The back, passenger window of my wife's car was hit by a rock and shattered. We dropped it off one evening, left the keys in a drop box, and it was fully repaired by noon the next day. Also, it was much less expensive than the bigger guys. Go local!

Literally one of the best experiences one can have! I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs! I had accidentally cracked my rear power sliding defrost window in my Silverado and needed a quick replacement, although they couldn’t fix it immediately they completed my truck exactly when scheduled and at the quoted cost. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and friendly. Despite the situation (me breaking the window…), the kindness and friendliness certainly made me feel a lot better! Thanks so much for true Excellent and quality service!

My experience with Ed & Sons was absolutely incredible, and I recommend them to anyone in need of window replacement. I had discovered yesterday that, unfortunately, my car was broken into because the back passenger window was completely shattered. When I called Ed & Sons, they were incredibly accommodating and reasonable in their estimate for replacing the window--especially compared to some of the other auto glass repair shops in the area. They told me that they could replace my window the next day but that I could drop it off any time (even at night since they have a key drop box). I decided to drop it off the same day I called, fully expecting that they would not work on it until the next day, and I got a call from them that same day saying that my car was ready to be picked up! In other words, they were able to replace my window on the same day it had been completely shattered as a result of the break-in. You don't know how much the quick, affordable repair eased my stress and made my day after the horror of having my car broken into. Not only that, they did an excellent job with the installation. Thank you so much, Ed & Sons!

This place is great. After the windshield broke I was expecting headaches. Called them, they gave a surprisingly good price for the replacement. I set up an appointment date. Dropped off the night before. Then picked it up fixed the next day. Couldn't ask for more. They also transferred all the stickers (inspection,oil, EZ pass tabs), solar remote start, and everything over to the new windshield without leaving any marks at all. I'll definitely be going here from now on.

Was a customer here a few years ago, and ended up back here this week with another major crack in my windshield that required it to be replaced. They were able to get me in super quick and did good, fast work for (what i felt at least) was a pretty fair price. Will be back here again if i ever need to

Excellent service. I had a broken rear window and a pitted windshield on two different cars. I called around and found that two major companies I called weren't able to source the rear window and another private company came in at an extremely high price. A coworker recommended Ed & Sons and I'm glad they did. Ed and Sons was able to quickly source both pieces of glass and came to install them at an extremely reasonable price. The technician was quick and very professional. Would recommend to anyone

Great place. They are professional and service was quick. I will have their number for future use due to the fact that they were able to handle my repair. I called about 1/2 dozen places and and they said they don't do that kind of work I needed. Ed's said it's no problem for us. You got my vote.

My car was broken into and my passenger side front window was smashed as a result. Ed and Son’s Auto were extremely courteous and timely. I called them the morning after the break in and I had a brand new window the same day at a much cheaper cost than Safelite’s quote. They even cleaned up the shattered glass that was scattered throughout my car. Employees were very kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!

I have a 2017 Toyota Sienna with less than 18K miles on it. Unfortunately it has been a stone magnet and I had 4 chips in the two years and few miles I've put on it. So I called to get estimates from a few places and looked at online reviews. Settled on Ed & Son's. They said they could do it the next day, and their price was much less than Toyota's quote. The new front windshield looks just like the old one, and they got my inspection sticker and ez-pass holding stickers back in the exact same spot. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the price! Waited a few weeks to post this review because I wanted to be sure that the mirrors and blind spot detection on my mirrors still worked well before posting this. A trip to Delaware today on the highway confirmed this.

Well, I have known Mike for over 35 years. I have worked with him and competed against him as I had an auto glass replacement business. Your review says nothing as it gives no details. Furthermore often times customers give us incorrect details over the phone. When you arrive with your vehicle. We may find you have a heads up display that you did not mention. It may have an antenna in the windshield you for got to mention. You may not have mentioned in was shaded as opposed to tinted. What about a rain sensor that no one knows they have until we tell them. So think about the next time you want to review a business, at least give some details. Give the business a chance. to explain the issue. I see reviews like this all the time, person is frustrated ,angry whatever and they lash out without knowing the impact their review may have

I showed up a few minutes before 8 and when I arrived they were very polite and extremely clean as they were wiping every thing down due to the virus after I walked in they showed me directly to the waiting area where they had a nice tv with cable coffee and water they only took 30 minutes to change my windshield on my tractor once they were done they then vacuumed my driver seat and floor for the shattered glass and also the passenger seat and floor as well they were all very polite and professional I would definitely go back if needed
