After 2 other companies turned a blind eye to my problem and said the crack on my windshield isn’t fixable, which it isn’t without replacing the windshield. Tom Burns was nice enough to come out and take a look at it anyway. Helped put some product on it so it Will atleast stop it from getting bigger. He did what he could to help me with a non repairable crack, non repairable because of the location of the impact. He gave me some hope in a stressful time where windshields aren’t cheap.I’m very grateful and he’s beyond nice.

Amazing service! I called asked questions and Tom Burns came over the very next day. Although it was sprinkling out he was still able to fix at least 7 rock chips on one windshield and also fixed a hairline crack in another windshield. He did everything quickly and very professional. He also used his own equipment and towel so he would not scratch any of the vehicles. Highly recommended for any of your windshield repairs. Tom is by far one of the kindest and hardest working people I have met. I had about a quarter sized rock chip that spread into about a foot long line crack. This occurred as I was driving through NM on my way to AZ. Tom arrived at exactly 7 AM at the hotel I was staying at and fixed my windshield in less than 15 minutes. The damages would have cost a few hundred at places like safelite but Tom only asked for $40 for his time and kindness. He provides a lifetime guarantee on his work and I would be willing to drive back from AZ just to have him fix any future incidences. Noticed a crack in my windshield a few days ago. Nothing new in New Mexico. That being said, since the crack wasn’t on the driver’s side, I wanted the crack fixed rather than the entire windshield replaced. Pit Stop to the rescue!!
