This is a smaller shop, but they did excellent work. I had a large crack in my windshield on my 94 Nissan truck and they took great care in replacing it. I paid a third less than what safelite would've done it for. The glass seems to be great quality. There was no excess debris left over, very clean. I'll be going back with my Jeep as well as it's seen some abuse.

Ken really is the king of glass! I had a terrible crack on my windshield that started out as a small chip as my insurance used Safelite to repair the chip but was a total failure. My agony about Safelite replacing my windshield ended when I was doing Google search and happened to stumble on Glass King Auto Glass and saw their high reviews the afternoon before my appointment with Safelite. So I called them and Mr. Ken returned my call almost immediately. He told me he should have the part and be able to work me in the next morning. He had my windshield installed in just less that 2 hours! He and his son did such a wonderful job and I couldn’t be any happier! What I paid him was a lot cheaper than what Safelite was going to charge me. I’m so relieved of my agony not have to give Safelite any more business!! Thank you, Mr. Ken! Super friendly and fast! Great quality service and probably the lowest price in town for a windshield repair $45. I was in and out in 25 minutes. When I finally got an actual crack in my windshield they had a new windshield in for me next day, it took about 1 hour to install and I was on my way!

Was recommended to the glass king by a coworker. I called Tuesday for a quote, the owner asked for information to zero in on exactly which model i had (Ford switches things halfway through the year on some models. After sending him the necessary information, he got back to me almost instantly with a quote, and to tell me that he had exactly what I needed in stock, and that he didn't have to order it. I showed up a little early to my appointment and gave him a call to let him know I had errands I had to run, and that I left the vehicle and key right in front of their business. I get a call from him a little over an hour after I called him to let him know the situation. The repair was already completed, and he wanted to know if I wanted him to send it over to the tint shop to get the replacement window tinted. All in all, this company did everything I asked and went the extra mile on several occasions. They even switched my oil change sticker over to the new windshield. Great business, great prices, great service. I can't recommend Glass King enough, definitely going to be my go-to for auto glass replacement!

Called Ken to do a rear window replacement on my F-150. It is a power slide with defrost and factory tint. I knew it was going to be expensive so started calling around. Sure am glad I called Ken as his price was in line with two other companies, but had such peace of mind dropping my truck off with him and his crew. I do not drop my truck off anywhere unless I absolutely have to. I like to do my own work and have a hard time trusting anybody with my vehicles. Can assured me everything will go smooth and he did a jam up job and had it back to me within 3 hours. As of this writing Ken already has 5.0 avg stars with 91 reviews, but I feel compelled to add to the pile. What a great guy, seriously. Great price. Very professional work. Very knowledgeable. I called several places about replacing our windshield, and Ken was the only one that explained there were different windshields for the year/make/model based on collision / lane departure warnings and they would need to be calibrated. His quote of the 3 places was the best to begin with, so we agreed on a price and date for the work. I show up to pick up the car and he gives me a discount because the calibration process didn’t take him as long as he expected on the vehicle! I was absolutely stunned. This is just unheard of in the auto repair industry. Ken is a special guy, and his generosity is genuine. If you’re googling reviews trying to figure out where to get your auto glass fixed, this is it. Be forewarned, he often doesn’t answer the phone because he’s busy fixing glass! I always left a message and he got back to me same day.

I had a warranty issue with my previous windshieild that the other company wouldn't cover. But Glass King gave me an appt. for the very next day. When I drove away I noticed something that needed to be address. I returned and they totally took responsibility for it. I left my truck there overnight and they had it ready early the next morning. Excellent!! We were On vacation in Florida from Ohio. On our way home the windshield cracked, a rock hit it. Last minute, on a Saturday morning they managed to promptly squeeze me in. On Saturday I noticed a large crack suddenly appeared on my miata. First I went to Safelite and they quoted me $305 and asked me to drive to their office 30 miles away on Thursday. Unhappy with that time frame (I have to leave the town on Friday) I went around and checked out several places. Most of which are closed on the weekend. One company, GlassKing got back to me on the same day and quoted me $180. I was skeptical and went with it. It ended up being $215 but they were able to come to me and fix my car at my company so I didnt have to take time off. Very friendly and very fast; would recommend to any one.

Highly recommend using Glass King. I had a rock hit my window on Sunday cracking it beyond repair. I got a quote from a national company and it was way too high so I decided to look around. I called Ken on Monday around 630 in the evening he quoted me a very reasonable price ($200 less then the other company) and said he could schedule me for the next day. He came to my job and was able to fix my window in no time. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Ken was very professional and I loved petting his dog while he worked. I have already given his card out to 2 of my coworkers and I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know who needs a window fixed.
