Shavar GoldenI took my vehicle into auto glass express (Alexandria) to have my windshield replaced after being cracked by a rock on the highway. What I appreciated most about the service was the level to which the repair tech communicated throughout the process. There was a matter that came up that went slightly outside of the scope of the job and yet the tech took care of it as a courtesy to me. The finished product was great and I was in and out in roughly two hours.
Rick MascardoFrom contacting them to getting my windshield fixed took less than 24 hours and their prices were very competitive. Technician was great and did a great job and was clear on care instructions for the glass until it fully cured. Would highly recommend.

Not only did they do expertise work in only an hour but they kept me abreast of the entire process when the company was late delivering the glass to them. It was always a very pleasant experience speaking with Jimmy who was always upbeat, friendly, confident, and energetic.
Nowadays it’s hard to find people that enjoy what they do so it was a pleasure to do business with this company.
I’d drive 45 minutes to get to them again for the expertise and incredible service!
