Fast Glass was amazing to work with! They were responsive, great customer care and very accommodating and very fair priced! We were headed out of town for a weekend get away when a rock hit our driver's side window and shattered it. We called them at 2:45 PM and they got us in at 3:30 PM and on the road at 4:30 PM to our destination. They let us ALL sit in their lobby and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Without them we would have not made this trip. Thank you Fast Glass and all your staff, you are hands down the best company to work with and appreciate your business more than you know!

I suppose that means plate glass also my boss uses them for his glass cabinet doors though I had to have my windshield replaced,and he found them to be extremely reasonable as well. They've got a large professional shop so yeah I would recommend them

Another shop quoted me over $700 to replace the quarter glass on my daughter's car. "Sometimes the small pieces cost more." I was ready to pay it, then called Fast Glass, and was quoted $240 for the same work. Service was quick and professional, and they didn't hit me up for extras. Highly recommended.

I had to get my window replaced twice in as many weeks, so in truth I deserve 3 stars too. But on BOTH occasions I had a kind of unfortunate experience. Mostly just not ideal but nothing horrible. First - After scheduling over the phone, I drop off my car and immediately receive a call after I get home. The glass they had ordered for me was the wrong one. Will take another few days to get another one overnight. Once completed, I never got a call to let me know my truck was done. I absolutely needed it to take my dog to the vet the next day so I called before they closed - it was done and waiting. So I rode down to get it and then got a little bit of flak for being so close to closing (I think they had already shut their credit card machine off? So he had to write my number down? I don't know, whatever. He wasn't happy). Second - I get to the shop after having scheduled my appointment two weeks prior (seems like they are always about 1.5 weeks out from an opening). I get there and they don't have my appointment, nor do they have my claim, but they do have my name written on a calendar. I still have the phone conversation saved where they confirmed my phone call - so they shuffle around for a while and figure out a way to skip me into the schedule that day, but not before I have to call the insurance company, have them fax the papers back to them, and then wait for it to arrive. Both times the work was really well done and quick (although I cannot be sure when my truck was done the first time). Administratively, it seemed like they struggled.

I picked it up a couple hours later, but it was done about an hour after drop off. Payment due then. The quote price is inclusive so you know the total before deciding.

What a cash saver! Backed my car into the garage with the back window up: dumb I know. Fast glass said they could fix it, I went there dropped it off, got a call about 20 minutes later saying they were having problems and didn’t think they could fix it. While I was returning to the store they found a solution and fixed it. Can’t tell you how much I appreciated their going the extra mile. It would have cost me six times as much for the repair at the dealership. I’m thankful these guys are around.

I had a rear tinted windshield replaced on my van. Factory new glass, installed quickly and inexpensively, hasn't leaked or been any kind of problem. I had no problems with the staff, all in all, I would easily use them again and recommend their service. UPDATE: I have now had a second job performed by Fast Glass. They replaced the front windshield on my Ford F150. Looks great, no leaks through the carwash after following their followup procedures to allow the glue to cure completely. Overall, I've had excellent service and fair pricing both times.

I recently bought an older used vehicle with a broken windshield. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money, since I got such a good price on the vehicle itself. I called around everywhere in Boise, and everyone's estimate was around $300. I even went so far as to buy a Groupon for $100 off of Safelite, and it was still $250. Finally, my dad suggested Fast Glass. He had used their services before and the price was good. Their price was $175 out the door. There were no fees, or a service charges on top of that. I have a new windshield, and I'm happy.

Mixed feelings. Took 3 attempts mostly due to office girl Jessica. I obtained an online quote one evening, called the next day to confirm, Jessica said guy would be out Fri. No show, I call Friday late afternoon, Jessica says I am not on the books. Only option we had with the glass we needed so she says she's making an appt, again, I ask do you know it's the quarter window down? Jessica replies, I do now. Guy shows up with a windshield 2 days later, she wrote down the wrong one. Then I work through the installer, he has to order the glass, but FINALLY on the right track. Called & set up another appt with someone else & now it's finally fixed 2 weeks later.

I needed a piece of glass for a china cabinet that had gotten damaged during a move. It wasn't a very big piece of glass, but it did have a dual radius curve. The moving company said they would obviously pay for the glass and recommended Fast Glass. As a matter of convenience, I first went to a glass company that was closer to my house and the estimate was $75. I then went to Fast Glass and they cut the exact piece of glass I needed for $25. They were very busy, but courteous and professional and was one-third the price of the other glass company. So, both the moving company and I would recommend Fast Glass.

Had to get my window on my car replaced. Gave them a call, and made an appointment for the next morning. As I live in another city, I had prepared to leave early to be there early. It snowed, so I was about 10 minutes late to my early appointment. The man upfront didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, then finally turned around and asked if I was his 8 o'clock. I said yes and apologized for being late. He took my keys and headed out the door to the garage and before the door closed he yelled at the other man back there that"your 8 o'clock finally decided to show up". I was late, I get it, had I known they actually open at 730 i would have called to inform them I was running behind since it had snowed. Anyways besides that one man being rude, the man who actually fixed my window did it in about 30 minutes (which they told me would be an hour, so props to that) and he was friendly, so I apologized to him for being late and paid my bill. Fair price, but would only go back because of the nice man and the price. Hopefully I just won't have to.

We received a few bids from a few different companies and Fast Glass was the cheapest. They ordered the piece of glass as they said they would and were even going to install the glass on time. We had something come up where we couldn't have the glass installed, so I called up Fast Glass and I asked if i could cancel. We had not given them our credit card yet, but I didn't want them to eat the cost of the glass based on something that we decided. (I think they should have taken payment before hand, but that is not the matter at hand). So I asked if we could pay less than the quoted $250. He said he could take out the labor. I said ok and hung up and said i would call later. I did, about 20 minutes later and told him that i thought i was being kind by offering to pay something and not have his business eat the cost and he said well if you are going to be like that you could. I must not have said it right, because I wasn't trying to be argumentative, but was really trying to point out that I had no skin in the game at this point. He then got the cost down to $130. I give four stars because i wasn't terribly impressed with the way it was handled, but then again, I don't know how my tone sounded. All in all, it seemed like a fair transaction.

Went to Fast Glass for a new windshield in my 2010 Jeep...The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th windshields that were installed whistled at speeds of 35 to 45 mph. They worked on the problem until it was fixed.
