They greeted you at the door got us checked in while we waited they had coffee or tea,a charging station for your screens, puzzles and games for kids and adults. Awesome! The place was spotless. The windshield was done very fast. I just recommend this business to anyone who needs glass work done!

I needed a windshield replacement, and had been to GS for previous chip repair. Called and was able to get in the very next day. Waited in their very clean, cozy reception area while they worked, and had our car back in about an hour. Everyone is friendly and professional, from the initial call, the staff at the counter, and the technicians who do the work. The glass looks great, and they did a few extras too! Two thumbs up!

Super Great service! I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in on Wednesday (day off). They said it would take 90 minutes. Great, there's lots of shopping in the area and it's the holidays. They called in an hour as car was ready and they even left a lovely Christmas card and a bottle of water on the dashboard. This place has amazing service. I had a rock chip to get fixed. I went in and immediately had someone come look at it, and then get me checked in. It took only 20 minutes at the most. The original price was $59 which I don't find bad, but then he gave me $20 off for a veteran discount. The waiting area is gorgeous, great couches, artwork family photos, no gossip contract. This place really knows what they're doing when it comes to friendly and good service.

Did not have an appointment. They were able to get the vehicle in right away for a rock chip repair. During the work a 2nd small chip was discovered. The technician let me know and with no pressure offered me the choice to repair or wait. I asked his recommendation and he suggested to have it repaired. Both chips were repaired at a reasonable cost. I will return to this business should I in the future need vehicle glass repair or replacement. I have no hesitation to suggest these folks if you are in need of vehicle window work. Each of the three employees I had interaction with were pleasant and polite. Thank you for the job well done!

Best service in this field that I have ever received. Absolutely professional in every way possible. Accommodating to my needs, making services readily available on short notice. I have had at least 6 windshield replacements in my life, but none of them left me feeling like my business was valued as much. During the last 2 years, many businesses have developed an illogical excuse response for lack of service, however after this experience, I have a better outlook. Professionalism is possible in the "new normal", if a business chooses to care equally about the customer as much as being successful. I would recommend this business to anyone. It was well worth the 1 hour + drive.

As we are getting ready for a driver’s license test, we realized we had to get the windshield of our teenager’s car replaced fast! We sent an email on Saturday, we were contacted Monday morning, and had an appointment same day! Within an hour of dropping off our vehicle, the windshield had been replaced and was ready for pick up! The whole experience was seamless, and customer service was amazing!! Seriously the best place to have your windshield replaced. They are super nice and know what they are doing. I had my windshield replaced a while ago and somehow it cracked from the inside. I brought it back to them and they took care of everything! Put me on the schedule for the next day and had a replacement windshield installed in under an hour! 100% recommend this establishment and I will definitely be returning to do business with them again!!

All the five star reviews are legitimate. We had a couple of windshield chips on our RV during a road trip of national parks. While other shops turned us away, The Glass Specialists of Billings welcomed us in and quickly repaired our chips. After repairing our windshield, they then cleaned the windshield, which was pretty bad, given its a RV that had traveled about 400 miles since its last cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone in Billings or traveling through.

Absolutely first class! Got us in quickly for a windshield replacement. Had our glass on hand. Finished in 60 minutes after quoting up to 90 minutes. Upon completion, I get in my car to find a cleaned dash, a thank you note from their team, a bottle of water, gift certificates for car detailing with a breath mint even, and a coupon for $20 off our next visit (which will probably be our other car for a couple chips). And over $300 less expensive than another quote I’d gotten! Can’t say enough good about this team!

I think they should have checked that my windshield wipers worked correctly before I left. That wouod have given them a clue..also my grid on the windshield is not centered behind the rear view mirror. Annoying.

This place is legit. Brought In my SUV in for a right rear window replacement, it ended up being a bad regulator and a burnt out motor. They ordered the part and had me fixed up in no time!! The absolute best customer service possible. Had to have my back slider window replaced and they did it in less than two hours. Next day when it rained I had some water in the back corner of my truck and thought the window they installed was leaking. Went back and they took me in first thing in the morning. Turns out it was not the window, and they identified an issue with the sunroof drain tube. They solved the problem and repaired the drain tube at no charge. Even though it had nothing to do with the window that they replaced. Professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend! Would leave six stars if I could. Matt and the rest of the staff are outstanding.

Wow!!! After my lift gate glass shattered during a multi day blizzard I was fortunate enough that no one within 60 miles could help me. Went in to see if they do windshield repair. They do but the chip was too big. Two other places had said the same thing. They were very friendly, open, direct and honest. They were professional! They happen to have an opening so I had them replace it. They were not cheap but reasonable. Said they'd have it done in 90 minutes but were done in under an hour.

There is a reason they have 5 stars and we will make it a point to replace our windshields when traveling to billings in the future. Exceptional service. Friendly and had windshield done in less time than we were expecting. Due to me not processing my claim on a business day, they assumed the risk if my insurance chose not to pay for the lane departure calibration rather than have me pay the full amount out of pocket. They also generally may need to roll down windows during said calibration, but we asked them not to as we had just had the front windows tinted earlier that day. They were accommodating and pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond with their customer service. There was also a handwritten thank you note in my car when I picked it up. My boyfriend suggested we go to them due to his previous exceptional experience and they did not disappoint. If you're needing glass repair, I can't say enough about how awesome they are to work with.

I was in to get the windshield on my 2015 Outback replaced after a rock hit an existing chip and created a crack across the windshield. I was quickly checked in, the staff was unbelievably friendly (like more than I reasonably feel I should expect), and while they quoted me 90 minutes for the replacement, it took around 65-70 minutes, tops. They handled my questions quickly and professionally and I walked away feeling like I paid for exactly what I got. Then I got to my car…there was a hand written note with their signatures on it. Maybe I was raised a little old fashioned, but to be willing to hand write a letter and personally sign for the work you completed definitely made me feel like every little possible detail was accounted for and that my safety and satisfaction was their absolute #1 concern. Hopefully I won’t be back for at least a little while haha, but if something were to damage my windshield again, I certainly know where I’ll be going back to.

We had a broken windshield, that was replaced by a local chain windshield repair business. 1st replacement, huge flaw in the glass, that they did not notice. 2nd replacement, large scratch in the glass and our automatic wipers did not work. 3rd replacement was finally satisfactory. A second broken windshield, I called Glass Specialists, immediately scheduled, ordered in factory glass, installed, and all in ONE appointment. And they vacuumed my vehicle! I had a set of factory clips for my molding but the truck is old along with the factory moldings and Matt needed more clips to hold the molding down. He had a set too and used them WOW!!! I asked to get the Aquapel coating put on my new windshield (windshield was covered by insurance). Also they are super fast and efficient on the chip repairs. 15 minutes, 2 chips repaired and I was on my way. I have found that the protectant they offer for the windshield not only does an amazing job of repelling water but it seems to limit the damage from rocks hitting the glass. What an amazing, positive experience we had getting a windshield replaced this week! A quick digression - we often talk about how going out to a restaurant (pre-COVID times) was for more than just food. If we wanted "just food," we'd stay home and fix something. No, going to a restaurant should be a positive EXPERIENCE that incorporates many elements - from being greeted warmly, feeling welcomed, having lovely decor and ambiance, attention to plating, and, of course, good food. It's the synergy of all these elements that make a great dining experience. Well, we had these positive elements while getting our windshield replaced at Glass Specialists (except, of course, the food ... but you understand the metaphor). It began with calling on Monday to make an appointment and even the person who answered the phone was warm and friendly. When we arrived for the appointment on Wednesday morning, we were greeted immediately, and waited in a lovely waiting room, with inviting decor (for a glass replacement business), interesting lighting, Keurig coffee, Wi-Fi, and a big poster about the company's values. I also noticed a non-gossiping contract that everyone had signed. What a wonderful, positive atmosphere! An hour later, we had a lovely new windshield at a reasonable price, and even found a handwritten thank you on the dashboard! If you need a new windshield, please give Glass Specialist a call. I had my 01 impreza windows tinted by these gentlemen 6 years ago and the tint is still holding strong, even in Texas sun which its been in for 2 years without any fading. They used high quality tint, and did an amazing job cleaning prior to placement. I should mention it was also a custom tint percentage. I cannot recommend them enough! I have a 67 mustang show car that I took to Glass Specialists. I let 2 people ever work on my car... I was nervous. After the great customer service with John Bonner and Matt Stern I left my car with them to install the front & rear glass...The communication from John was amazing! Of course the replacement glass (only thing available) didn't fit exactly the same as the oem glass from 1967... but John & Matt worked on it relentlessly trying many options (including me in every step) until they were happy with the fit & look. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their drive for perfection and mostly their customer service from the Whole Team at Glass Specialists. Instead of saying something like Glass Specialist did a great job and the price was great... bla bla bla... I'm self employed, so taking time off is annoying. Not only did they get me in right away, they provided me a way to get back to work so I didn't have to sit there. My car was done in like an hour and I was on my way. Understandably a new shield is a new windshield.. it's going to look good when you're done, but the overall process was top notch.

I had my car tinted late this summer and waited to write this review to see if anything would go wrong. I'm extremely happy to report the high quality tint they used has not had any bubbles in it and makes my car look awesome. I would say if you need something auto glass related in the greater billings area for an affordable price and outstanding customer service you have found it.

Due to amazing road conditions and winter weather I was so fortunate to get a rock thrown up and chip the windshield on my brand new truck. I took it in to Glass Specialist on Shiloh, next to my office, and within minutes they had me fixed up and back on the road. Their professionalism and dedicated service to this community is unmatched under their management team and employee values. I was informed of the worst possible scenario up front, which is a whole windshield replacement, just so I was aware that they could come back with bad news on my rock chip. Due to their technical skills and years of training and service, they were able to successfully repair my glass chip and get me back on the road worry free, and without the hefty cost of a new windshield!
