Love this place! Employees are wonderful, service is great. Had my windshield replaced and they worked directly with my insurance company. Could not have been easier. They even vacuumed my car and gave me a can of auto glass cleaner. If you need your EZ Pass reattached they have adhesives available for a very low price.

I went in for an inspection after a few other places were having issues with the computer system being down. From the second I walked in, I was greated by two lovely ladies at the front counter. My vehicle was brought right in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I'll continue to come here for all my inspections in the future! Oh and my seat wasn't moved! Every other place I've been in the past whether for an oil change, inspection sticker or whatever else... my seat is always moved back and adjusted up or down. I appreciate they left it where it is! It can be a pain to get it back to where I need it

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these folks. I had a complicated windshield replacement. Fiat in its infinite wisdom decided to design the most complicated windshield and trim system possible and then build it really cheaply. So the window garnishes had to be replaced to replace the windshield. The affordable folks had to track down parts and supplies, over several months, to get everything needed to replace the windshield on my 124 spider. Not their fault it took so long. Mopar and Fiat parts chains are a mess. Finally they had everything and did an absolutely outstanding job. They called me, we set up an appointment. They provided a free nice clean well running loaner car as the job was going to take 4 hours or more. And everything went in perfectly. It was frustrating that mopar and fiat have such a disaster of a parts chain now, but Affordable autoglass people managed to get the last remaining trim pieces in the country to get my job done. And they even gave me an OEM replacement windshield! Safelite didn't even want to touch my car and my replacement, all they would do is patch the ding, and the patch only made it look worse. But never a question from the affordable autoglass people. I drove in and showed them the ding back in April. And the tech said "yeah we can handle that here no problem. I'll fix it up like new." They then worked with the insurance company and parts suppliers to get it done right. I never once had to even call the insurance company after the claim got handed over to affordable auto glass. Affordable dealt with everything direct. Got my car back perfect. In the future if this ever happens again, they will be my first stop. Everyone there, technicians, office manager, everyone just friendly and business oriented to get the customer through the windshield replacement process with as little disruption to their lives as possible. VERY WELL DONE!!!

I have been going to Affordable Auto Glass for years to get my vehicles inspected and they’ve been great. But just recently, I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock that flew up on the highway. I immediately called Affordable Auto Glass and spoke to Sarah. She was very professional and helpful. She informed me that there was national shortage on my replacement windshield that it could take weeks if not months to get one. She then told me that she would do her best to get one as soon as possible. Honestly, I figured I wouldn’t hear from her for quite awhile. To my surprise, Sarah called me within a few days and said that she was able to locate one and scheduled me to get in a few days later. Once I arrived for my appointment, they had a loaner car ready and got me on my way within minutes. A few hours later, Sarah called to let me know my truck was ready. Not only did they replace my windshield but they also vacuumed out my car. Their professionalism and attention to detail is truly appreciated and the reason that I will be a customer for life.

I had my windshield installed here and am very satisfied. I was greeted by Tammi who opened up a few minutes early just to get me taken care of. I was given a loaner that was not fancy but got me to and from. The loaner was spotless. The job was done promptly and the windshield is as good as new. 7/19/2017 Update: The owner Joe called me the next business day and asked me to send him pictures of exactly what was wrong. He was very courteous and wanted to make it right. He verified that the windshield did not fit correctly cosmetically, and that the black residue should not have passed his installers final inspection. He offered to replace my windshield with an original BMW branded Pilkington glass at his expense. I took it in for the replacement and was able to clearly see a difference between the old glass not fitting properly and this new BMW branded one. It was amazing to see that the owner responded quickly to the review I posted and wanted to resolve my issue immediately. I definitely had a positive overall experience and will be coming back as well as recommending this place to others. My original review I left was a 1 star review. Had Joe simply replaced the glass with another brand or attempted to replace with another Pilkington I would have changed my review to a 4 out of 5. However, because he went above and beyond by replacing my glass with an original BMW I am giving Affordable Auto Glass a 5 star review. A side not - the front desk people were very friendly throughout the whole process as well. Thank you Joe! Scheduled my 328i to have the windshield replaced. The original BMW windshield that I had said Pilkington under the BMW logo so that is the brand that I requested. After the install I noticed that the windshield did not look like it fit the same as the original windshield. I verified with another BMW 328i i saw in a parking lot later during the day. I posted pictures to show what I mean. Also there was a black residue that was left to dry on my hood that I had to clean up after. I was told that the glass is exactly the same as the original glass and the only difference would be that this does not have the BMW logo on it. I call BS. Look at the pictures and make your own call on who to trust. Overall I am very unsatisfied. I am also concerned that it could start leaking in the future.

Michael Stone is good people. Came in for inspection, he stated a third brake light was out (news to me), and rather than do what the Firestone on Boston Road did (charge me $12 for a two-pack of bulbs, then only replace one), he replaced it for free and told me to have a nice day. Very professional. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is they don't tell you state inspections don't start until 8am, so I sat in the parking lot for a over a half hour (opens 730am),even though no other cars came in.

No brainer for inspections and windshields. Friendly and welcoming everytime you go to them. They warranty their products and services which gives you piece of mind. I have never had any issue with their work and have had many windshields replaced across various vehicles. Used to have a loaner car not sure if they still do, but it did look like they have a shuttle. I can't confirm either at this time though.

Went for inspection and was impressed enough to write a review. I'm sure inspections don't make them much money since it's not their main business but the professionalism and care that was put into was top notch. They used their own floor mats and plastic seat covers which I never seen done with other inspectors. It's the little things that stuck out and would use this place for auto glass if it ever needs to be done.

I was not real excited to have to get a windshield replaced. All I really see are wide open shops with cars crammed in, tools all over the place and racks of glass just laying about. I spoke to a friend of mine who is a professional in the business in another state he said to look for a small business Who depends on their reputation. Stay away from the big box glass shops. Enter affordable auto glass. These folks were super nice very easy to work with and did a real professional job on my wife’s Audi. Our biggest concern was scratches on the paint from the wiper blade area because it seems every shop that’s ever worked on one of our cars for some reason will scratch the edge of the hood with the wiper blade arms. But not here, they covered the car clean the car and there is not a mark or Scratch to be found. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they did inspections to as that was the reason we were looking to get the glass replaced. So I got two for one. Thank you affordable auto glass and your staff .I will be returning customer

I had a very pleasant visit here. My day started off going to a my "regular" place to get my car inspected. I was told my "regular" place no longer does inspections and was referred here. Like with anybody, change is hard, but I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly even when they had a bunch of cars there before inspection as well. They got me in and out as fast as they could and it really wasn't that much time. I even got a little parting gift of window cleaner which honestly is one of the better window cleaners I've ever had! Wish I could give more than five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very quick and easy. Called in the morning after my truck was broken into and they had the glass ready to go by the time I was able to get my truck to them, then it only took a few hours to have the glass out in and the professional attitude of everyone that I interfaces with was exceptional. My go-to for state inspections and glass repair/replacement. The professionalism and punctuality is unparalleled, and ease of mind, knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. I once made an appointment for windshield repair with a competitor that was closer to my home, even though I’ve been to AAG several times in the past. The competitor promised to take me next day, but when I came as scheduled (took a day off from work), they told me that they didn’t have the appropriate windshield in stock my my vehicle. Never had an issue with AAG. They’re always straight forward and keep to their word. Highly recommend.

I went to them to replace the glass on my side mirror. From the minute I walked into the door, I was greeted by unbelievably friendly staff, they even offered crayons and a picture for my youngest to color while we waited. They were quick and efficient. I have been going here for my yearly inspection sticker for many years. The staff is professional, the inspectors are knowledgeable. I have legal aftermarket tint on my windows and they inspect the windows outside which is the accurate method in which to inspect aftermarket window tint.
