my vehicles that needed windshields and set up an appointment. They did 2 vehicles at the same time and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and even showed me the condition of my ‘92 Jeep’s frame before they put the new windshield in so I knew what it looked like. They even went so far as to remount my iPass. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks

This place is amazing. I walked in thinking I would have to wait a week or more to get my cracked windshield replaced. Not only did they replace it in less than 2 and a half hours but they also tinted it for me. Best car window replacement business I've ever used. Highly recommend them!

I recently used Aaron for an out of pocket windshield replacement abs they were great! I made my scheduled appointment and was in and out in a relatively short time frame. I was able to wait in their clean and well lit waiting area while the work was being done. I have used them in the past and have recommended Aaron Auto Glass to friends and family, who have also had good experiences. I will likely return there to make a window tinting appt.

Highly recommend them to everyone. 1/2 the price of their competitors and twice as fast. Very upfront about the lane await camera and the possibility of having to readjust at an additional cost( still 1/2 their competitors cost). Aaron Auto Glass is simply the best! We found the rear window of our car completely broken when we went out to the car one afternoon. After asking around, we were advised try Aaron Auto glass. We are so glad we did! I texted them, and they answered me back right away! We were able to bring the car in early the next morning, and the job was done very quickly. We have not had any problems whatsoever with the rear windshield since it was replaced, and I would absolutely recommend that everybody go to them! Definitely five star service!

Very helpful and efficient service. We were in Chicago for Thanksgiving and vehicle was vandalized. Broken window. Really needed same day service and they were able to get us in on day before Thanksgiving. Shop was very busy but they were finished sooner than estimated. Cleaned up all the broken glass, cleaned the new windows and even opened the vehicle door so I could get in. Would definitely recommend.

I was in Chicago for a visit. Someone smashed my passenger-side window the night before I was scheduled to drive home. I texted Aaron Glass pretty late explaining the situation, thinking I would not hear till the morning. I received a reply nearly immediately offering to fix it first thing the next morning. My mini van had a cracked glass front winshield. I was scared to where to take it., Last time my ford mustang glass cracked it was $1,200 dollars. I called and was quoted $175.00 dollars. I dropped it off and shortly after that it was ready. I was so pleased it was new wind shield and it fits perfect, the entire staff including installers were professional, friendly and kind. A theft attempt was made on my vehicle last night which resulted in my back passenger side window being completely smashed/shattered. I called Aaron’s Auto Glass as soon as they opened @7am and was able to bring my car in for a window replacement as soon as 7:15am. My car was worked on immediately and was notified by 7:45am that the job was finished and my car was ready. All this to say, after feeling so violated from my vandalized car and driving a cold car as the temperature is dropping, I’m so grateful to Aaron Auto Glass for ending my nightmare and for providing quick and excellent service that left me feeling relieved and back to normal.

I chose Aaron’s Auto based on the favorable reviews but found their service to be subpar. They didn’t call when by car was ready. The car was returned dirty inside and out. The windshield wipers were not replaced correctly so I had to turn around and replace them 2 weeks later.

A rock had fallen and caused impact damage to my windshield while I was driving home, and my friend had suggested Aaron auto glass in Chicago, so I called them and Josh the sales rep was incredible! Super knowledgeable and explained everything to me crystal clear and very friendly!! They were we able to schedule me right away and when the driver came to repair the windshield he was done in less than an hour!! Really quite amazed with how quick and how well they did. I have a rare windshield because my car is a vintage Saab. Someone smashed my window and some how these guys were able to get a window within 2 day and install it. Windshield are super hard to find but the quote didn't match that. They charged me less than the quote and it was super affordable. No idea how you charge so little on hard to find parts, but you have a life long customer.

I had a great experience everyone there is extremely professional and efficient. I had my windshield totally replaced it took them less than an hour. I have an 04 model car and the total cost with labor and everything was only $145. It also came with a lifetime warranty which essentially covers everything except obviously accidents or intentional damage. Five stars!! I can't recommend this place enough.

Amazing customer service! My rear view windshield scattered on New Year’s Day and Aaron’s Glass was able to fit me in for an appointment two days after the incident. They quoted me $125 for parts and labor (what a deal!!) when Safelite was going to charge me $450. What a rip off! I would highly recommend Aaron Glass for a good deal, a wonderful job, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and refer all my friends to them!

OK, I deleted my last review because Aaron's came through and held up to the quality of service they want to provide. In the beginning there were some issues on their end with the mobile service which was upsetting and disappointing. After they read my review, they owned up to their mistake which I look highly on because you do not see that very often anymore and I respected that. They asked for another chance which after their reply, I decided to try and see what happens. I mean, everyone has bad days, right? We worked out the details and a couple days later, they were here to install my windshield. The Tech's were nice, and they replaced it in about an hour making it look great. In the beginning the experience was a little rough, but everything worked out great and very pleased with service they said usually happens. Thank you again.

And the mechanics that did the job were so kind, they even cleaned out all the broken glass from my trunk. Did not expect that. It's not the most "professional" place. Had a tree branch fall on my back windshield after a bad storm on a saturday. looked frantically for a glass repair shop nearby and thankfully i found Aaron Auto Glass. I spoke to Dominique who was very friendly over the phone and provided a quote for my cars specific windshield which was much lower than other quotes i received. Luckily they were open on a saturday (other places arn't) and they were able to get me in the same day and have it all fixed within a couple hours. Service was great and the price didn't change and the installation comes with a 90 day warranty which gave me piece of mind. Amazingly quick to respond and perform a full windshield replacement. I have a 2012 Subaru Forester and I spent 2 years putting off this repair thinking it would be over $400, but I finally looked for a quote online. Their website made it super easy to select the work I needed done, and I received a customized quote within the hour. I was then able to make an appointment via text for the next morning. It was done in under 90 minutes for only $177! Everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and helpful. Would of gave them 5 star if the would of put back all the screw they removed to put in windshield in .missing 3 screws .Now I have a windshield grill that has a vibration. Told me to bring back in but it a hour drive each way. I told them to send there mobile installer to my place but now they say I am out of service aera even though they where going to come to my place the day before for an exter $50 . Be careful and look your vehicle over before you leave

These guys are like savers. My wifes car was broken into on a Friday night, by Saturday morning i received a response text. After getting my battery replaced, I headed home on the highway and my hood flew open and shattered my entire windshield beyond repair. This was around 5pm on a Friday. Everyone was closed. After frantically trying to handle whose services I could procure to fix my windshield, on a lucky Google search Aaron's responded within an hour and set up an appointment for mobile service to come to my job while I was working the very next day early in the morning. Not only did they replace the window but they made sure that the dent on the roof caused by the impact of my hood was extra sealed so that no water can get into the cabin of my vehicle. Best thing is, extremely competitive price. They communicated with me every single step of the way while I was away working. You are appreciated during a scary moment for me, Aaron's and you have this customer for life.

I'm surprised at the availability they have to do window repairs considering the amazing job they do, not to mention at a great, reasonable price. I appreciate that they were able to save one of the stickers on my window, and how quickly they replaced my windshield (less than an hour). I shopped around for windshield replacement after a crack appeared and Aaron Glass was the lowest price with the best reviews and very easy to book. I arrived a little late but still got in quickly (despite them being very busy). Everyone was courteous (thank you Carla!) and I felt comfortable with their social distancing regulations/preparedness. We were in and out in an hour. I should mention our car is older (11 years) and no longer produced yet they were still able to get in the next day. I would definitely recommend.

I brought my 1999 Land Rover Discovery II in for a water leak repair. They did'nt fix it the first time so i brought it in the next day and they had to take out the windshield and re seal it which i had to pay the difference for (not a problem) however after they re did the seal they returned the car with my air intake cowl broken. They're Customer service is on point and they reached out after I intially left this review as you might have seen below. They are making things right and this goes a long way with me. I am changing my rating and would go ahead and reccomend this shop even through this.

My sales rep Josh was fantastic. I called to get an idea of what it would be called to replace my windshield and recalibrate my safety system since my car has a camera behind it. Originally the windshield they found for my car wasn't the same so I went ahead and called Mazda for a quote and part number. The price from Mazda was ridiculous. $607 just for the windshield. Didn't include installation and recalibration. Called josh back right away with the part number and immediately I'm saving $400 on my windshield and installation. He also saved me an additional $250 on recalibrating when he said 95% of the cars they work on don't actually require recalibration. Said they'll install it and if my car does give me error codes then they'll do it. I really appreciate the honesty I was given. What would've cost me over a grand at Mazda, only cost me $300 at Aarons auto glass. I used them before for window tinting and now windshield replacement. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Ask for Josh. You'll definitely be taken care of.

I went to them for a sunroof leak. They fixed the issue but it didn't last long. I just called to come in only to be placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Then the lady comes back to the phone quoting a price. I asked what is the price for because she never asked me why I needed to come in. I tell her about the sunroof leak, she then says oh well will be all day and we're busy. I said if I'm calling to set an appointment why does that matter. She wasn't helpful at all! When I asked what does all day mean, she responded maybe 5 hours. I will go somewhere else where the receptionist are more helpful and the work is guaranteed. Update- The owner reached out to this post. I took my car back to get serviced and I had no issues with setting up an appointment. I did notice I had broken glass in my car/seats and my rear view mirror is damaged but I just wanted to be done with my sunroof leak.

Everything about the service went perfectly: the work was done perfectly, the time estimated to get the job done was completed within the stated time frame, and the price for the work done was the lowest price in the city. $75.00. I was expecting a low price point would give me a mediocre job. I was wrong! This was the third time I’ve been at this shop in the last 3 or so years. This company is a gem! I live in a nice neighborhood and unfortunately had my car broken into (by a side window) twice, and another time had to replace my front windshield (a ding from a pebble hit my windshield on the highway and in no time turned into a long crack!). I drive a Subaru sedan 2015. I used to drive a Lexus SUV, and if I needed work done I wouldn’t hesitate to take that car here. If you care about having quality care and concerned about price, this is the place to go! Manuel, the service person who handled the repair was great! They were able to re-use my front window gasket on request to keep the factory appearance, even on an older car that required a little extra patience and skill from the installer. This place is professional and very fair priced. Back in 2014 I had the back window broken and needed it special ordered. Everything was fixed within 2 days. Went back to them in 2016 when for a front windshield. Fixed the same day. Now in 2020 among the pandemic a different car had a broken windshield. I have to give a big thanks to Carla at Aaron Auto Glass, I came out on a Saturday afternoon and found that my windshield had been destroyed. So went through making a police report and then trying to find someone to fix it. It was about 2:30pm when I found Aaron. Went back yesterday after 30 years. Still can’t be beat in terms of pricing and customer service. I requested 8 quotes to replace Mazda Tribute windshield. Carla helped set up everything for them to come to my job and replace my windshield which definitely made it hassle free for me. This is the second time we have used Aaron Auto Glass for windshield replacement on two different cars. Both times were excellent experiences! We called for a quote and were told to come in at our scheduled time. Each time we arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff in the garage. You head to the office after leaving your car with the garage staff. The staff inside is equally terrific! So friendly and efficient in their work. I went here to replace a broken passenger-side mirror on my van. I called up to get a quote, received one, and then went in with no appointment. I only paid $28 (with tax) for the mirror and installation, which I consider a great price. I only waited for about a half hour. They fixed the busted driver's side rear power window for a flat $55 plus tax. I sent an email on New Year’s day about a crack that went from the top center all the way down the driver side front windshield. The gentleman got right back to me via email and said that they could get my vehicle in the very next day! I woke up early and go out there at the moment that they opened. Once there the receptionist was very nice, being at 8 o’clock in the morning. It only took them 25 minutes to replace my front windshield and get me on my way. ** LIFETIME WARRANTY ** This was by far one of the best customer experiences I have had it when it comes to anything automotive. My tints came out nice. I was a little confused because they didn't have all the tint percentages posted for an example. I ended up getting 20%. I was allowed to wait while I got my windows tinted. There isn't really a comfortable place to chill for the few hours that it takes. But, there are a few chairs and a TV. Sitting in the chair can get uncomfortable after a while. There is no bathroom for customers, so be aware.
