These guys are fast and efficient. I thought they messed my wife window up cause after there finished her window didn't go up and down so I ask them to explain what had happened and they quickly found out what was wrong and fixed it on-site I'm glad they was able to fix it. I called 8 places around town trying to get my window replaced and everyone either never reported back on if they could do it, or their suppliers didn't have it. I called closer to closing time and they were able to overnight the window, fit me in first thing in the morning, and had the window replaced and glass cleaned out in 20 minutes. The staff is good and professional, and you can tell they work great together.

I thought I was going to have a long wait. The gentleman I spoke to told me I will be waiting 30 to 45 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes I got my windshield fixed. The customer service was excellent they were very humorous, knowledgeable and they also told me how to treat the car after I guess because I'm a woman haha! All in all I had a great experience here I will go here again hopefully I won't need them, but this is the place you should go! Come early because sometimes there are lines.

Our apt. complex was hit by car vandals(15 cars) and a couple of residents asked where they could get their windows repaired. Being familar with them because I used to work in the area, I recommended them. They informed afterwards that they were waited on quickly, they were very professional and completed the work quickly. I was waiting on Safelight for 2 wks to come replace my windshield in my driveway only to be told on my appointment day, it hasn't been shipped, my replacement would be reschedule a 3rd time for the following week. Talk about being pisst off. I called Low Price Auto and they had my glass in stock; I went with my 11month old the next morning and 45min later bam I was out the door, heading back to work and tending to my baby. This place is great! Very reasonable pricing. I got there about 20min before the opened (7:40am). They open promptly at 8am. My car was in the stall by 8:05. They were finished at 8:20am. Keep it simple. Walked out around 12:30 saw my car window had been busted out. It’s a Saturday. Called these guys around 2:20 they quoted me an EXCELLENT price. $287 I think. Most were around $350+. Dude told me if I can make it in 45 mins they got me. I got there around 2:53 pm, I paid, they replaced the window, I’m finishing this review at 3:20 pm.

I'm gonna have to get a different vehicle. The reason I came here is because people keep breaking into my truck. But getting the glass replaced here is a breeze and much more affordable. It's usually half the price of Safelite and same day service. It is used glass but the glass is clean and still high quality. I have been here 2 times and they have saved me in a pinch both times.

I had a windshield installed and had a problem with my back-up camera that is integrated into the rear view mirror. The staff was immediately apologetic when I called about the camera not working. They asked me to come back and let them make it right. They made a small mistake on the installation but gladly fixed it for no charge! Super professional staff! Recently needed to replace my front windshield going with Safelite was going to cost almost twice as much. Called Low Price Auto & was able to reserve my windshield for repair the next day. After taking the reserve out of the price labor the job took about 1 hour. Fast, easy & affordable. Hopefully I won't need glass replaced anytime soon but I know where I'm going if I do. Recommend bringing a chair since the sitting area is on the smaller side.

This was the best example of quality work, quick turn around and the highest level of professionalism. Some repair shops you sit there holding your breath and hoping that the quote will not be more than originally stated. Low Price Auto Glass were professionals of their word. My car was recently broken into and the frame around my window was seriously bent with a screwdriver when the crook broke the window. They are pretty good at what they do. The glass and work is affordable also. They do need to work on customer service however. I heard a few people that was outside saying that they talk to you dirty. I'm glad I didn't experience that

I called on Wednesday 01/09/19 in hopes of helping my grandmother get the glass fixed in her car. I called around 2:45pm && the guy I spoke with on the phone told me if I could get there from our house before 4pm he would give us a great deal upon arrival around 3:30pm the price rose about $75 due to telling him the wrong year make of our impala because it was a newer year but the price is way cheaper compared to that of Safelite Auto Glass Repair. He said that it would take 45 mins but we got there and was in paid and out within 25 mins maybe 15 mins actually and we got a chance to be back home to miss the treacherous Atl traffic. Last Sunday my car was a crime scene. Someone shot three bullets through my car. I had originally made an appointment with safelite a week in advance for saturday. My windshield had a bullet through it, as did both front windows and my drivers side mirror. The day of my appointment safelite told me they couldn't fix my windows until the Thursday. At this point I had been without a car for a week since my broken windshield meant I couldn't legally drive it. I called AAA in a panic and they referred me to low price auto glass. I got my car towed to the shop and not only were my windows replaced in just over an hour, but I was under the impression that the door needed to be replaced and they told me it was just the glass and door trim which saved me a ton of time and money in repair costs. I am very happy with their service and will definitely come back my glass needs. Not to mention refer any Atlanta friends.
