Jamie and the team were fantastic. I 100% recommend using them if you have a newer vehicle with pre-collision installed. There were a few delays that required my vehicle to be kept overnight due to sensors needing to be recalibrated after the windshield replacement. It took a bit longer than predicted and they went above and beyond to help with transportation due to the unexpected delays. Absolutely amazing customer service and quality of repairs.

She asked a few questions to make sure she fully understood how to prepare the technician. She confirmed when I’d like to have the appointment and explained the next steps. Things went the exact way Nina explained on appointment day. Symien reached out and confirmed the window of arrival then later let me know a more definitive time. He arrived exactly when he said he would. The repair itself was easy, breezy, because Symien knows his stuff. He explained why a small marking remains, the lifetime warranty, and the repair was cured under the UV light. From start with Nina to finish with Symien was filled with properly setting expectations. The execution was flawless! They made the process easy, and I’m happy I found them.

HOLY DAMN THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY EVER! Daniel called me in the morning after I had scheduled the day prior to confirm that he’s indeed coming, confirmed the vehicle make, model, year and window that he was replacing and gave me an eta. He called again with an update halfway through the day, and again when he was 15 minutes out. He and Deshawn (sorry if spelled wrong!!) came out, we’re so nice, professional and we’re done in like 20 minutes tops. They are more affordable than any other place and gave you the fee with tax and everything included in the number. Scheduling was easy and so convenient. They made an incredibly stressful event so much more lighthearted and easy to deal with. 1000/10 would recommend for mobile auto glass replacement.

Bernard was a consummate professional. He Explained the different types of cracks and chips on windshields, I guess that's why he's the professional. The repair took him 20mins to do. Amazing experience overall! I noticed a crack on my windshield Tuesday and called Bernard on Wednesday morning. I was directed to a voicemail, left a message, and Bernard called me back within 30 minutes. He was able to schedule me an appointment the following day. I planned to meet him at my house between 11:30-12:30, but I was tied up at work a bit longer than I expected. I called and left a voicemail again, asking if we could meet at 1pm instead. 11/20/2015 I had did some research trying to find a good headlight clean/restoration on the SouthSide of Atlanta, Before I got in contact with A Plus, I had other companies giving me the run around trying to send me to different locations. Also it was the last minute because I had to leave the next day for the holidays. Luckily I came across A plus restoration, he contacted me the next morning but I told him I am leaving that night and I need my lights clean, He was nice enough to fit me in his schedule and traveled to my side of town. His customer service was very on point, answered random question that was affiliated with restoring my lights. Mr Bernard by far is the best around. You do get what you PAY for, so if you want a 20 dollar headlight restore from a boot leg shop, you're going to get a boot leg job. The price was definitely worth it. He took his time to make sure each headlight was restored new. NOT a 15 minute job like the others. I recommend his business. Thanks Mr. B

I called A Plus after I had been stood up three times by another company in my area. They offered to come out the very same morning so I was very happy. The technician was Deontate. I was referred to A Plus by a company that replaces windshields only. A+ responded immediately to my call late yesterday afternoon and I had someone at my home before 9 o’clock this morning. The work was superb. The technician stated I should only expect 80% improvement in the appearance of the repair as the goal is to stop the spreading of the crack. He under promised in that I can barely tell there was any damage at all. I am of the opinion, It is a 99% improvement. Very satisfied customer!

I must commend A Plus. I had a chip in the windshield and three people including the Policeman that accessed my situation told me I would have to replace the whole windshield on my truck. Well, that was going to cost me $200-$300. I did some searching around and came across their site. I made an appointment for the next day and the owner/repairman had no issues with coming to my work site in the busy Perimeter area The gentleman that came out, Bernard was very polite. He gave a courtesy call en route, and not only that made it to the appointment early!! He showed professionalism and was dressed the part as well. You would not have been able to tell he was a mobile repair company. Let's just say he didn't look like some of the pizza delivery personnel. He accessed the damage, explained in detail what had to be done and what I could expect with the look and durability. He did not haggle or try to up sale anything I did not ask for, and the price was the advertised price. The work was completed in less that 30 minutes!!! I did not have cash on me, I as able to pay with my card and received an emailed receipt and a hand written one. The receipt reflected the amount advertised as well, no convenience fee or sales tax.
