When I got my second ticket this year, after going 10 years without one, I decided that I would give Emerald City Law Group a try. After signing the agreement and sending in payment and a copy of the ticket, they did everything else. A court date was scheduled and they appeared on my behalf. They were able to get the fine reduced and the speeding ticket changed to a non-moving violation. With the cost of their fees, that ended up costing a bit more than the original ticket, but not missing a day of work and keeping my insurance rates low will make it worthwhile.

I had a great experience with Emerald City Law Group. I am a student at a University, so my time and financial resources are very limited. It was great just having to scan and email the ticket; I didn't even need to meet in person, or show up to court. The paralegal that was working on my case, conducted herself in a very professional and courteous manner, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. By the end of it, my potential moving violation was reduced to a non-moving, so my record stays clean. And the total fine amount was reduced substantially, plus no increased insurance rates. I received a moving violation for speeding on April 12. I had recently received a mailed advertisement from Emerald City Law Group, which I had saved, so I contacted them. Brandi and Freddy handled my intake efficiently, and told me exactly what to expect (either a reduction to a non-moving violation or a complete dismissal, or my money back.) Six weeks later their attorney went to court, met with the prosecutor and arranged a reduction to a non-moving violation, same fee as the original ticket, which I paid on the spot (I went to the court to observe.) Clear communication, reasonable fee, ideal outcome. All in all, an excellent experience.

Easy easy lemon squeezy! Emerald City Law Group was amazing and easy to work with. I received a speeding infraction while I was traveling in Seattle from out of state. I didn't want the ticket to go onto my record so I looked around for getting an attorney to represent me in court. I got a speeding ticket back in September 2015 while visiting from Florida to attend my best friend's wedding. About three weeks later I started the process of resolving the issue. Living in Florida, I decided it was best to hire an attorney. My situation was a little sticky in the sense that I had apparently waited too long to request to fight the ticket. Most firms I spoke to, including Brandi at Emerald, told me there were no guarantees in having the court recall the ticket for us to fight it (Motion to Vacate). All I do is email the Emerald City Law Group team about the latest officer I've met and they take it from there. I decided to go to m court hearing even though it wasn't nessesary but I wanted to see for myself how they had such a good record. My lawyer talked to the judge for at tops 1 minute then he told me the case was dismissed and I was off. I had no idea that getting a speeding ticket for 18 over was so easy to wipe off my record! Fantastic Service. First time I've ever used a law firm for a speeding ticket. A friend a work gave me their number and I reluctantly said "ok", let's give them a try! I have a fairly "active" traffic record as I drive for a living. (Lead foot) That being said I didn't think much could be done but I'd let the law firm try. Communication throughout was wonderful. They initiated contact with me. I assume they research police records for their leads. My initial phone call was with someone who didn't seem experienced, and I didn't have any further contact with her. I received a notice from Emerald in the mail - seemed like a no brainer since if they don't get the ticket dismissed they promise nothing out of pocket...I called and they explained the process well over the phone. They took care of everything. I did not even have to go to court. They were able to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation which won't be on my permanent record.
