I received an auto replacement glass quote from Matt, and was able to set-up an appointment with a 1-hour window within 2 days of my contact. Thirty minutes into that window, Matt was running behind and let me know he would be there in 30 minutes, which was very helpful. Matt was very personable, and in about 45 minutes, he was finished with the replacement, and everything looked good. With a name like Patriot Auto Glass, you can be assured Matt provides a 10% discount to active duty military and veterans. Should I need a crack repaired or replacement windshield again, I won't hesitate to use Matt at Patriot Auto Glass.

Dealing with Matt was an absolute pleasure! Quality of work and communication is among the best I’ve experienced in this line of work, if not the best. He works efficiently, but not rushed. If he misses your call, he calls back. If he’s close to arriving to your appointment, you’ll hear from him. Matt is very detail oriented with his work, clearly taking pride in the end result, and leaves a very clean workspace. He has decades of experience, and it shows in the way he operates… despite this experience, you still feel treated as a very valuable customer. While pricing is usually one of the first factors we look at when hunting for a service like this, it’s the workmanship and post-install support that you’re left with once the job is complete - and that’s really what makes the difference. With that said, his pricing is competitive enough against the others that I called, but it was his professionalism and demeanor by phone that had me contact him back to book an appointment. If you’re calling around for pricing and availability, do not skip over Patriot… you’ll be glad you got a hold of Matt!

I didn't realize there were so many details to a windshield repair and the correct and proper way to do it for safety and other reasons. I selected patriot auto glass cause they had the lowest price of any other glass companies in the valley. Not only did they have the lowest price but they scheduled the service promptly. When the technician arrived he was extremely friendly. He complete the work quickly and professionally taking extra care not to damage anything on the car even the paint. I found Patriot on Yelp and submitted a request for a quote on a back window of a Honda Pilot. Matt was very prompt in returning the quote to me and his price beat out all the major glass companies (Safelite, ect) by a good margin. We set a time for him to come out and when he did it was discovered that the repair wasn't the glass but the motor for the auto window. Matt was able to not only diagnose the issue, but also offered to fix it which I didn't expect, but appreciated. He returned the next day to install the part and re-insert the glass all for a very reasonable price. He was timely, professional and courteous. Absolutely the best windshield service in Boise. I get pretty busy, so originally I went to a different auto glass company who advertised being fast. According to Murphy’s Law, I ended up with the most time consuming windshield repair of my life -they installed faulty glass, cracked my cowling, & scratched my car. Poor Matt arrived on time, did a standard walk around, & was incredibly patient/understanding although he had come all the way out to my home & was unable to do anything bc of all the scratches & damage to the cowling that I hadn’t yet noticed. He came back after I got a new cowling, was awesome, explained things clearly, was again super understanding, incredibly conscientious, did EXCELLENT work (the difference b/w other’s glass replace & the work Matt does became incredibly salient in terms of precision) and to top it off, very reasonable pricing. Not to mention he’s super personable/friendly. I am new to town and so super happy to end my hunt for a good glass guy. Matt definitely makes it on my list of solid go-to specialists, & I’ll certainly never use any other windshield service.
