What a great experience. Called over the phone. Super nice with a plus customer service. Dads truck got broken in at the casino and the dodge dealers couldn’t even help but these guys not only tinted and installed the window in 40 min and had them on the road! I highly recommend these guys and give them a chance b/c they will prove it. I live 11 hours a way and were able to go above and beyond. Thank you Astro auto glass!

The girl in the front was very nice and helpful. Her customer service was a10. The tint was okay but there was bubbling that had occurred on both driver and passenger side small rear windows, as well as the back window along the top. I know there is a warranty but I haven't had the time to take it back or let them know.

This glass company is a little more different than the rest of them that I called. The service at Astro Auto Glass is more personalized. I asked for a specific type manufacture name of glass , and yes they could provided it .These guys went further and advised me of a few other brand names and differences and showed me other windshields .I selected the windshield glass they recommended and was more than happy, not to mention they had it installed at the shop in about an hour. If your have a specific type glass manufacture you need they can get it right away for you, like in a day. I found out these guys work with several manufacturers not just a couple. Don't be shy ask them questions they will gladly help. There prices are very affordable and they have an excellent product warranty.

We were traveling through Albuquerque from Seattle and got a windshield chip along the way. We showed up before they’d opened and waited. They were barely opened and already helping us. Quick service. Friendly staff and the cutest Pug “Paco” to greet us also.

After a few years of putting it off I finally got my windshield replaced. Looked up a few places and landed on these guys. The service was friendly they seemed to be busy. I'm very happy with what I got. The only issue I thing was there were a bit in accurate on there time frames. I was there for almost 2.5 hour when the guy said only about an 1.5 little bit longer than my lunch hour can allow. It got done though and looks great.

Friendly, quick- best price. Was able to get our windshield from the dealer since it was fairly new and their distributor hadn't sold this particular one yet. Got in 2 days later, first thing in the morning, installed and re calibrated. All is working very well now. Highly recommend!

Great work! I tried tinting my own windows and paid for this mistake (lol!) So, I had nano-ceramic tint installed in my car by Astro Autoglass. Margaret and her team did an amazing and professional job. They made my appointment the next day and had my car done on the same day. Very happy with my 2013 Dodge Charger and I highly recommend them. My friends will be taking their RV and '49 Dodge truck to have their work done. Much thanks to Astro Auto Glass for their professional work :) Update: First hot day in Albuquerque (91*) and my car was 20* cooler on the inside. My phone didn’t even overheat! I spent the extra and got the ceramic tint...money well spent! Tint is great , no bubbles or peel. Great job! Highly recommended!

I have used Astro on 2nd and Menaul numerous times. I had windshields replaced on 2 vehicles., they took care of dealing with the insurance even. They also did window tint on a car and refurbished the hazed headlights. They also made a custom window for my RV - 3 years later it is still holding. Prices are fair and the service is great. I'd highly reccomend

They did everything they told me they would do when I made the appointment. I was able to speak to a real human to set up the replacement of a window regulator, got in within a day vs 2 weeks out at a chain place. It did cost more but we'll woth the extra care and ease of service. As an extra plus, I forgot the credit card I wanted to use at home. I gave them another and they held off running it until I called with the card I preferred about 40 mins later. Couldn't have done that at a chain shop. Definitely recommend them.

I am so happy with the service I received from Astro Auto Glass. I was in Mexico when a microburst ran through the parking lot that my vehicle was parked in & broke a rear, passenger side window out. I was able to get my key fob to the parking attendants. Astro Auto Glass answered several calls from my foreign number, sent emails when they couldn't get ahold of me on a foreign number & then, sent someone to do the repairs. When I arrived to my vehicle 2 plus months later the window was repaired & tinted, vehicle vacuumed out & no signs of any damage. Very professional administration, repairs & service. These guys (and gal) are awesome! Needed a windshield replaced on my Kenworth T680, I called multiple places and they were the only ones with my windshield in stock! In and out in less than an hour! I suggest you bobtail here, though you can squeeze a trailer in if needed. Will definitely go back here!

Guy was great he finished repairing my window with a new one because someone broke into my car the night before unfortunately but he came right away in the morning and got it fixed under an hour which was a great thing, he also did was vacuum all the glass out of my car which he didn't need to so I'm thankful for that as well.

Astro installed the window tint on our Nissan Maxima. There is not a bubble anywhere after curing. Not even on the back window around the defroster strips. They work fast and clean and have friendly front desk staff. Their waiting room is clean and the furniture was very comfortable. My wife reported the women's bathroom was super clean and wonderfully decorated. Check them out- you will be impressed!

Astro Auto Glass is excellent! My car window was shattered on Sunday morning, and by Monday morning, my window was replaced and tinted (which they did as a luxury). I've been here twice recently to get chips in my windshield fixed before they could turn into cracks. Initially I was going to try a place closer to my location, but they wanted to charge me over double what Astro Auto Glass did for a very small chip, so now I just go to Astro right away. They kept us informed throughout the process and did provide the insurance carrier needed information & estimates. Astro glass did expect me to prepay for the glass and left me to obtain reimbursement from my insurance. Took me about 6 weeks to be reimbursed. At over $4,000 I was anxious. Although not planned, we ended up with a week to explore Albuquerque..

We were just driving through Albuquerque in a rental car. We had a stone chip in the windshield, and I was worried it was going to spread and crack and I'd be on the hook for the whole windshield.I stopped in,. They were able to fix the chip and within half an hour We were on our way. Very pleasant folks to do business with, great vibe at their place. They also gave us a great recommendation for lunch!
