They came to my home put a new windshield in my Sequoia with no issues at all they was so quick and nice. Definitely calling them for all my auto glass needs and sending everyone I know their information. Can’t beat their prices the boys that came out was so nice I’m a huge talker and they talked right back very nice people. They also removed my old windshield and took it for me other places not only charged more for installation but to take old windshield off my hands was gonna cost me more money and they did not charge me more money!

We used Cassidy glass after my husband’s truck was broken into. They were helpful from the very first phone call to their office. The office lady helped me work out insurance information. They sent technicians out same day. Wyatt and Parker worked efficiently and timely and insured the truck was in great condition before they left. They paid attention to detail and even cleaned out the broken pieces of glass from the window being shattered. Highly recommend Cassidy Glass! Very professional, attentive, and polite staff which is so hard to come by these days. Thank you for making our bad day much better!

Devon did great. He got out here on the Far East side of Tuscaloosa by 9:30am and was done in 30 minutes. They also did it for half the price that safelite said they would do, and they came to me. The service was quick and easy, and Devon was very nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using this service again!

Had an accident that busted out the back glass on my truck yesterday. Called Cassidy, went to their shop this morning at 8 am. After replacing the whole back window including the motor and fixing a windshield ping I was out $100.00 less that quoted at other shops and was at work by 9am! You can not ask for any more than that in a service company. Great job guys!!!

Thorough communication skills throughout the entire process. After having a bust in on my car, Derek at Cassidy Glass (who was recommended to me by the local Kia shop) gave me the most attention and treated me like I was his sole customer for the entire day. There has been several times driving on I-65 North and my windshield gets popped around Fultondale (every time - not sure why that is). I call Cassidy Glass and they meet me right away to catch the starburst on my windshield before it gets worse. Definitely recommend Cassidy Glass to be your windshield company!

Brandon is so gentle on our CLS63 AMG- I have called him twice to repair rock chips on the front windshield. He is detailed and makes certain the vehicle is taken care of, before leaving the job (even allowing alittle extra time to cure). If you have a luxury car and you’re scared to call someone besides the brand, I highly suggest Brandon, first!!

Gave me a heads up as the arrival time over the phone so I could plan my morning, arrived at my location on time, performed the work expeditiously, and cleaned up thoroughly during and afterwards. I was not treated fairly by anther glass company but Erick at Cassidy took care of the problem by finding out why it was raining in my truck after the other company called themselves putting in a window in Cassidy Glass found my problem and fixed. Erick treated me like family by going the back by find the problem , fixing it, and not taking me to the bank to do it.
