I called for a windshield replacement on my truck and they got me in within a couple of hours and replaced it while I waited. These guys were great, very friendly! We were far from home and had a road rock fly up, hit and crack our windshield. They were able to see us the next day when others in the town couldn't give us an appointment for many days. Glass Monkey replaced our windshield within an hour and was half the price quoted at other shops, including Safelite. Kudos to Kevin for such a fast, efficient and wonderful job! I haven't had too many experiences with getting glass repaired or replaced, but with Nicole she made everything so easy. She gave me a time frame on when the technicians would be out to my location. Kevin (Technician) and his son Justice were able to get my back glass in in short work. This company has earned my business especially since they're family owned and operated. The price that I was quoted was the lowest out of anyone around and am very happy that I choose to do business with these folks. The next time I'm in the Treasure Valley and need glass work done I will definitely come back. Thanks for making this experience painless!

Glass 🐒 is the bees knees!! I called multiple companies looking for a quote on my old trucks front window... all quotes were about the same.. $389+tax and mobile service fee to come come my work.. nearing $500 seemed outrageous.. plus the fact that I would have to wait 3-5 days for service... I did an online quote, on a Saturday evening and was emailed promptly.. soon after I had an appointment scheduled with glass monkey that following Tuesday, for almost half the cost! Don't question the professionalism of the installation based off the price either.. the installer took his time and did the job right. Thanks Glass Monkey 🐒

As everyone knows, replacing a windshield is never a good time. It's stressful, time consuming and you tend to worry about over all costs. From the get go this whole experience was easy to follow and understand. Nicole was FABULOUS, she was funny, sweet and very personable. We originally called to have a back window seal replaced on one of our trucks... It had been leaking when it rained or snowed since early spring. When they came out they found that leak was due to a different problem. There was a screw missing from a roof brake light. They fixed the problem and didn't even charge us for the visit. They were so professional that we immediately scheduled a second visit to have the windshield replaced on my wife's car. The job was done perfectly and the technicians were fantastic. Work was extremely professionally done and we would definitely use them again. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Can't say enough about my experience with Glass Monkey. From speaking with Nicole to the actual service was second to none. I ordered a replacement window for my F150 due to a leak. I research and called around and was told I needed to replace it. Kevin and Austin were my techs and after looking at my window they knew it did not need to be replaced. Staff is professional and efficient. I received an apointment reminder call the day before. At that time I received instructions on location and where to park on arrival. I was waiting onsite for my windshield replacement and because the vehicle ahead of me was a dropoff, they were able to push me ahead and I was out of there in about 45 minutes or so. I heard of this glass company through my insurance agent. Since it is a local company I wanted to support them. I was not disappointed at all! They got to my home to replace the windshield during the time frame they gave me and called me to let me know they were on their way! They did the job very well and were very nice to deal with them !!! Glass Monkey is the best in the Boise area!!! I have had 2 vehicles done by them, one of which I was not able to be there when they did it. On that occasion Chris orchestrated everything over the phone and relieved me from the stress that was related to having broken car windows. Both times their price beat all the others and they were able to get out and do it in the same day. Their service supreme!!! The time I was present they arrived and got right to work, they completely removed all the glass that was in my car and it took less than an hour to be finished. Glass Money was recommended to me by another local business owner in the area. I requested a quote late Wednesday night and had an estimate by 8 am on Thursday, and if was completed by Friday at 12:30. Chris and Kevin, met me at my work. They were prepared with everything I needed. In and out with a rock chip repair in about 20 minutes. It was a chip that developed a crack about an inch long, and now it’s nearly invisible. I am really surprised how well it came out. They were cheap, professional, friendly, and skilled. What more can you ask for?

I don't write reviews often, but Glass Monkey does a great job. I've waited a few months before writing this review. It was off to a rough start as no one showed for my initial appointment. I called and was told that the installer was behind and wouldn't make it and would need to be rescheduled (would have been nice to be notified ahead of time). After rescheduling, they were in constant contact the day of my new appointment giving me updates every few hours. Yes, I was annoyed the first missed appointment, but the fact they kept in communication thereafter to let me know down to the 15min window of when they would show up, made up for initial gaff. I would definitely use and recommend Glass Monkey to anyone! (the fact they were 1/4 the cost of the other "insurance recommended" windshield replacement companies is also a huge bonus)

Chris and team did a fantastic job on my kia this morning. My hood had unlatched and smashed into the window. I called over 20 shops and glass monkey blew the competitions prices in the dust!! 175 bucks vs 260 plus anywhere else they had me in early morning the next day and did one hell of a job and even caught what could have been a critical mix up with the supplier right away before the installation process ever began. These guys certainly know thier stuff are very affordable and even out a new one on in the cold idaho winter. Great job guys u have my respect and my business for years to come!
