Jeff and team helped me get my green card. I had previously used another layer where I paid lump sum and a year later she did not deliver and received a letter to the effect that I was not granted recidency status. A friend of mine told me about Jeff and his family practice. He explained everything worked with me daily and let me pay in installments. My wife and I recently completed the immigration process for Visa K with the Jeffrey Gonzales immigration team and felt strongly compelled to write a review because of the excellent experience we had. I am from Mexico and entered the US illegally in the '90s. I had been working on trying to fix my situation ever since we were married 8 yrs ago, but every lawyer we met with in Minnesota advised us not to do it because the odds of us being approved were so low. It was extremely frustrating and stressful to live with the day to day issues caused by my undocumented status, so we were determined to find a solution. Some friends of ours in Oregon recommended Jeffrey Gonzales team as the best immigration lawyers in the country so we went out there to meet with them. We quickly saw why! They immediately put us at ease, telling us our case was good and describing their high success rate with cases like ours. (I went for that other office first because it was supposed to be cheaper - $125 for 30 minutes... I highly recommend the Gonzales immigration law firm. In advocating my case their attorneys proved extremely competent and persistent. And it took quite a while to complete the immigration process because my husband applied for a hardship waiver. The waiver enabled me remain in the United States throughout the process and required only a brief visit to the consulate in Mexico for a three days. Unfortunately however our first waiver application was denied. Nevertheless as the Gonzales attorneys were very surprised that our waiver had been denied (based on their prior experience), they encouraged us to apply a second time for the hardship waiver.
