I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Frank Fernandez as my lawyer in my time of need, and I knew right from the beginning that I had made a good choice going with him. Right away, he went above and beyond in terms of coming to meet me at my convenience; working around my schedule; and helping in any way he could with my physical needs, as I was temporarily disabled as a result of a car accident at the time. Whether I was meeting Frank for a cup of coffee and an update on my case, talking to Sherry--my case manager--to exchange important information, or passing a message along to Gaston for my files, a positive experience resonated with me throughout. To reiterate what others said, I am going to emphasize that you feel you are talking with family when you deal with him.We could only talk by phone...but that quality shines through.
