This was my first time needing representation and it was for a really bad car accident. My experience with this firm was first class to me. They came to my home for the initial intake interview and we very responsive during the entire process. It didn’t matter whether I texted, emailed or called, I had some type of response the same day. My attorney was Heather Nizzio and Ashleigh Foxworthy was her Legal Assistant. They treated me like family. I remember one of my family members falling ill, and I had to go out of town. I couldn’t talk very long when they called to give me a status of the case but when I returned home, I had found that they sent me a greeting card from the whole Devaughn James team wishing my family well. My first impression of this place was that it was really pretty from the inside also looks really professional. When we went inside we were greeted by the reseptionist, she told us to go in a meeting room and proceeded to ask if we wanted something to drink. Which was really nice, great receptionist. After my crash at work i spent several weeks trying to navigate the case by myself. Big mistake. I am not kidding when i say the day i came in and retained a lawyer the phone calls and emails stopped. Then for the next 1.5 years of surgery and recovery they checked on me constantly made sure my family was taken care of and made the paperwork easy.
