Amazing customer service!!! Called in the evening before and got an appointment for the next morning. Was there less than an hour. They were straight up front about price. They vacuumed as much as possible between replacing old and new glass. I loved being the only one there. Nice and cozy waiting area with coffee!

I woke up this morning and saw my back glass of my Camry broke. It was inside the garage and no one seems to know or see anything. The glass was completely shattered like someone throwed a rock in it. I called few places on a Saturday morning and Speed Auto Glass responded right away. He gave me the quote and the glass was available too. I was at his shop an hour later. The shop is the cleanest and the neatest place I have seen. I did not even finish my free cup of coffee ("bonus") when my car was done. Thank you so much to the Speed Auto Glass staff for making my day and installing brand new back glass in no time. I could not see the difference between my old glass. Now I can enjoy my memorial weekend.

I highly recommend this Speed Auto Glass. It is a clean and tidy repair shop, with a very comfortable waiting room for clients, where coffee, tea, snacks are provided. But most important, their work is top notch. They are really careful and knowledgeable in what they do, they take their time, and the end result (my new rear window glass) was perfect. Also, their prices are reasonable, considering the quality of their work and materials, and the time it took (about 1.25 hour) to replace the glass - and make sure that the rear break light, rear windscreen wiper, and rear door remote lock performed properly before releasing my car back to me. Speed Auto Glass did an amazing job with replacing my car window. They were fast, hospitable, and reasonably priced. I called in to inquire a quote and was able to get serviced the very next day. The service was very professional . I could tell they knew what they were doing. The windshield frame was damaged and they made sure the installation was completely secure. Offering new wipers was a plus. They waiting area is clean and offers good coffee. This was a non-insurance job and You would have to look hard to beat their prices. I highly recommend Speed Glass.

We were able to make a same day appointment during a holiday week. Abi replaced the rear window glass and cleaned up the broken glass inside the car. He also went above and beyond to fix the rear window wiper. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The waiting room has coffee, tea, and chocolate snacks. The bathroom was very clean as well. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

The owner was incredibly kind and efficient. The whole thing took only about 30 minutes and there was a nice, clean waiting room with coffee. Prices were great and much better than anywhere else I found in the area. Also, they were open on Sunday, which was really helpful as everyone else was closed. Excellent and professional service provided to us this morning to have our cracked windshield replaced. We scheduled an appointment with them and arrived 15 to 20 minutes early. They took us right in and replaced our windshield in 30 to 40 minutes. The finished product looks great and they cleaned things up very nicely inside and outside the car. My experience with Speed Auto Glass was great. The owners were very nice and helpful. Initially I had told them that my car was a Rav4 2017 but we found out that windshield was of 2018. The owner kept the same price he quoted me originally but replaced it with a 2018 windshield. The shop is very clean and organized, also his wife made me feel comfortable while waiting, she was offering coffee, tea or soft drinks.

The customer service here is unmatched! After a whole month of being dragged around by Safelite, I called here, and they order my glass and had it delivered within 48 hours! I received a call every step of the way, it truly made me feel like they really cared about me as a costumer. Once I got to the establishment, they got to work right away. They installed my glass and cleaned up the broken glass as well. Their waiting room is cozy and offers you free WIFI and beverages as you wait! They quote you a very reasonable price and I was ready to pay them anything just based off of their customer service alone. I hope I don’t have to have another window replaced anytime soon but if I or my friends ever run into this issue again, this is the first place I am calling! The Speed Auto Glass are world class professionals that are savvy and very passionate about delivering extraordinary service/results. I originally contacted them to close up my window after my window wouldn’t roll back up. They instructed me to come into the shop the same day to have the window pulled up. During my visit he told me what the issue was with my car not rolling up and what I would need to install to fix my broken window. He was able to find a way to pull up my window until I brought my part (window regulator). FYI he doesn’t even do window repairs by the way. Next after I brought the part he set a same day window regulator installation for my vehicle(Dodge Challenger 2017). There was some problems installing it on my vehicle but he made sure that the window was installed and completed even after the shop was closed for the day. Abbi and speed glass auto is TRULY AMAZING!!! I would recommend them to anyone. I would most definitely use their services again. They are really the best.

I was able to book a next day appointment, which was much better than the big chain place could offer me. I had to wait awhile because he had another installation. Mine was finished in about 45 minutes. The price was much lower than the chain company was asking. I was very satisfied with the work and the whole service. Bought a used car recently (not here). Discovered a small crack in the windshield after purchase. Figured it hadn't been filled based on how it looked. Took my car to Speed Auto Glass for repair. Ended up being informed that the crack had been filled. Thus, I was saved from spending any money. Decided to replace my windshield after having it cracked for a year. I called and they were willing to take me in same day! They are very flexible with scheduling. As fantastic an experience as windshield replacement could be … easy to access off the beltway, they started work on my car exactly at my reservation time (the moment I arrived—I didn’t even park in their lot, just pulled right into their bay), they have a lovely waiting area with wifi (which I didn’t really even use because they finished work on my windshield so fast that it barely made sense to set up—about 40 minutes from pulling in to pulling out), they were super-friendly and happy to explain what they were doing and why, and, with all of that, they were the lowest bidder out of five shops I contacted. I hope I never need another windshield, but if I do, I’m coming back to Speed Auto Glass.

I went to him about a moisture issue and he found out that my sunroof hoses were clogged. He unclogged both hoses and fix the issue that was not even related to my windshield! Arrived at about 4:15pm (was requested to come in between 4pm and 5pm) and had 2 others ahead of me. Was told it'd be about an hour's wait so I said I'd wait. About half an hour later I drove in my car and my windshield was replaced in about 20 minutes. Waiting room was kind of small but was professional and clean. I came to speed auto glass with my friend because he needed to get the rear driver slide windshield replaced, and let me tell you the man working their earned his title of speed, he was super quick to get it done it only took him 30 min instead of other shops that take 1-2 hours.
