I just bought my car 3 months ago and my windshield was cracked from a rock that fell off the back of a dump truck. Mike had the best price and now I see why he’s five star rated everywhere. He’s a very likable guy, he does amazing work and I highly recommend Windshield City!!

Mike and his team fixed my leaking windshield for my '93 Mustang. The seal was failing and Mike expertly removed the windshield with no issue, scraped it clean, primed it, and re-bonded it to the car. He even installed the new molding I picked up and was able to save me some parts that were sent to install it. Thank you for the excellent service AND supporting Military members! Would HIGHLY recommend as the best in the area!

I was referred to Windshield City by my trusted mechanic and was very happy with my experience. Shannon their office manager was very nice and helped order and coordinate a time slot to do the repair. They found an aftermarket version of a back shield for a 2013 VW Tiguan and saved me over $450. I spoke with Mike, the owner and lead installer while I was there and can tell he is a hard-working owner and wants to provide top-quality service for his customers. I would highly recommend this business.

This is one of the most professional and customer-service oriented small businesses that I have encountered. My 2022 Toyota Camry Windshield was damaged from road debris and I immediately contacted various windshield repair shops in the NOVA area to get quotes. Shannon, in Windshield City, was the first response I received and she was very courteous and helpful in providing cost estimates and detailed information about my options and how it would impact the Driver Assistance Systems in my vehicle. She took the time to explain how long the installation and calibration of the ADAS would take and contacted me with confirmation of my insurance claims approval and appt date. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the shop owner, Mike, who was very courteous and immediately took care of us and assured us that everything would go smoothly. After the installation was completed, Mike again met with us to go over the details of the ADAS system calibration and told us to give him a call if there were any issues that came up. Overall, I can't emphasize enough how pleasant the experience was! This is the place to go for windshield replacement and repair, HANDS-DOWN!!!

Excellent people and excellent work! They were able to order the glass quickly and had me drop off the car in the morning. Picked up the car in the afternoon with a new windshield. Ended up costing a little less than what safelite was charging. Definitely recommended!

Couldn't be happier... they're the best in the business! I've been there twice, and each time I drop off my truck, then get some awesome food at a cool, locally-owned bakery across the street (Firehook Bakery) while I wait. It's the only way to get your windshield replaced.

Top notch Auto Window/Glass repair in NoVA. Just had the windshield changed here on a 2004 Sequoia which was leaking due to poor previous installation. Windshield City installed a new windscreen which we noticed had a small scratch after install. No worries, came back a week later and got a new one installed at no cost. Warranty on work done for as long as you own the vehicle. Family owned and operated, plus they got two shop dogs! Recommended by our buddies at nearby GT Peace Automotive. Both great places to bring your vehicle in the area.

My SUV had a leaky windshield, a known issue with my model of Volvo. Dealer wanted 4x the price that Mike quoted to attempt a repair (since there's a chance windshield could break during removal).Other windshield shops wouldn't attempt repair, suggesting replacement for $1200. Mike had confidence in his staff to do the repair without damaging the windshield and did so successfully, and charged less than quoted amount. Highly highly recommend Windshield City!

Do not take your car to the big shop like Safelite as I had a bad experience with them. I prefer a small shop like this one where they actually know what they’re doing and pay attention to the details. I highly recommend this shop.

We had a branch fall from a tree through our windshield last week. I spoke to Lindsey and she gave me the option of having it replaced at home or bringing the car into the shop. Since it was going to be messier than a traditional windshield replacement, I chose to have the car towed to the shop. They were able to replace the windshield the next day. Both her and Mike were not only very professional but down to earth, good people. The pups in the garage are adorable too! I highly recommend this place!

The only place to go if you have a higher end vehicle. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Mike, the owner is a class act. He personally installed my windshield on my 2005 M3 and you can tell he knows his stuff. Avoid the major chain windshield replacement companies at all costs if you care about your car...they just slap on a windshield and move on to the next one. Communication was great and they worked seamlessly with my insurance.

Windshield City is great. I had a crack on my windshield and was referred to them by my local Lexus dealership. I like others did some research and found out that they were the go-to for many of the dealerships in the area, including high end dealerships like Lexus and Audi. They offer in-shop service or they can come out to you. I decided to bring my vehicle in and I was in and out in about an hour. In the office, Lindsay was great to work with, she answered all my of questions and gave me all the information I needed so that I can go through my insurance company for the repair. Their prices are great, the lowest that I got quoted and they use quality glass.

He installed my new windshield while I took a walk around the neighborhood. Found a cool trail nearby. Very personable folks and the doggos are great too. Ive come here various times over the past 20 years, and they have always taken good care of me. Rick the Owner has always been the mechanic who did the windshield repairs for my vehicles, and with his 25 years of experience you know that he is the real deal. I came in today to have the drivers side window replaced that was smashed in. This window replacement appeared complicated to me, because the window is automatic. I guess it took Rick and his son abour a half hour to replace the glass. They vaccumed all of the broken glass from the earlier winfow break in, and did a very thorough job!

Windshield just cracked one day with no apparent cause with deep long cracks throughout, right before Thanksgiving, when we needed to it for a long drive. Lindsay Volkswagen recommenced Windshield City, which was perfect because they can meet me there and work with Geico. Setting up an appointment was easy, windshield was replaced expertly, and the trip was a success. There was a mistake on the invoice that charged me more than originally discussed and my heart sank because I had been lied to and taken advantage of so many times by car servicing companies. Not here! Fully expecting to have to fight for the agreed upon price, Lindsay immediately saw and corrected the mistake. It is so refreshing to work with honest people, especially in the car industry. Thank you Lindsay and Kelsey for all of your help!! (Their website shows they are dog people, which should have been my first clue that they would be fantastic!!)

Simply an excellent experience working with Mike at Windshield city. They had replaced a windshield for me 19 years ago. I recently had a small leak due to the age of the car and rust (nothing to do with the windshield replacement) so I reached out to Windshield city to have it repaired. As soon as I walked in Mike’s response was “I will take care of it”. To make the long story short they removed the windshield, fixed the rust, and replaced the windshield without charging a penny. So yes honoring their warranty after 19 years even though the issue had to do with rust and not their workmanship. Good to know such people still exist. Thank you Mike.

Just finished replacing my cracked 2008 550i windshield with aftermarket Pilkington glass at Windshield City in Chantilly. Mike and Mike junior did a perfect job within one hour. I am very impressed and highly recommend their work. The cost $365 was even lower than my insurance deductible with Geico, and I cancelled my claim and paid out of pocket.

Entire staff (including front office) very professional and did an outstanding job of replacing my windshield. I have a 2017 Lexus ES-350 with 2200 miles on it. A stone hit the windshield and cracked it. I was very concerned about having a factory replacement windshield installed that would be as good as the original windshield. There are a camera and radar sensor that are attached to the windshield and I wanted to be sure they were installed properly on the replacement windshield. I arrived at the shop at my appointed time and was taken in immediately. A team of three people worked on the windshield and everything was like clockwork. The old windshield was removed. The radar sensor, camera and all the decals were carefully removed. The new windshield was carefully put in place, aligned, and carefully sealed. The radar sensor and camera were reinstalled and connected. The decals were replaced in the exact same position on the new windshield. I watched the entire procedure. I now have a windshield that I know is as good as the original factory installed windshield. I would without reservation recommend Windshield City to anybody that needs a windshield replaced. They were able to come to my work place and did a great job, quickly. They also replaced the left and right windshield molding which had literally blown off the vehicle during a long road trip. This is my second replacement windshield for this vehicle (thanks to VDOT). The first time I used some outfit out of Alexandria that operated out of an apartment (not obvious from the ads). Windshield City just showed me how foolish that was. I couldn't even tell that my windshield stickers had been moved from one windshield to another.

Windshield City replaced the original windshield on my 2001 E39 BMW with Pilkington glass in late April or early May. Over the summer the glass started delaminating between layers in various places, developing 'flowers'. (A manufacturing issue.) I finally got around to contacting Windshield City two weeks ago, and I just came back from having it replaced under warranty. This took one email exchange and service was as friendly as the first time around. Highly recommended!
