I have a good experience with Sarpa Law firm. When I first called, I was trying to get an answer that could really give me hope. The lawyer I spoke with was busy but he gave me a word to call back and he did follow up without mentioning any fees. He really did gave me a clear picture of my options which will make me choose him over other lawyers. My immigration journey was very long and difficult but luckily I found Yaschar Sarpa and he did his magic. I was arrested by immigration authorities and told that I had been ordered deported without my knowledge. The judge that issued the deportation order had a reputation to deny 90 % of appeals. All this was happening during Trump presidency in North Carolina state, and so I had almost no hope to fix my situation. I had already moved to Oregon as well. But Yaschar put everything he had on the table and quickly developed a working strategy and we started to act. In a few short months my asylum case was reopened and my deportation was cancelled. My case was transferred to Oregon immigration court. Then we started to strengthen my case with more court papers and preparing me for the final hearing. Yaschar was very clear and explained all the legal matters to me in detail. I am an engineer in my home country and I could tell that his mind was very detailed and organized. He was my immigration lawyer for more than 3 years until the end when my asylum was approved by the judge. He helped me not just legally but also morally and I loved his positive attitude and support, it was as important for me as all that paperwork. He told me he takes cases that inspire him and that is why he believed in me so deeply. Going through this process was extremely mentally challenging and the approval was a life-defining moment for me. I can tell you that the Sarpa Law firm are experts in immigration cases, especially physician/medical doctor cases. They are also very fast to respond.
