Excellent service assisting my husband with the immigration process from start to finish in 3 years. From resident to us citizen, joined us every step of the way and was always very responsive. However, we also were very timely in providing all documents and forms in a timely manner. The client owns just as much of the experience and outcome, the attorney is a legal advisor and guide, but you still have to do the work and PREPARE! WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE, AND SUPPORT. AT THE END MY HUSBAND ACHIEVED CITIZENSHIP AND THAT WAS THE ULTIMATE GOAL. Ardila was there every step of the way, we paid extra for her to also attend all interviews in person with us at USCIS. There is something to be said about having your lawyer present at the meetings. My husband and I started our immigration case in 2008 and went threw with another lawyer well that was a ripoff. We spent so much money with him that it was outrageous. So we decided to move her to Florida from Chicago and we decided to keep on with the immigration case for my husband. One day I was listening to 105.3 La zeta and heard Briann Ardila talking, so I was listening to her vary carefully and decided (what the heck, I’m gonna call her and see if I can make appointment with her to talk about our case.) I was kinda thinking about what she was gonna say. So we went and she carefully listened to what we had to say. So we started the process with her. We did actually what she wanted of us and then in June of 2018 my husband got his WORK PERMIT. Yay for us, we were so happy at this point. So we went and got his s.s card and his drivers license. From there we got a letter in the mail saying he had appointment in November 2018. Well of course we had to reschedule that date. So we got another date for December 2018 and Briann went with us and her translator. We got called in and had our meeting and here in January of 2019 received his RESIDENCE CARD. We were so happy. It took so much pressure off our shoulders and so much relief off our minds. Thanks to Briann Ardila. She is the most wonderful, amazing, caring, loyal, and hard worker. Short summary: Really did the best they could to help us. Both Brienne and Nellybeth were very helpful throughout the process. Detailed summary: * We were with them for about four whole years. The process to get the green card was pretty fast, but the removal of temporary condition took literally forever. It dragged on for about 2 years. I read some of the other comments, and I have to clarify that it's not Brienne's fault. I have read that there has been a huge backlog of applications being delayed. A lot of people are in the same boat. While it's true that we as clients could probably use more updates and periodic communications, I don't think they could've done much more. They can't just move us up the queue somehow. That's up to the immigration. * Nellybeth, the person who was assigned to my case, was very, very helpful during the whole process! She helped organize the documents for us, and she could be reached daily via text messages. Very, very responsive customer service. I sincerely could not have done it without her. You're in luck if she gets assigned to your case as well. * Brienne, the attorney, was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Effectively answered all of our questions in detail. She also gave us the idea of applying for citizenship after three years of marriage, so that the case of removing the green card's temporary condition would be sped up, and sure enough, that worked wonderfully as I have now just passed my citizenship test. (I would seriously recommend talking to her about it if you're in the same boat!) * A minor gripe I have is that I feel that she probably should've called me a lot sooner than just a FEW DAYS before the citizenship test. The call's purpose was to remind me of all the documents to bring to the test, but like, if I really missed any document, I'd be sort of screwed lol...because a few days are not enough to reapply for anything...But thankfully, I got all I needed in the end. So that ended up not being an issue, but it should probably be something to consider for later improvement purposes. Alright, I hope I've been fair in my review, and I wish everybody good luck in their journey to become a resident/citizen!!
