I cannot say enough good things about this law firm and Attorney Ann Vankirk and case manager Melonie Cron. I was rear ended, my car was totaled, and I was hurt, the other insurance Company did not feel I had sustained any injuries that would not heal. It isn't easy to find the positive in a violent car collision, but subsequently working with the Dubin Law Group is the closest thing to a silver lining that a person will find. My fiancee and I were involved in a head-on collision in March of 2020 with another driver. Both cars involved were totalled and my fiancee and I sustained bodily injuries. The person I was dealing with was a shark and a bully. She offered me a settlement, and said she would not pay for anymore medical. I got really lucky when the first law firm I called was Dubin. My experience with Matthew Dubin and his law office has been nothing less then stellar. Unfortunately this has not been the norm for me when working with other lawyers. Matthew and his office were able to answer any questions I had regarding my auto accident. A typical lawyer experience usually involves a "free" consultation with your attorney at which point you sign up with them. Following this "free" appointment you are rarely granted the opportunity to talk with your lawyer again if at all. I was involved in two different car accidents 3 months apart with two different vehicles. Of course this also involved labor and industries (I was at work both times delivering sandwiches for my job) and two different insurance companies. On a recommendation from a coworker that had used this law firm before, I gave them a call and went into the office for a consultation with Becca. Even though my case took almost 2 years from the time of the first accident to settle, Becca and Matt were there for me the entire time. I was injured in a pedestrian accident. Initially I was going to deal with the insurance companies myself, however as I started getting calls and letters from them, I decided I needed help. I live in Pierce County and I researched lawyers in both King and Pierce County and called and interviewed many of the lawyers. I ended up selected Dubin Law Office and am really glad I did. I primarily dealt with Becca, but it was clear that Matt was available if I wanted to talk to him. From the beginning, Becca made it clear that my concern should be with dealing with my injuries and they would take care of dealing with the insurance companies and anything related to my case. Matthew Dubin was recommended to me. Hiring his firm was the best decision I made in going through the trials of being injured in the accident. Matthew Dubin and his associates worked tirelessly to make sure that my rights and interests were upheld. They are caring and honest folks who truely do want the best for those they are hired to serve. I've read Matt's posts on Vaping (and his open letter). I've also read many, many comments from the community regarding his posts. Seems to me that Matt put forth a best faith invitation to those who might be harmed in some way to call him or even another lawyer to make sure their rights and interests are upheld. I don't believe he deserved the attacks and vulgar responses that he has received. It was said many times that "he didn't have his facts straight", but instead of attacking him - it would have been much more productive and positive for the Vaping businesses and Vaping users to reach out (as some did) and discuss the issues with him. It is sad to see that most reactions were poorly thought out and viciously presented. Especially toward someone I know who only looks out for people. The love of my life is a vaper. And I am happy that he is. He has been vaping for some time and has never had an issue with any device, battery, coil, or juice. I love the smell of cookies coming from his vaper instead of the vile cigarrette smoke I used to endure. I do feel vaping is safer than smoking cigarrettes, but I also know that we don't always see the effects of things until many years later - as we have with cigarrettes and tanning. My fella is careful with his batteries and his device knowing full well that ANYTHING that we use in our daily lives may have the potential to cause harm. We've seen it with cell phones and hover boards. We've see it with power tools, kitchen appliances, and even simple light fixtures. We see it everyday. And you are right - in many, many cases it is user error or negligence that casues the harm, but there are those times when it isn't. Always remember that there are those times when it isn't. And if you are on the receiving end of an injury when that happens - I can tell you that you would want Matt in your corner. He would fight for you in every way possible to make sure you are taken care of. All I am trying to say is work together to make it safer. Better products, better batteries, required education or training - whatever it takes. However you do it is up to you, but put your passion for what you believe in and want to better use. Attacking a man who only wants to help folks who might need his services is no way to make this happen. Good man, great lawyer, and I highly recommend him.

The Dubin Law Group is for real. Josh C and Saundra Kaley were on my case. They are extremely professional efficient . They were very informative kept open lines of communication keeping me informed of the entire process. I was rear ended by a semi truck who tried to deny fault.
