WC JrThey replaced a fogged thermal pane in a house window. Quick response on arriving to provide an estimate. Owner knew what he was doing. Measured glass quickly. Estimated cost immediately on-site. It was a complex expensive window (low-E thermal pane with internal decorative grid). Cost was fair. We shook hands. Three days later his crew arrived, removed the fogged window, installed the replacement (a perfect match, grid and all). They cleaned the glass. I paid them. Too easy!!!
