There are lots of options out there, and when it comes to my car it isn't merely about the quality, but also whether or not you trust the mechanic. Auto Glass One felt trustworthy after about 1 minute, especially because as I was informed that the chip in my windshield was so small that there equipment would actually make it bigger and advised against. So no sale that day, but as I drive about 6 hours a day they will no doubt be my go to in the near future.

I was on a road trip to Baltimore from Michigan and got a major windshield crack on the highway. Stopped by Auto Glass One Friday and they ordered the windshield I needed, which arrived by 10 am the next morning. They got it installed quickly, recalibrated my camera, and were hundreds less than the last time I had a competitor replace it. Fantastic, fast, careful service - I recommend this shop to absolutely anyone.

Quality affordable service! I called for a repair service for my driver side window. I called, immediately received a quote and scheduled the service. When I arrived everyone was very nice and my car was immediately taken. The time it took for the repair was given to me and was accurate. The price was so affordable. I almost doubt you can find a better rate anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this service center.

A city worker hit my Subaru with his backhoe and busted my rear windshield and dented the top of the rear windshield frame so I wasn’t sure if it could even be repaired. I called around most places were way to expensive as I said I didn’t pay much for the car, but it’s a great little car and I’m not ready to put her to pastor. Mr Henry and his brother where so friendly, kind and in price range I decided to take my car to him. He charged exactly what he quoted and also offered to fix the dent. I was very pleased with the service and quality work they did for me. I highly recommend this company. Having had less than great experience with several of the national auto glass companies over the course of time, when the two power windows on my Jeep failed I was determined to find a local firm who would provide better quality service. Reading reviews on-line and consulting with neighbours, I decided to try Auto Glass One, which turned out to be a very wise decision. The positive experience started with my call to schedule a time to come in, an easy discussion with a friendly person that was much faster and easier than calling and waiting with one of the national companies or than booking with a company on-line and waiting for a confirmation call that never comes. The positive experience continued from my arrival to the completion of the job. Besides working quickly, efficiently, and with an obvious eye towards safety and a job well done, the two owners endured my questions and I now understand how my power windows work (I'm a curious guy, and looking at the replacement regulators and motors, I couldn't figure out how they would move the window, which may be common knowledge but was something I was clueless about). They fixed everything perfectly, and even cleaned off all of the tape and adhesive that had been holding the windows up. And when it came to paying? A price that was so much less than the national guys that I thought they'd made a mistake. Although there are many great things about technology, at least for me, the pandemic has shown how important people are in our business transactions, and how they make a huge difference. As my experience and the other numerous reviews point out, the guys at Auto Glass One will do a great job at an excellent price and really care for you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

They were $150 cheaper than Safelite.They had me done within 1- 1.5 hours. SAFELITE said they would have to keep it all day an I would have to come back an pick it up. I called Auto Glass One and spoke with Henry. I asked for the price of a new windshield. I was given three prices (one for a regular windshield, one for rain sensor windshield & one for a fully loaded windshield) all of which were VERY reasonable compared to other auto glass repair shops. In and out in 30 minutes for a windshield replacement! They have a whole team that makes sure your windshield is perfect. The cost was below other places I called and I was able to schedule a replacement quickly. It's been a week since I had the replacement, and I haven't had any problems. I had a scare at the beginning because there was a noise when I drove at higher speeds, but it turned out I forgot to take off the temporary tape, which had gotten loose and was flapping loudly in the wind. Took it off and no more noise!

I checked numerous reviews for car shops who specialized in windshield repair and this one popped up with ridiculously high reviews so I decided to test it out. Snow was the culprit on my windshield and it cracked about 2 feet across. Simple replacement really. I came in and was greeted quickly as a walk in, and my car was in and being worked on in about 10 minutes of my arrival. Work done in 25 minutes total and at almost half the price of other corporate competitors and with that small family business feel. It earned the other reviews in my estimation.

Wow. These guys are great. They helped me find a cheap replacement window from a local salvage yard, had it delivered to their shop, and then they came out to my car to fix it, all while I was out of town. They did an excellent job and it cost half as much as the other places in town wanted. They were also really kind and helpful, going out of their way to help me and make payment super simple. Professional, friendly, fast and *significantly* cheaper than the company that my car insurance recommended. As an added bonus, they open at 5am. As a shift worker, this allowed me to get off work, have my windshield replaced, and make it home in time to take over baby duty so that my wife wasn't late for work. Easily the best price. While other places quote stupid prices in order to milk insurance, these guys are always fair. I've gotten windshields for my rogue, f-150, and other vehicles at literally half the cost of other quotes. Friends and family recommended them, and they were correct. Highly recommend. My car was broken into and passenger window was broken. At 9 AM I called Henry and he had my glass ready to install at 11AM SAME DAY. He was able to get me a quote within minutes and called me to let me know the glass was delivered so I wouldn’t have to wait too long at the shop. The process only took 30 minutes once I arrived. These guys are very professional and so kind. I had a windshield installed, but unfortunately the glass of the new widshield broke during installation. I echo what everyone else has said here. Cheapest price by far (almost half of what I would have paid at Safelite). I cracked my windshield trying to remove my rear-view mirror so I could install a backup rear view camera mirror, and brought my car in for a windshield replacement. It took a total of 20 minutes and they also attached my rear-view camera mirror for me. They even told me that if I had just come to their place when I was trying to install the mirror, they would have done it for free! Great guys, quick and reliable service.

Needed only the moulding to my windshield replaced as it had began to dry rot. I was told by another company that in order to replace the moulding, I would have to have the windshield replaced as well. The guys at Auto Glass One assured me that wasn't necessary and that they could replace just the moulding. They did the work quickly and efficiently, not to mention the customer service was excellent! All the guys there seemed genuinely nice. I called Auto Glass One to replace a broken rear quarter window in my pickup truck. They gave me a quote lower than every shop in the area. When I arrived, the glass installer was ready and waiting. I was instructed to go to the office and wait. By the time I sat down, turned on my laptop, and responded to a few emails the window was installed! I went out to look at the window and it was perfect. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the shop was clean and organized. On top of all that they charged me $10 less than what I was quoted. Really nothing bad can be said about my experience today at this shop. I had an appt. at another glass shop to replace my driver side front window.
