I contacted Tim's Auto to have my windshield replaced. I had put off, making the appointment, to the last moment before shipping my car. Tim was very professional and helpful. He gave me an appointment the very next day. I was told 2 hours to install and was prepared to wait it out. But he was done in about an hour and I was on my way. Good customer service and very professional attitude. I would recommend them to a friend.

Woke up to our truck having been broke into and the rear passenger window shattered. Contacted Tim's Auto Glass at 0800 and had the truck window replaced and cleaned up within 3 hours!!!! They went above and beyond to find the right window and honored the quote they provided over the phone without having seen the vehicle. The window would have cost us hundreds more anywhere else and taken days to replace but not at Tim's Auto Glass. Definitely recommend them based on their integrity, thoroughness, availability and great customer service!

About two months ago my car’s window was shattered at the Earthquake Park trail parking lot. I got referred to Tim’s Auto Glass by Able’s Body Shop here in town. The rates were much less expensive and affordable. Excellent job on the work done by Tim and his guys. I would say that I did like Able Body Shop’s upfront attitude and honesty when it came down to their mark ups and prices. Good referral. I definitely recommend Tim.

Had a smashed window thanks to some citizens of anchorage. I called around to 6-7 other places. No one else had openings SAME day. This place got me in same day with no issues! They were even kind enough to let me stay and chill in the lobby for a couple hours since I didn’t have a ride anywhere. 10/10. Would go to again if I have issues. Also, they were way cheaper than the other places I got quoted at! Definitely recommending to other people who need work done.

Tim did an excellent job replacing the windshield in our 2019 Ram 3500. Our truck windshield has rain sensors etc. and he was able to get a replacement same day and have it installed very quickly. He was professional and explained a lot about the type of windshield that we had that I wasn't even aware of. Grateful for his knowledge & expertise and would definitely recommend him.

He was able to replace the windshield the next day and he gave clear instructions on how to take care of the newly installed windshield during the first 24 hours. Go see Tim! I called and spoke with Tim about setting a same-day appointment for a rental car booked through Turo. I had two small cracks that I needed to be filled, and Tim explained one of them had been filled previously, so I shouldn’t be charged for it from Turo. Service was prompt and the customer service was great. Competitive pricing compared to other glass repair shops I called for quotes. Would recommend!

They did an excellent job replacing the rear window for my 2018 Ford F-150. They vacuumed up all the broken glass, and had it done within an hour and a half. They don’t skip steps just to save you time. When you can get it done cheaper and faster someplace else, that usually means skipping steps; which can result in lower quality work and can result in leaking seals or worse, having the window fall out. If you want good quality work, I 100% recommend Tim’s Auto Glass. I also have a crack on my front windshield that I will have them fix after this winter, when the street cleaners sweep up all the rocks from this winter.

Not only did Tim have the correct windshield, but after the install we are delighted to see the original stereo works! The antenna is in the glass, and it connects perfectly. Someone smashed the rear window and driver-side windows of my SUV. I called all over town, and no one was going to be able to get it all fixed for at least a week. Then I called Tim's. They were sympathetic, fast, and very professional. I couldn't bring the car to them until two days later in the morning. They had all the replacements done by the end of there day and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and would definitely go to them again. I highly recommend them.

Please, if you need any glass repair, go to Tim. Awesome customer service, he will honor your time, and when you call his shop, you will talk to him rather than a million people who don't know what they are doing. He got the part I needed in within 2 days and had my car in and fixed the next day. Best pricing in town (I called so many places). Added bonus he also fixed the seal around my door. I highly recommend!

I had called a few competitors and found that I would have been charged up to 40% more if I went with them instead of Tims auto glass and they don't charge a glass disposal fee like most places. I was told by a friend to check out Tim, got ahold of him and easily scheduled my '13 Chrysler 200 and 04 Durango. Chrysler went off without a hitch! When I brought my Durango in he did the windshield, but noticed that there was some unpleasant sounds coming from my engine bay. I told him I thought the water pump might be going out. He then talked with me for a bit and was able to refer me over to someone he trusts to get my water pump done! Everything I needed to get done on my Durango, to get it sold at a later date, was done with within a week thanks to Tim! Tim is just one of those straight up dudes whose "got you covered". Would recommend him to my family and all my friends in a heartbeat!
