I was running 10 min late they called as a courtesy to see if I was going to make. The office manager was professional and very friendly the technicians were polite and efficient. I was a pleasant as getting your windshield replace could be. I recommend them to all my friends.

Such a great place to go and have your glass fixed or repaired. Quick on their toes, had my front windshield ordered and here the next day and installed in an hour! Great prices and excellent work, guaranteed even! You'd be glad you chose them!! Would definitely use them again if ever needed.

I visited this business for the first time. I was greeted by Jeremy who was the epitome of professionalism and superior customer service. I needed two of my work trucks’ windshields replaced. Jeremy got both scheduled for the next day. I’m grateful to have a company like this in my neighborhood (Kanawha City) that is customer-centered and does the work exactly as expected and promised. This is the second time I’ve used Auto Glass Now in Kanawha City for windshield repair. They do an excellent job, the process doesn’t take very much time at all just minutes, everyone is friendly professional and helpful. I recommend them and I will use them again.

This is honestly the best place to get your glass replaced and they are the cheapest! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve had to get my windshield replaced twice now and it is the only place I will go!

They were at my house before the time that was given to replace the windshield, they was sent the wrong one and had to drive to find one and still had it done before the time scheduled and they did a great job. The workers were very polite I will use them again if I ever need a replacement again
