Highly recommend! Helped our family get disability application approved. I am an accountant and very experienced at filing government forms, but was denied for my child's disability when applying without help. Nothing had changed about his condition and they were able to get an immediate approval within 3 or 4 months! They did all the work and document preparation. Just recently got thru a year long process for SSI disability with this firm and I previously have applied twice for SSI on my own before coming across them. I was denied twice during this process with Marasco & Nesselbush which was to be expected with how difficult getting SSI can be, my Attorney/representative then got me set up for a court determination and my case was found to be favorable !! As of 2/1/21 I began getting my benefits and am finishing things up. What I've gotta say about this firm and the people they have working for them is that they are Extremely helpful and attentive. I rarely write a review for any business because it's not at all typical that I receive the superior effort that makes them deserving-especially when it comes to law firms, where it's not uncommon to get "lost in the shuffle." You cannot come close to understanding how stressful it is, at first being deemed disabled, and then having to go through the stressful, arduous process of applying for SSDI, unless you have had the same unfortunate experience. Most don't realize that applying to receive SSDI is so much more than just completing a simple application.For me, based on my poor physical and mental health, I know for sure that I would never been able to complete the process without the representation of the law office of Marasco & Nesselbush. I first chose to seek help from this particular law firm because of their tremendous amount of 5 star reviews, just like this one. I initially met with Maryellen Squillante, an attorney who explained that she had once been employed at SSA, and therefore, was extemely familiar with their policies and how to best approach the process. Maryellen, not only painted a clear picture of what I would face going forward, but also assured me that her staff would fight this battle on my behalf, head on. From that point on, there are no words to express the height of my gratitude for the attention and respect I received from everyone at this firm. I could write a 5 page letter as to why this law firm is the best, but I don’t have time. Today I walked into the office without having an appointment looking for help regarding SSDI. I was granted disability benefits a few years ago with the assistance of Donna Nesselbush & her team of EXCELLENT staff members. I ran into a serious issue regarding my SSDI benefits and I couldn’t get through to the office after trying over 50 times. I even left 21 voicemails for a certain employee with no return call. My benefits were going to get cut off within the next week and I couldn’t get any help from the SSI office. One phone call I waited 3.5 hours to get someone on the line and after a couple of questions they hung the phone up on me. Today with the help of Ms. Laidicha Nascimento my issue was resolved within 20 minutes. She contacted the SSI office and took my issue into her own hands which is extremely rare. Ever since I hired this law firm I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service and results. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get on SSDI or SSI.
