Just had my windshield replaced by Chris, what a pleasure! Setting the appointment was super easy, they came right to my office, took them 35 min to pop on the new windshield, the price was just right and competitive, I chose them over about 3 other companies I called. The service was quick and profesional, he came into my office afterward to give me some quick instructions for care and he was on his way. I work for a big construction company and we have many commercial vehicles who need glass work often, we will be calling Pinnacle Auto Glass again and again because of their great customer service and excellent work! Would recommend this company, they'll come to you, it's hassel free! Great job!

Referred by a contractor friend. I used Pinnacle to purchase and install a custom shower door. I dealt with Luis there and most of the transaction was done over the phone but I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Door came out beautifully, was given a fair price, and my mom stayed at my house for the pre-inspect and and installation and said everyone that showed up was professional and complete gentlemen. I would definitely use them again.

Pinnacle Glass replaced the windshield on my 2016 Kia Sedona. Everyone is friendly, professional and replaced the glass the next day. Very happy with the installer Nick. If you need to repair or replace your glass, these are your guys!! Hands down! They are located on Pine Aire Drive in Bayshore. But I found out that they travel everywhere. Amazing! I'm telling my family, friends and all my co-workers about this glass company.

I brought my 2021 Tacoma in to Pinnacle after discovering a large (~18 in) horizontal crack in the windshield. The experience I had was nothing less than spectacular. The communication I received from them was constant and clear, they handled all of the interactions with the insurance company for me, and they were spot on with their estimate on how long it would take to repair the windshield. 10/10 would recommend Pinnacle Auto Glass for all of your auto glass needs!

I had my wife’s windshield replaced after a small crack got real big. I was able to schedule an appointment when I was home. The installers were extremely courteous and professional. And the cost was less than my deductible with my insurance company. About a month later my windshield has a crack and would not pass inspection. Pinnacle came the next day I called them. Same professionalism as the first time. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your glass needs!!!

They made it extremely easy to replace our windshield. Excellent communication. They let us know when they were coming and showed up right on time. Paul and Wally the installers were good guys and did great work. They made sure the registration and inspection stickers were transferred to the replacement windshield, did the work quickly and well.

After installation I did have an issue hearing wind, but they came right back and fixed it! They were so great we just used them to replace my husbands windshield!

Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and efficient. There was a monetary issue, again not their fault, and I was sent a check with no problem. The owner is the best! We were very pleased with this company! They were on time and very quick. They came to our house to replace windshields in both of our cars, a Subaru Outback and a Honda Element. In the past we've used another company and have not been happy. This time, we are very happy with the quality of glass! I had been referred to Pinnacle Auto Glass from my auto insurance company. I was unsure of their work as I've never used their services before. Well, I was very happy with their service after my first repair that I called them again to repair the front windshield on another vehicle. I had two different teams respond to my residence, but the responding techs were Paul, Nick & Joe. They were prompt, clean, quick, but most importantly quality! The windshields I replaced were in a 2019 VW Tiguan and a 2016 Nissan NV1500 and both look like the factory installed glass. Thank you Pinnacle for your professional work!

I had an old window that broke in the house and I didn't think I was able to replace it any time soon. So decided to take the window to Pinnacle Glass on pineaire dr and hope for the best. They looked at the window and told me they will have it ready the next morning with new glass. I was so happy to hear I didn't need a new window but glass only. Highly recommend Pinnacle Glass!! These guys are seriously the best. My car, a 1959 restoration, was notorious at their shop as it was an extremely difficult repair and took a lot of time. With the weather unpredictable the project was rescheduled quite a bit, and they came back several times to make sure the job was done right. The staff was always courteous, and as long as you understand their challenges they will bend over backwards for you. If you are cool with them they will return it 10x. I will use this place again, and they also guarantee their work. The price was the price quoted. I can only speak from my experience, and for me it was a positive one.

I called Pinnacle Auto Glass after getting the run-around by another glass repair company for 2 WEEKS. I explained to Kirk what happened and what the other company was telling me. He immediately called a local dealership to confirm that what I was told was BS. Kirk told me he could have someone come the very next day. Music to my ears!! I had to call him back to provide insurance information and that's when I spoke with Kevin. Both Kirk and Kevin were professional and straightforward businessmen. Nick and a helper (sorry I didn't catch his name) came the next day like Kirk said and was on time. Once finished, Nick did tell us that the window is tricky to put in and most likely the other company's technician had no idea how to do it. I'll never use that other company again. Pinnacle Auto Glass from here on out! Thanks Kirk, Kevin, Nick and Helper!!

Quality and urgency are the two words that come to mind when describing Pinnacle Auto Glass. My fiance and I noticed we both had cracks in our windshields for both of our cars so we reached out to Pinnacle and will continue to do so any time this type of situation occurs. Their team was able to come fix both cars at two different locations on the Island on the same day with no issues at all. We were expecting to wait a few days or weeks before they would be able to get to us, but were pleasantly surprised when they came the next day. The people on the phone were polite and ready to get things done and the person who came to fix the windshield was a gem as well. I will recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs Auto Glass work!

I was parked on the wrong side of the street in Brooklyn with alternate side of the street was not suspended. I went to my car after work and found my windshield smashed. I called Pinnacle Auto Glass and they were able to come the next day and replace my windshield which avoided me in getting a ticket for alternate side of the street parking. They kept me in touch with and updated me to let me know when the service tech would be on site. He came and met me at my car prepared, and the windshield was replaced in about 30 min. He was great. I can't encourage you enough to use Pinnacle for your auto glass. The big corporations the insurance carriers contract with show up with wrong parts or screw up your install more often than not. Avoid them! Why not try the small businessman who shoots straight with you? Pinnacle is happy to help you avoid a small claim that jacks up your insurance premium more than the repair. I used pinnacle glass 2yrs ago for my mini van back windshield ,the quality, and cost without insurance was the best around....the were prompt and very professional so unfortunately a few weeks ago my van was vandalized again the same windshield so without hesitation I called pinnacle the salesman Kevin was extremely helpful once again they were prompt, sent me their worker Nick who did a great job , but went above and beyond as a widow he was looking for an outlet to vacuum the car and none were outside he suggested thru my window and extension cord he had, I was unable to open the window, he came in my home, opened the window ,moved my couch....and then put it all back when job was done....this was a very considerate worker.....very polite and extremely appreciative when I tipped him for his excellent job and his service that I appreciate so much ...i highly recommend pinnacle as much as I hope no more vandalism occurs I would only use them and tysm Nick once again.

I needed my windshield replaced on my Audi A6, I requested a quote from 4 different auto glass companies near me, I was surprised how much $ these companies wanted to replace my windshield!! later that day I mentioned to a friend I needed a new windshield and could not believe how expensive the quotes were that I received, he said try Pinnacle auto glass on Pine Air Drive in BayShore so I requested a quote from them on line, the same day I received the quote, I could not believe how much lower their quote was vs the other quotes I received from the other auto glass companies, I immediately wrote them back and said I would see them in a week or so, the person I was dealing with was Kirk, he was very courteous, he answered any questions I had immediately and told me to contact him when I was ready. I contacted him yesterday afternoon and asked him when I could come in to get my windshield replaced, he said come in tomorrow morning so I did (Kirk offered to come to my address and replace my windshield however I wanted to drop my car off) upon entering the establishment I was greeted and treated very courteous and professional from the office staff, I left my car with them, a few hours later they called and told me my car was ready. I showed up and was beyond happy how well they did and how great the windshield looked!! I also want to mention how clean my car was. I recommend to everyone before you waste your time asking around for a quote on auto glass and getting ripped off from other auto glass companies contact Pinnacle auto glass in BayShore. I want to mention I do not know anyone at Pinnacle, this is my first time dealing with them... They deserve/earned the 5 star rating I gave them!! Great job guys!! Frank Ange
