Auto side window, and regulator replacement. I had been quoted a price, but the previous owner of the "vehicle" had replaced both the window and regulator, the replacement for the regulator is no longer available, so, the job, and payment for it, went beyond the original quote by about 1.5 times. The replacement equipment is working just fine, thank you Fast Glass. PS: I've had two windshield replacements done by Fast Glass (one by the Boise shop), and I'm happy with both of those jobs,too.

Came out to my residence was on time or maybe even a little early. The job took around 20 minutes papers were signed and the tech left. repair is awesome and it still hasn't leaked or anything. 04 Taurus and it only cost 230 dollars installed with them coming out. I couldn't ask for a better deal.

She kept telling me that it was stipulated, even got kind of angry, when I called, and said that we couldn't wait for our vehicle. I never heard that from anyone that I talked to, including her. We had an issue with a front window of our business. I called multiple glass companies in the treasure valley for a quote. Two companies got back to me, including Fast Glass. The other company came out this morning, took a bunch of measurements and then said they would send me a quote in a couple hours. The man was not only not friendly, but never sent a quote. HOWEVER, Sam with Fast Glass came out, took one look at our front window and fixed it in under 5 minutes. We noticed the temperature in our clinic change and the noise from the street decrease instantly! Trust me, this was much appreciated across the entire staff. THANK YOU Sam and Jim for your kindness & professionalism. If our business, home or car ever needs window repair in the future, we will be calling Fast Glass Nampa.

Sure... if you need some glass cut they can help, but if you're looking for help on a glass project you might look elsewhere. The service was disinterested in helping and did not want to refer me to someone who could. Was looking for help on getting a custom glass case built and they were hesitant on helping me find someone else that could help. All I was looking for was metal posts with shelf brackets similar to sneeze guard hardware in a restaurant but they didn't do that, and didn't have anyone they could recommend. Kinda odd since they're in the glass business. I had another project (cutting a 24x36 sheet) which took them a week and it was incorrect when I picked it up.

Great customer service and super affordable. Only down side was they are a little slow. It takes a few days for them to get out to you and then it takes a few more day for them to call you back with the quote and then it takes a few weeks to get the glass. So if it’s speed you are looking for this is not the place to go but... if you don’t mind the wait then these are your guys! I’ll definitely use them again

Before I went to this place I talk with the receptionist and she was very nice she said they were gonna charge me $30 dollars for a refill on my windshield so I went and the men that repair my windshield was nice too so he did it in less than 15mins so after he done he advise the receptionist so I went to pay for it and I was ready to pay more than $30 dollars because this is the first time that happen to my car and guess what????? I ended up paying 💰 00000000 DOLLARS!!!! I was in shock all what I said was Thank you Lord and thank them for their awesome job they did I extremely happy and I highly recommend don’t waste your time on looking other places go here they are nice!!!! I rank at three stars, due to multiple items. First my insurance dropped the ball but fast glass never bothered to follow up I had to do that. 2nd a week goes by I didn't hear from them. I called and was told they were waiting to hear back from dealership for glass availability. I called that day was told glass was in stock. Had to call fast glass to get the info. They never followed up. I also had to contact fast glass to get them to schedule with dealership for calibration. Then finally they told me 1pm no window or range 1pm guy arrives 10 minutes late. By the time he actually working on my car it's 20 minutes past 1pm. I call to complain I get excuses traffic etc I arrived only 10 minutes late. Not a happy camper with fast glass

Called fast glass had a vinyl window one side was broken. Every person I was connected to were knowledgeable And courteous. They sent out a gentleman to look at it and give me an estimate. He explained it they had to order it and it was here within a week or so. Sure enough got a call within a week or 10 days to schedule me to have it installed a man came out did a great job clean everything up. It was an awesome experience and I’m grateful and pleased! Had a thrice repaired badly pitted windshield that cracked horizontally right in the middle. Needed replacing. Called around for quotes and found the best price here. Made an appointment in shop and hoped for the best. Exactly what I got. Arrived 10 minutes early and took my Jeep right in. Told me it would be about an hour. Took 30 minutes! Excellent customer service. New windshield looks awesome. Beat the next competitor in price by nearly $30. Highly recommend.

I very much appreciated that I wasn't told I needed to replace entire windows rather than just repair them (as I had been told while getting an estimate from another local company)... They did a great job replacing my door glass. When my weather stripping was folding in when the window was rolled up and down I took it back in and they straightened the metal the stripping attached to. No cost. Later down the road they repaired a rock chip no cost when I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes. Farther down the road they reattached weather stripping at the bottom of my windshield that was coming off. I give fast glass a proper perfect five stars. Good job 👏

Guy who did it was very fast and let us know before he did anything that sometimes windshields crack more. Good to know before hand in case that does happen! I have used Fast Glass 3 times in the last two weeks. The first time my windshield was hit by a large rock and shattered. I called Fast Glass and they came to my home the next day and replaced the windshield for a very reasonable price. Because the price was so reasonable, I set up a time the following week to have another vehicle windshield replaced. Again, they came to the house and replaced the windshield quickly and very reasonably. The most recent fix was a shattered driver side window. I went to the shop to have it replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Fast Glass to anyone in need of any glass.

It was swift and painless. I needed a windshield, went to fast glass, got a price, set up an appt (because FAST GLASS is mobile, they come to you. I met them at my truck and opened it up for them and they went to it. Once they were done they gave me a call, gave me the price and I they let you call the payment in. They give you some post-op do’s and don’ts and leave the invoice in your car for your records. How much easier can they make it for you. Fast Glass saves you time and money while receiving quality.
