Had a great experience with this business. I called and left a message that my windshield needed replaced and they called me back shortly and set up a windshield replacement appointment for a few days later. The replacement process went quickly. The rear window of our Lincoln Navigator shattered. My wife had called some place that said it would be over a week just to order the glass so I got a second opinion. I read the reviews here and called the Windshield Guy. Rocky was super nice and despite being booked out for two weeks, he not only had it in stock, he fit me in the next day due to it being the rear window and the cold weather AND was much cheaper than the other quote. The guys that came out were super nice and professional. They did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Terriffic!! The installation took place in the woods north of Boise during deep mud season. Zipped right up and did a perfect installation on our old Motor Home. Rocky ordered the correct tinted 1966 Mustang Carlite windshield and used my existing fastback rear window as well as reproduction rubber moulding and clips to install both. He worked with the original polished stainless trim to fit as best as possible. This could have potentially been a challenge, as the car had new rear quarters. His patience and skills won the day. Highly recommend.

I called Rocky about a rock chip and a few days later he came to my house to fix my windshield. He's always fast and friendly, does a great job without over charging you or your insurance. My insurance company listed my claim as a full replacement. Rocky could have replaced my windshield and made more money but he didn't because he's honest. He waited a couple of days to be paid while my insurance changed the paperwork . I appreciate his honesty and friendly service and that's why I stay with his company .

The owner of the company came out 2 days after I called. The other 3 companies I called could only come out a week to 1.5 to 2 weeks after I called them. Not only that, but one of those companies was $200.- more for the job, and the other 2 were $150/ $160.- MORE!! After he was working out in the 100 degree + weather, and the passenger door windiw behind the driver was replaced (it had been smashed in), he said dont worry about the tip line! I thought "forget that"! And gave him the well deserved tip he deserved. 2 days later it there was an awesome thinderstorm, and was genuinely grateful for his fast, amiable, professional service which he performed at my place of employment! The only question I have is where is that sixth 🌟 for his above and beyond service he saved me with? Skip the other Treasure Valley windsheild companies. Save yourself TIME & $$!!!

Rocky came out for what I expected to be a repair of a leaky seal around a window. He inspected the area and found that the leak was caused by something unrelated to the window, showed me how to fix it, and demonstrated how to put the interior pieces back together. I was planning on an expensive service visit but I was very impressed with Rocky's honesty in diagnosing the problem. I will definitely call The Windshield Guy again when I need an automobile window replaced or fixed. Thank you!!
