I have been driving around with the smallest crack on my windshield since March 20 & then the pandemic happened. Through the hot summer and cold winter that little chip turned into the longest crack. After calling all these major companies you see on the commercial quoted me $800+. Then my insurance company wasn’t no better. I called Lightning Auto Glass, gave me the best quote & was able to schedule me in the next day, waited a hour and my car was fixed. Please don’t hesitate to call.

I had a 1 inch crack from a rock in my windshield and I didn't get it looked at and it turned into a half-the-window crack that kept getting worse day by day. So I decided to get that fixed and I saw that Lightning Auto Glass had good reviews and they were close by...so I chose them for my replacement and they were great. Fast service and it only took about an hour and a half. Definitely would choose them again if needed!

I was excited because they could get me in so early! I dropped my car off over night! Showed up on time to drop off my keys! I was informed this process takes about 2 hrs n since i wasn’t staying, they will call upon completion! 5 pm came and my ride arrived to pick me up to pick up my car $$! I called them guess what THEY WERE CLOSED!!!!! Talk about frustrated! They only thing they could say was I’M SORRY! Really!!!!! That’s NOT how u compensate an inconvinced customer paying $1000+ out of pocket! Completely rude and unprofessional and i won’t return nor refer ANYONE here! They DON’T VALUE their clients time!

This Friday I had my front windshield replaced on my 2021 Genesis GV 80. After this experience, there is no other place in Atlanta I would go to to get my windshield replaced! I put off replacing my windshield because my insurer kept telling me they would not pay for OEM glass even though I did plenty of research and KNEW that non-OEM glass would not work with all the sensors and features on my Audi S7. A performance shop nearby recommended Lightning so I stopped in on a whim. They took my info, concurred I'd need OEM glass and said they could handle it no problem. Next thing I know, they had OEM glass approved. Once the glass arrived, I scheduled an appointment quickly and was in and out in under 3 hours, including calibration. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that seem personally invested in getting you taken care of.

Safelite has done windshield repairs for me in the past, and it was always a nightmare. They break things and never do the work properly. On the contrary, the folks at Lightning know their business. They got my Land Rover in and out on time, and did it perfectly the first time. I will use them exclusively for all my windshield replacements, even when I have to pay out of pocket!

We called early in the morning and got an appointment scheduled for only a few hours later! The receptionist was very kind and let us drop the car off 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The service was quick, only took an hour to replace a missing passenger window and the price was very fair. They charged us what was quoted over the phone.

Fantastic experience! Having to get a new windshield is not something you really want to do, but Lightning Auto Glass made it as easy and painless as possible. The receptionist worked with me to get the part there faster so I could get home to get my kids from school which was a lifesaver! They completed the work the day I called and they said it would take exactly as much time as it did. The waiting room is clean and we were very comfortable there. Had an appointment with Lightning auto glass this morning at 10:30a.m for a window repair to my driver side door and it was by far one of the best auto shops I've ever experienced in my 12 years of having vehicles, the receptionist Jessica was amazing, very polite, up on her knowledge, and very helpful! They seem to work pretty fast, i was in and out not a long wait like most auto places that keep you for hours. Its best to set an appointment. Their price and timing are on point!!

I had to replace my windshield and did not want to spend too much time to do that. Got an appointment in 1.5 hours after I called Lightning. The price was a good surprise, because it was at least $100 less that I've heard from other windshield replacement companies. A nice lady in the office helped me to verify if glass replacement is covered by my auto insurance. Fortunately, it was, so I've payed $50 total. The lady helped me to submit a claim to the insurance company, so I did not have to worry about that myself. Complete replacement process took about 1 hour, that went pretty quickly with a great Wireless network bandwidth that Lightning has.

Lightning Auto Glass is great and friendly place to fix, tint, and more to all windows on your car. I recently had my windshield fixed and received excellent customer service. Ray Martin helped me get the best deal i could for my car. He was able to schedule me in the very next day early in the morning and they finished the job for me within then hour. He could have put me on the schedule the same day I came up to the business, but next day was better for me. The glass is finely placed with a tight seal just as if it was build into the car. By far the best price for a windshield replacement. I saved over $150 going with lightning over their competition. I called five other dealers including safelite and they didn't come close. They set me up with an appointment for 11am and they told me it would take an hour. Day of service I showed up at 11 and was out by noon as promised. Waiting area had free wifi so I was able to continue working. Windshield looks great and I am 100% satisfied. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs glass repair or treatment.

Called in advance to make an appointment, and they greeted me by name when I arrived for the appointment, even though they had never met me before. Not only did they replace the auto glass, but they vacuumed up the broken glass from a car break-in. They replaced the glass in about 15 min, although I expected it would take much longer. The window now looks like it was never broken. Excellent customer service and job! Would definitely return to them if needed!

I called Lightning Auto Glass to get my front windshield replaced and when they quoted me an estimated service time of 45 minutes with an appointment two days later, I booked it! After dropping off my car, I walked over to the thrift store next door to waste some time & about 30 minutes later, I got a call that my car was ready! Lightning is great!! I had an issue when my rearview mirror became unattached from my windshield. It's big, heavy thing with electrical cables and a camera/mic included. Three auto repairs places, including the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, were unable to repair. When I called, Dan at Lightning told me they could fix it and to bring it in. They fixed in within an hour of my arriving and at a very reasonable price. Fast and friendly service at a good price. What more can you ask. I will definitely be back next time in need any time of auto glass service.

My windshield was broken while evacuating Charleston during Hurricane Matthew, so I was having a bad week. When I called Lightning Auto Glass, my week turned around. Jessica answered the phone and quickly reassured me that they could take care of things, and I drove over and within 45 minutes, they had replaced the windshield and I was on my way. Start to finish, this was a great experience. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I was very, very, very, very, very happy that I contacted them. I had called a couple of other places, and it was "We can't get to you any time soon" but Lightning Auto Glass was the exact opposite. I don't live here in Atlanta, but my daughter does, and her boyfriend's car has windshield issues, so I have already been able to make one recommendation. I don't usually do these internet reviews, but this was such a positive experience, I am enthusiastically participating this time. Wonderful folks!

They had to reschedule my appointment, but the technician was really nice and professional. The tint (back passenger window) matches perfectly to the factory and they even vacuumed out the broken glass from the previous window. I ended up going here instead of Safelite because the Lexus dealership I typically go to said they used this company for broken windows - and it was cheaper than Safelite.

Lightning gave the best quote around and were available immediately when i needed my windshield replaced quickly just prior to a road trip, something other companies i checked werent able to do as they were wanting to make an appointment and then not available before my roadtrip. I arrived to find it was even cheaper than quoted on the phone, they were done fifteen minutes earlier than projected, and the windshield looks great! Easy to find and a very professional staff. Would recommend to anyone needing auto glass replacement/repair.

I had to replace my front windshield last year. Unfortunately the windshield that was installed had a stress fracture on it by the next morning. However the next morning when I called they simply express how sorry they were and took care of it with no further questions or charges. With that being said I wanted to let more time pass before I decided to leave a review. This place is is exactly what customer service is all about. I talked to Mr. Dan K. about replacing passenger side window. He was very courteous and helpful from the start. Even though he had a busy schedule, he offered me to come over, so he can quickly inspect the car and give time and work estimate. When I got to the shop, Mr. Dan got out and inspected the window and gave me a very competitive quote and quick turn around time. The shop has a waiting area with Guest WiFi if u want to work while you wait. The mechanics and the front desk staff was also warm and friendly. Overall 5 stars..Thank You

I had an appointment to have the front windshield replaced right as they open at 8 and was told the replacement would take about an hour. When I arrived at 8 and was out ... i mean checked in, settled, and on my way by 8:30am as promised. Everyone was friendly & kind. When I asked about the windshield replacement process, the associate provided a high level overview & did not speak down to me because I am 'girl.' That went a long way with me. Went to the dealership for a side mirror replacement and they wanted to charge me $500. The actual part costs max $150. So glad I made the drive down the road to Lightening Auto Glass. After multiple calls to other auto glass repair shops that were unproductive and often chaotic, I called Lightning Auto Glass and spoke with Jessica. From the very first call, Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable, took down my info and called me back within 10 minutes with all the needed details I was looking for. Jessica was the only person actually able to give me an exact quote while others just gave me ranges cause they couldn't tell me specifically what windshield I needed (even after providing my VIN#). Lightning also ended up being a preferred vendor of my insurance company and after setting up my claim with them, before I could even call Lightning myself, Jessica called and said she had received everything she needed and was ready to schedule a time. I was scheduled for Lighting the very next day. Drop off was easy and the replacement took much less time that I thought it would. It was done perfectly and I can't say enough good things about Lightning Auto Glass (and Jessica as well)! My only critique (and it's a small minor one) is Lightning's location. It's a small lot off a very busy road and had a very crowded parking lot making access a little difficult. I believe this is mostly due to Lightning being in such high demand making it crowded all the time! Again, this is only a minor inconvenience and well worth it for the work that was performed.

Nina answered my questions, provided a quote, scheduled my window replacement, managed the replacement, and processed the payment which matched the quote. Efficient and professional service is what one needs when thieves break out your window, especially when it's 40 degrees outside. The only, and very minor, negative was that they forgot to vacuum the glass from the passenger side. If you need any type of auto glass service, Lightning Auto Glass is THE ONLY place to call.

I had my car broken into on a Friday. I dealt with insurance company for hours. The best they could do was to get me an appointment with a company on Monday and I was going to have to pay my entire deductible of $500. I called Lightning Auto Glass because I had used them years before for something and had a good experience. They told me they could get me in for service in an hour and a half. They used OEM glass (which was in stock). 3 hours later, my glass was repaired and the total cost was $185. Love this place.

When we first came into Lightning Auto Glass we had a small sing in a very odd place in our windshield. Instead of immediately taking our money they advised us to see if the ding would become a crack. Eventually it did and they took care of us on the spot in less than an hour. Had an appointment with Safelite to have my front windshield replaced. The day of the appointment, Safelite calls me and gives me some excuse as to why the installer can't make it. So I called Lightning Auto Glass and they fit me in within an hour of calling. Lightning Auto Glass was not only were cheaper than Safelite but they got the job done in 30 minutes. Windshield looks exactly like original windshield and installation and quality was top notch.

These guys know what they are doing. So what glass protection on it insurance doesn't tell you, is if you have one window to replace don't file a claim with a deductible of $500, I had a long running crack from a semi thrown rock, and the windshield and labor with the shade of tint was $358. And this was done in 35 mins. These guys are great, the explanation of care was exceptional. And the waiting room, though small, was cozy with nice junk food snacks. :)

I wish this site offered a "ten-star" rating. It still wouldn't be enough to show my appreciation for Lightning Auto Glass. This past weekend, my car was vandalized. The front passenger glass was shattered and left a large hole in my window. I contacted numerous companies. To no avail, I did not find a company with a good quote. I found the number of a highly rated company, and that company representative referred me to Lightning Auto Glass. Even through the frustration in my voice, the front-end staff/managers invited me to stop by so that the damage could be assessed. I went in on 8/2/16, and an immediate appointment was made for today, 8/3/16. I dropped my vehicle off a little after 8am and was called for pick-up at 11:30am. The amount that was quoted to me was the amount that I paid! I cannot thank you all enough for your fast and efficient service. I also had to have the window tinted, and it was matched perfectly to the existing tint on my vehicle. After calling around almost every auto-glass company in the Atlanta area, they were able to get me in the soonest and at the most inexpensive price. From dropping my car off to driving away, it was only 52 minutes! The next day I noticed a fine scratch in my new windshield and contacted them to see if they'd be able to buff it out or fix the scratch. The weren't able to get me in that day when they took a look at it, but during my next appointment after buffing out the scratch, my window looked good as new! I was very pleased with their fast/efficient service, and the professionalism and knowledge of their staff. However, I was very disappointed in the damage that was done to the inside of my A-pillar when they installed my windshield. I didn't notice it until washing my car two weeks after I got the new windshield installed. They had scratched through the clear-coat and went through to the under-coats of paint and chipped a few areas on the hood and A-pillar that is apparent it occurred during the installation as I've never had any work done on my car in that area on my 2012 VW. If it weren't for the scratch in my paint I would have given them 5 stars.

My two children, sister and I were spending the night in Atlanta while traveling on our way home to Minnesota when we discovered our car window had been smashed overnight. It was a Saturday and the first few businesses I called basically told me there was no way I'd be able to get it fixed until Monday. Took my Porsche 997 Turbo there at the advice of my dealer Jim Ellis Porsche ( who i trust 100% ) to replace a windshield that another company messed up.. My windshield was hit with a stone that came up from GA 400 last year. It took me months and months to find a windshield replacement company I could trust. I went to two dealerships to get recommendations and even did word of mouth inquiries. In the end, I trusted my 2016 Corvette Z06 to these guys. They took care of everything from the insurance to assuring me that the OEM glass would look great. Well, they exceeded the expectations they set. How? Well, on the Z06, there's a panel just below the metal frame to which the targa top roof connects to the front of the car. That panel, when the car came brand new, was not aligned to cover all of the wiring completely. When I got the car back from the techs, they had secured the panel to an even higher tolerance than the factory. No wires showing now. No silicone smears or drips. Nothing but perfection. If I can trust my Z06 to these guys, certainly there's no job they can't handle. Perfect job, guys!

I'll be bringing other stuff I've got to fix to these folks. I've got a 41 year old Dodge that had the original windshield gasket. The glass was delaminating and the gasket leaked badly in the rain. Old stuff is usually a pain to work on. And once it gets really old it is more of a pain because the owners get really testy if their precious isn't handled properly. These guys did a fantastic job. It was a lot work because the old gasket was in very bad shape and the previous owner had tried patching it. Plus, 41 year old window technology is not something that is fun to work with and reinstall even if the glass and gasket are new. They had to wrestle the gasket, window, and locking strip, which is far more work than a modern car but they did it with a smile, seemed to enjoy the chance to work on something old, and did a heck of a job. It looks fantastic and took care of my old Dodge like it was one of their own (and one of them was even a Ford guy!).
