We pulled up late on a Friday evening and Anthony was eager to help us out! The entire staff were helpful and pleasant; welcomed us and quickly repaired our chipped windshield. They even let our dog wander the shop and enjoy what treats they had left in the cabinets! Very affordable, above and beyond assistance.

The team at Novus are great! I've had windows replaced and cracks fixed. They're quick and honest. Highly recommend! If nothing else, stop by and grab a fee set of window bandages to cover chips and keep them clean until you can get it fixed.

Weird thing here... We brought a chipped windshield...9 degrees outside. The chip spidered. They fixed it all for free.. "you brought in a chip and left with crack...sorry"

Best place to take your car for new window. We were getting ready for a trip when our window was blown out. Called several different places and only, Novus seemed to be willing to help us. Got the car in that day and had it for the trip the next day. Thanks to everyone at the shop who helped us get going g on our trip.

I received prompt service when Novus fixed a chipped windshield. The repair is basically invisible and holding up. They also dealt with the insurance and all I had to do was answer a couple of questions with my insurance rep. * Novus Glass is a preferred vendor with Allstate insurance and Allstate picks up thg tab on chip repair.

From the beginning they were patient and willing to help me with my claim, they worked quickly and efficiently to get my vehicle back in a timely manner, and even offered to drive me back to my apartment after I dropped my vehicle off. Awesome customer service. I got a rock chip late Friday afternoon, talked to them on Monday and they had me in and out within 30 minutes. They also worked with my insurance and had it fixed free of charge! Including fixing another chip that I didn’t notice. They’re awesome!

I was traveling me too short of a turn gas station made some phone calls to try to find somebody to fix it was refer to these guys buy another shop cowboy glass, I might add both places were very helpful these guys and gals were able to get me in and back on the road within a day I would highly recommend them for anything their service is second to none and their front desk was as good as their service was and helping me out can’t say enough good things about them thank you again Novus glass

I've had cracks in my windshields repaired here twice. They do great work. Also, warn you upfront it may not work, but were successful both times. They even brought to my attention that my insurance company would wave deductible and pay for repair.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I have had service here in the past and was never disappointed. However, this time my car was left very dirty with pieces of rubber from the previous windshield all over the front seats, inside the vents, etc. I don’t expect my car to be cleaner than when I dropped it off, but I also didn’t anticipate having to vacuum it out either.

Out standing service out standing finished product. I brought my truck in to get the windows tinted. I had to drop of the day before my scheduled appointment. They completed my tinting that same day and had it back to me by the end of the day. I Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Professional level staff always provide correct replacement windshields, or fill in chipped spots that actually "hold" over time. Done efficiently, mindful of your time, but allowing for appropriate "setting" of glues and fillers. Have had good service by this business for many years!

History on safelite:Did not get good customer service. I got a faulty work done they said they would refund but I got the run around for 1 1/2hrs talked to 4 different people who had nothing to do with my refund or giving me a quote out of pocket for my wind shield. The staff talked over me could not find me in the system. Supervisor would not talk to me at first then when he did talk to me he was rude cut me off would not give me the quote until I got upset and asked for corporate it took 5 mins to get my quote after that. I still dont know how to vet my refund. I will not be getting my window throw safelite and still be talking to customers relations. If you want the run around this place is for you. I will be going to Novus they did a good job on my last replacement window

After a rock chip on the freeway in Cheyenne, I pulled into safelite to get them to fill it before we left town on a road trip. They couldn’t get me in for over a week, but the receptionist sent me down the street to get a sticker from Novus and schedule an appointment with them (safelite) for next week. Drove to novus and they pulled me right in an fixed my chip right away. Everyone was so friendly and quick. Great place to go!

Used Novus a couple years ago to fix a chip in the windshield and they did an excellent job on a very big chip. It has not been an issue since. So I decided to use them again when my sunroof got busted on a trip out of state. I had ordered the replacement sunroof on my own and had it on hand to replace the broken one. Novus immediately got my car in and performed the switch in about 20 minutes. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and are also extremely friendly. Novus will be my first call for any auto glass issues I may have in the future. Top notch operation.

they fixed my door window when it would not come up. After they fixed the window the automatic look would not work. Took the door apart again and fixed the lock. Not an easy job but the stayed right on top of it. This will be the only place that will touch my auto glass in Cheyenne. Can't say enough good about them. I highly recommend them.

Novus Glass was able to fix the chips in my glass with only 2 hours notice. I was driving from Casper Wy and was pelted with rocks by two semi Trucks. was afraid it would crack. They make room for me and had me repaired within 30 minutes. Very Polite. They also were the only glass shop that answered their phone. Safelite and another put me on an endless hold. Glad they helped.
