A vandal smashed one of my car windows late at night. After calling multiple other places who failed to answer the next morning, and scheduling a repair with another shop which fell through, I called Professional Auto Glass. The person on the phone was friendly, informative, and helpful and we agreed on a time window for the repair the next day. They called to confirm the appointment and then called once the repair person was ready to come out. The repair guy was friendly and did the repair in maybe 30 minutes or so. It was a real relief to get it done so quickly and with such good service.

A friend referred them for fast service and reasonable pricing. I emailed on Tuesday Was provided a prompt quote and set a next day appointment. Upon arrival was greeted, offered outdoor seating to wait . Process took about an hour.

Some one broke into my car. They were able to fix my glass the same day for 160$ an cleaned all the broken glass out of my car. It only took 1 hour or less. Also has a lifetime warranty on the window an work. Even though i had alot of other things to do it felt good to have my car fixed quick. Thanks again. Would recommend to everyone.

I was very happy with the work that was done to my car to change my windshield this weekend 6/18/2022. The Secretary was professional and I was promised that my car will be ready between one and half hours and it was ready on the stipulated time. The price was affordable with lifetime warranty on workmanship. I will definitely tell all my friends if they ever need to change their windshield to call Professional Auto Glass in Riverdale.

Got car back in about 57 mins... Didn't even have to leave... My cost was 225.00 for one window But, on the upside I did not have to wait .. So a cheaper place may have to keep your vehicle a few days or your repair date may not be same day... Keep that in mind when looking for cheaper options

Great, fast service at a good price. They will clean rust areas before installing your new windshield, unlike a lot of other companies (at least if you bring it in). I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Such good customer service and knowledgeable professional!! Stop searching reviews and call them. When I called, right away they told me they recommend doing this in shop. With holiday chaos, I trusted a national chain instead who said they could do it mobile. 5 days later the other company was unable to fix it after 2 visits. I should have trusted these folks right away. Then when I did bring it in, the service was amazing. They fixed it in a couple hours with no appt. They were so nice and professional about it all. Again I learned the lesson - local businesses provide better service.

Just got my windshield replaced here. They were professional and reasonably priced. I had my car back in about an hour and a half. The work looks good and I hope it holds up over time. They do have a lifetime guarantee and have been in business for over 20 years. It was nice to support a local Riverdale business.

Someone broke in to my vehicle while I was running errands. I called my insurance company but my deductible was too high. Luckily my neighbor referred me to this place. Considering it was an unnecessary expense I was happy with the price. They came to my home the same day (THE SAME DAY). Their service all around was great. For the first time in 40 years of driving My car glass was shattered and broken bya rock from the Weed eater...I'm looking for some one to fix tonight...just as they were closing they agreed to fix my glass. This is a very special favor being done by neighbor for neighbors...we have to support our businesses in the community to ensure survival- this incident gave me a fantastic opportunity to meet these people as its not everyday you need auto glass. You will not be disappointed bringing your auto to this shop. But if you can't get here they will come to you with no additional charges. PAG price quotes are must less than Safelite and other competitors. I should not forget to mention that the warranty is lifetime.This little gem was a great surprise to me and it's been under my nose for so many years.
