I had the privilege to have Attorney Ashley Winslow representing me . The one trait she demonstrate was her level of kindness , respect and non judgmental approach. So often, people forget that one small act of kindness and respect holds volumes to the Partnership of an Attorney and Client, when addressing a case (and people in general). She was responsive to my questions in less than 48 hours , and she went the extra mile to understand the level of communication and the support at keeping my anxiety levels from rising and keep it at bay. I remember when I called Lowry associates to see what I needed to do after my accident. Ashley came to my house and help me through this. Then covid came and I couldn't go to the doctor like I should have. But Ashley kept me updated. She did her best helping me out. I was in an awful accident where I was hit as a pedestrian March 2019. Although I was very hurt, the odds weren't 100% in my favor. But Lowry & Associates were still able to reach a substantial settlement for me. Covid happened while in the process, so it took longer than normal, but they communicated the whole time and promptly responded to my phone calls and questions. and when it came down to the nitty gritty of the settlement, it was very quick. They said 4 weeks to get my check after the case was closed and it took a week! I am very thankful for their help. I put very minimal effort in, everything was taken care of for me.

As a new father of just a couple weeks whose family had just been injured, myself as well. I was not at all prepared for everything that took place following our wreck. Being way over my head with everything I made the best decision I could have at that time and that was to call Mr. Beardsley with Lowry and Associates. James came on to speak with me and I met with him shortly after. We went over everything, he was very thorough and at that time he stated I was in good hands and he would be taking my case. That was a year and 4 months ago. In that time he has been there around every corner and medical appointment, he has explained everything personally ( not his assistant or someone else, him personally) when I had a question, and genuinely cared for the well being of myself and family. I really can’t thank him enough for the amount of stress he has lifted off my shoulders so I can focus on the most important thing and that is the health of my family. Got referred to James since my accident happened in Maine but my work men's comp case was in Massachusetts , so it was a difficult case to gather all the facts and laws between the two states . It was a long , drawn out case , But James and his team got all the facts and were persistent with the insurance companies. James Beardsley, Mary Larsen, and Kiyonah Wilkinson, went above and beyond for our family. My son was the victim of a hit and run we later found out the person who hit him was under the influence of fentanyl.
