A free review translates to a pressured sales pitch right?! Wrong! I was pleasantly surprised by not only how quickly Tom Weber got back to me and my inquiry, but how he did. I had previously done my homework, started the process, and only had one real question. Going in he explained their philosophy about what the free consults really means, and let me know he’d help however he could…but at the end I’d probably want to hire someone. After chatting, sharing where I was at, and having a genuine conversation with Tom he basically said to save my money and that I’ve got this. Every other firm I requested a consult from either failed to respond, or sent an impersonal cookie-cutter response. With these guys I talked to a Weber (not some random associate) and got real advice. At the end he even was reminding me of what I should focus on. Blown away by how surprisingly awesome the consult was and even though I hope to never need legal counsel again, I know who to call if I do.

I had a very serious issue that has been dragging on for over 2 years and just in my free consultation the attorney was able to give me the same legal advice as if I had retained them. That which would have cost me much more. I really appreciated that the attorney’s advice was vey sensitive to my particular orientation (LGBQT friendly) and how juries in some states can be unpredictable. I hope I never have the need again for a criminal defense attorney, but I sure do know where to go now.
