Optimus PrimeI like it when people are proactive. Brian was proactive in reaching out to me via call and text to answer any questions I may have and explained what I should be expect. He sounded warm and friendly and understanding the my situation, He assured me that they'll be doing they can to resolve my case - And I like assurances.
Kenny MaxwellMy case manager took down all the necessary information that is vital to my case. No updates, in fact, I'm still getting text messages as though my case is brand new and untouched. My question is, is my case just sitting in a file on someone's desk or is it actually being worked on. I have no opinion until my case is 100% resolved. These surveys are entirely too early!
