I write this review through tears, because I don’t think there are words to express my gratitude to Rick Escobar and his team. It is not an exaggeration to say he literally saved mine and my family’s life. I had met and worked with several attorneys before being referred to Rick. He listened and believed in me and in my innocence. When others were pushing me to take a deal, Rick encouraged me to stick to my principles. After reviewing my case, he was the first to conduct a thorough investigation; something that had not been done by law enforcement or the state. Hello world , I am writing this post in good spirits and praises in honor to Mr. Escobar and his brilliant team of professional lawyer's. I have been walking around for the past two years with a prison sentence hanging over me. I went through a very emotional and depressing experience, with the thought of being sent to prison for 73 months. TODAY I just walked out of the court room with a sentence of time served. Dino Michaels can absolutely work miracles! At least for me he did! Short version of my personal situation, numerous felonies which by all means ( and past accrued sentences ) was very likely going to lead to more prison time. I left court today with 2 misdemeanors, sentenced to time served (1day) & court costs. Sometimes a person's Past can haunt them later in lifeNo matter how much they've turned their life around. I chose Escobar &assoc. mainly because of their history and reputation. And anyone who has had experiences through the legal system knows it is absolutely true that it's all about the status and long earned respect of the firm you choose! Mr. Escobar and his staff were very quick responding to my needs as I found myself being accused of robbery and was aggressively approached by law enforcement serving a warrant in which I was arrested and taken into custody. Upon bailing out I made contact with Mr. Escobar who took swift action. Approximately a week or two later he reached out to give me the great news the case was dismissed. I couldn't thank him and his staff enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who has found themselves in an unfortunate legal situation. Today I want to tell what happened to a relative. First, I want to emphasize that the policemen were very rude and behaved in a very bad way, arriving at my relative's house, accusing and taking belongings illegally, since they did not have a warrant to do this. They imposed charges against my relative without even having proof. We went to Rick Escobar who from the beginning was willing to do everything possible to prove the innocence of my family member. Once we talked to him and told him what happened he got to work on the case right away and in the end, thanks to him and his work, the charges were dropped and the case was closed. If my life depended on legal representation I would hire Attorney Rick Escobar. The last 10 years I have worked with many attorneys along with my son for his legal problems. Some attorneys I hired let me do all the research and diligence and were unprepared in court and the consequences of this were devastating to our family. First and foremost I must give honor and praises to God the Father almighty !! I was referred to Escobar and Associates by another attorney that decided that he was not the right man for the job at hand. My justice and liberty was placed in the hands of a phenomenal attorney by the name of Dino Michaels. Attorney Michaels presented himself as a confident yet a very humbling man. My experience with the Pinellas justice system was a very unpleasant one given the fact that I was arrested and charge with grand theft although there was no investigation nor any evidence to pursue the case in the first place. However the alleged victim took it upon herself to ABUSE her power and position as the judges secretary and her husband as well as a detective with the SPPD. Together they convinced the State to wrongfully pursue a criminal case against me in an attempt to collect some money for a stove and refrigerator that they wrongfully accused me of taking from them.
