Summit was great to deal with. The lady answering the phone was very helpful and kind, and I didn’t feel like I was bothering her when asking for a quote. The scheduling was great and I was able to change the date of service when my flight was delayed. They were very pleasant to deal with. I got a call 20 minutes before the technician came to my home, which I also appreciated. The technician was helpful and did a great job. My previous windshield was leaking and there was some rust in the frame on my newer truck. He said he cleaned it and primed it to reduce rust, which I really appreciated. I felt like he went the extra mile to do it right. Overall, I’m really happy I used their service and I’d recommend them based on their customer service, kindness, quality of work, and flexibility.

I rarely write a review but I was very impressed by this company. Absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Summit responded to my online quote request with a friendly call and scheduled an onsite windshield replacement for my 2019 pickup. My technician, Cole, called ahead of time and arrived on the dot. Colt and his brother replaced my windshield for my 1960 International Harvester C1000 pickup for a ~very~ reasonable price. Hardly took them any time at all, although I did have the old windshield and seal out and the frame cleaned off before they arrived. Because my windshield was a salvage, I had to agree that if it broke on installation, I wouldn't hold them accountable, but that was to be expected. No problems though, everything went smooth as glass! (yuk yuk yuk) I was also lucky enough to find a company making brand new seals for my truck, so I had everything ready for them. They installed it "dry" with no sealer, but they said if it ever leaked, just call them up and they would stop by to address the leak with some liquid sealer. It was so nice to not only find a company even willing to work on a vintage vehicle these days, but two guys with such great attitudes while they did it. Even got some pointers on replacing some flat glass in other vehicles I had around the place. Will definitely call them back for that when it's ready!

Both Tiffany and Colt were exceptional to work with to get my windshield replaced. The amount of coordination Tiffany did between the insurance company and the dealer which was required for the calibration was exceptional. I was quoted two seperate prices to replace my windshield on my Ford 150 truck. Summit Auto Glass offered the same windshield plus installation at less than half the price of Safe Lite Auto Glass. The Summit Auto Glass technician Dane took great care installing the new glass did not charge extra to replace a couple of clips that were broken or missing. Great service at a great price.

Cole did an excellent job repairing a rock chip in my Tucson that I wasn't sure could be repaired due to the size. He very factually explained everything to me and let me know it's probably not a permanent fix, which I totally understand! At this point, you can barely see the damage. Great people! Came here after I’d had my windshield repaired at a different place out in Sun Valley and the rain sensor wasn’t working. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! They diagnosed that the rain sensor was missing and put in a new one (which they had on hand). Only charged me the cost of the part, which was ~$20. Overall, an excellent experience and I’ll be happy to work with them in the future!

Super easy. Handled my insurance paperwork so all I had to do was drop my car off and pay my deductible. Mobile service was not an option due to my vehicle's safety systems needing to be calibrated to the new glass. Job was complete in a couple of hours and they even moved my oil change sticker and car wash pass to the new glass. It's been a couple of weeks and there are no issues. Would use again.

After having the OEM windshield for 18 years, and numerous little nicks, scratches, pits, and sandblasting due to driving thru numerous occasional duststorms. The windshield would light up like glitter from the glare of the sun. The coup de gras came from a pretty good sized rock chip right in the middle of the drivers side of the windshield a week ago. Decided to relace the windshield instead of repair. Summit Auto Glass LLC was recommended. Contacted them. The gals running the front office were Kind, Courtesy and Professional. Was given a quoted price range (depending on if moldings had to be replaced or not). Scheduled the work to be done. Took the Vehicle in day of installation (they will come to you, if you don't want to come to them, mobile unit). Cole and his team were also very Kind, Courtesy and Professional. Installation took about 1 1/2 hours. You can't even tell that the Windshield was replaced except one major difference, no more glittering sparkling glare from the sun. I know you have different choices and experiences with Vehicle Windshield installers. Personally I would Recommend them. To each their own. Very happy with the work done.

Had a quarter size rock chip on my 6 day old brand new Tesla Y. I was super disappointed until I called Summit. They came out the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes and I can hardly see anything on the window now. Professional, easy and super great work. Colt and Mark came to check the windshield to find a leak but turns out it was some plastic pieces that were old and no longer sealing. They pulled the glove box and blower motor out trying to find it and eventually fixed the problem, which had nothing to do with the windshield. On top of that, they refused to let me pay them! The auto dealer couldn’t even fix the problem and insisted it was the windshield. Truly amazing company with that classic small town mentality paired with incredible expertise and professionalism. I will use Summit auto glass for ALL the windows in my house, cars, etc.

Had a broken windshield replaced on my 1.5yr old Highlander. Job outcome was perfect! Good as new like nothing happened. I took pre and post picture of all corners and no difference in fitment in and out especially on the rubber seals. Did a great job replacing our windshield. Transferred our Idaho State Parks Passport stickers. They stand behind their work and have excellent customer service. Our pre- collision sensor started failing shortly after the windshield replacement. Dealership wanted $1600 to repair the issue. Contacted Summit. They had us bring it in, replaced the sensor and no issues since. They even found and filled a small rock chip while replacing the sensor.

A bird flew into our windshield and it cracked badly. Called around for several quotes and their prices were several hundred dollars less than the dealership and other places (Safelite, RX glass, etc). They also were able to get the replacement in and schedule us 2 weeks sooner than any competitor. The friendliest customer service from both office staff and technicians! They showed up promptly, completed the work in an hour, recalibrated and tested everything for us, and provide a owner lifetime guarantee on their work. I don’t want to crack or break a windshield again (bye $$$), but if we ever do we will be repeat customers.

Excellent service! I got a small chip & crack in the windshield the day before leaving for a trip. Summit Auto worked me in their schedule and Colt did a superb job of fixing it. I have to really look to find it now. Very impressed with how helpful and courteous the staff is. Colt told me how expensive it is to replace a new car windshield now, for those cars that have lane assist and other electronic safety systems. Something the car dealership neglected to inform me. Colt advised me to check with my insurance company to make sure that I have complete coverage. Very good words of advice. Great experience with Summit Auto Glass! The windshield of my wife's Grand Cherokee picked up a rock-chip about 3 weeks ago and within a week, a 7-inch crack started to run up the windshield . We called Summit and made an appointment. They were super helpful and came to our house to install the new windshield. They were right on-time and did everything just as promised. The technician, Colt, was awesome; very knowledgeable and very professional. Overall a great experience! Zane did a fantastic job on my 2012 Mazda mx5 windshield. I almost went with the company my insurance was leading me to, but very glad I changed my mind and went with Summit. Their glass is all top notch and of utmost importance is the prep and moldings used. I thought I had air leaking from my side window, but after install of the windshield all that noise is gone. Zane was telling me about the molding he put in was very good and he knew it was not the first time windshield was replaced. Still, no bashing of other company just let his work do the talking!

Summit Auto Glass takes care of the glass needs for the construction company I work for; because it is construction we need them often! They take care of all our vehicles, semi-trucks and the flat glass on our equipment. Their quality of work is exceptional and they always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done to perfection; they don't cut corners like other companies. Many of our employees, myself included, use them for our personal vehicles, motor homes and classic cars to repair chips and replace glass. The lady on the phone was very kind when she couldn't find me in the system and later asked if by chance I had called the wrong company. I can’t believe I found one! A locally family owned business that is extraordinary! It started a few days ago when a truck passed me and threw a rock at my windshield and put a large crack in it! I called a few places and finally talked to Natalie about my situation she took the time to answer a lot of questions! I called back probably four times and thanks to Marcy she got me to Natalie which I talked to the most!I went to their website and I couldn’t believe how nice it was laid out and had a lot of information , unlike some other websites which just say give me your name and we will call you back and give you an estimate! Made arrangements with them and my insurance company and drove down in the morning at 8:30 to have my windshield replaced! When I pulled into the shop area I was surprised to see how nice of a shop it is , how clean it is, unbelievable , I rolled the window down and Mark came out and asked if there was anything he could do and I said I have an appointment and I need a place to park and he politely told me where I could park and said that he would get on it right away! I talked to Mark a few minutes , he took time to answer a few questions that I had and then showed me where the office was and I went inside and took care of the paperwork with Natalie! Meanwhile Mark and Zane replaced my windshield ! Mark came in and told me it was finished we walked outside and looked at it and I could not tell that that it had even been taken apart everything was lined up exactly as it was before , I had taken pictures of the trim and looked at it before I went down there I was curious to see if it went back together like it was and it was exactly the same I couldn’t tell the windshield had been replaced except the crack was gone, even my camping sticker was on the new windshield! What an unbelievable experience the best one I’ve had in a long time , great people , very friendly willing to take the time to answer all your questions they make you feel right at home and they take great pride in their work ! thanks again and I hope I got your names right! Back glass 2003 Chevy tracker w/ dark tint so hard to find. When everybody else couldn't get it for 3 days Summit was more than ready. 1 call to Angela for year, make, and model, not in stock but had it the very next morning. All others said they were booked out for the day they could have the glass so i would have had to wait till after the weekend to have it installed. Not Summit they booked me for the day it came in and they were done within an hour. No insurance on the vehicle so I was expecting to get burned because glass is never cheap. They did not have the "best price" ($295.97), but in the same range ($265-$410) as 100% of the mobile guys out there and for me the time factor was more important. Very professional and fast service. Next day a gentleman named Zane called me announcing he was 15 minutes away (he arrived early). I watched Zane do his work and it was incredible seeing how detailed he was. He explained the entire process as he worked and he was absolutely surgical. Watching him strip the seals away quite frankly scared me to death. I had no idea so much work was involved. He was methodical in nature. The end result was flawless. The new seals / black strips he installed were just flawlessly applied. Beyond 5 star rating for this place. My son and I were heading towards McCall on a fishing trip when all of the sudden, a stray rock blasted out my rear window while I was sitting at a red light. Being so close to my insurance provider, I went in to show them the damage and to find out about my coverage. Once the claim was started, I went over to Summitt to see if they could get my window replaced. Mark looked at it and said he had to order the rear window. With a 11 year old, cooler with ice and lunches packed it appeared that our fishing trip was over before it started. Mark went above and beyond. He taped up my broken window, took my insurance information and told my son to go have fun fishing with dad. Fishing trip saved and later in the day called me to let me know that the window was in stock and offered to replace it the same day after we got back into town. We got back late and didn’t want to have anybody work late (Even though it was offered) so I said I would be in the next morning. 9:30am dropped off my truck and it was completed BEFORE the time frame given. Any glass you have that needs to be replaced, this is the place to have it repaired/replaced. Thank You

Well I ended up calling these guys today cuz I need my windshield replacement. And my insurance company wanted to use Safelite. I called Safelite this morning and all I got was an automated system during normal business hours. I thought to myself what the hell so I tried calling another Safelite company in the valley.
