Fixed some windows in my 4plex. Aside from ordering the wrong gear, 2 reschedules, and the 3-4 month wait........ hmmm. I understand though as we are in weird place right now. They were fast and friendly when they did get here to do the work, but even they could tell I had expensive floors in all my units. They walked as if they thought about taking off their shoes, but didn't. You know that walk while looking down at you step to see how the customer reacts lol? Snow, Ice, water everywhere. Get your guys some booties, for when they enter customer homes. Other than that all 4-5 guys in the crew got the job done.

THEY MADE MY DAY!!! Someone had broken my side window that morning and took a few things from my car. I called them that morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Very fast and easy to work with them, dropped off my car at the appointment time, walked down the street to get some lunch, and got a phone call about an hour later that it was done. That day, I was a bit distraught from the break in, it was raining outside, and I had a packed work schedule... so I didn't even have time to clean up the glass debris before taking it in and just thought I was going to clean up after visiting all my clients for the day. They welcomed me back to pick up the car and when I opened my car door to get in, so I can take my little car to the cleaner to clean it out, I noticed they've already vacuumed out the debris from the break in. I went back in to thank them, they said they're just happy they were able to make my day a little easier. I walked out with a much clearer mind. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

(Due to a large earthquake at the exact time as my initial appointment, the manager reached out and communicated with me over the weekend through her personal phone to reschedule. Seemed to have installed my new windshield correctly. Although sometimes it sounds like it's creaking... plus, it ended up being a little more than quoted due to my "windshield being heated" although I have no evidence of the windshield itself heating up. But it was still a decent price and the people were nice enough and they were done in just a couple hours.

We have used the Speedy Auto Glass business by Arctic Blvd for many years. They are the best company in this town. They are very friendly, prompt and professional. The prices are fair and their workmanship is top notch. We highly recommend them for any glass work.

Friendly service. Solid installation of windshield. All inclusive price; no hidden fees or “a small disposal fee”. They did leave some debris all over the dash and steering wheel, didn’t seem to bother to clean up the interior, and the front seats were wet, so it seems like they didn’t bother to try to protect anything. I got home with a wet behind, but if that’s the worst of it, I’ll be a happy camper. I’ll send another review in a few days when I know the windshield is fully cured and secured.

Always take care of me. The best HANDS DOWN. Fireweed n Arctic has the friendliest staff. Didn't have my back window.....they offered to order it. Didn't charge me to cover Bak of truck....... Last place charged me for a small side window and didn't even try to find anyplace that had the window...... Guess they couldn't order. Lol

They were so helpful with info on changing my back wind sheild. They werent only interested in making money off me. Nice informative friendly people. I bought urethane to glue in my back wind sheild myself. Which was actually cheaper than o'Reilly's at $20 a pop.

Chip in a window. Walk in took the truck as soon as i walked in and explained what they were doing and that it was for purpose not looks. So the glass wouldn't crack. The woman who helped me was clear and patient with me. I felt comfortable and safe :)

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to these guys. After my insurance company called them they were at my house within an hour... Picked up my car... And replaced the windshield and the back window that someone decided it didn't need to be there anymore on new years eve. Car was picked up by Benjamin at 1130... Dropped off at 515 windows done and they vaccumed up all the glass. Grade A service. P. S. Didn't have to pay a dime because I pay an extra $10 a month for glass coverage for my vehicle. Thanks Country Financial!
