If there was 10 stars I would give Andy just that. I recently found myself in the most stressful event of my life. Wondering if I needed an attorney to represent me. I called and Andy answered on the second ring. He was very understanding and willing to help. I set up an appointment with him and I'm glad I did. I had been fortunate enough to avoid any confrontations with the law during my first 60 years. Unfortunately that changed and I found myself in legal trouble. The legal system is overwhelming to try to deal with alone. I was lucky enough to find Attorney Andy Green to be my advocate during this difficult time. His first and arguably best advice-don’t believe what you read on the internet. Andy assured me that he would see the case through, and convinced me not to worry prematurely about the proceedings, as that was what I hired him for. I followed Andy’s advice (for the most part) and it proved to be accurate. I had no idea that the court could continue to add charges on top of the original charge prior to hearings. As additional charges were added, Andy assured me that he was there to help lead me through the process. There were times when I was tempted to just plead guilty to all the charges to just get them behind me. Andy explained the long term negative consequences of this approach and convinced me to fight for my rights. In the end, Andy handled the entire case in a most professional way. The original charge was mitigated to the fullest extent possible. The subsequent charges were either dropped completely or reduced to much lesser charges, all while avoiding the additional expense of a trial. I can’t recommend Attorney Andy Green highly enough if you have need of legal services. He was with me every step of the way and was always available when I needed legal advice. Andy will fight hard for you and will always have your best interests in mind.

Andy Green is THE MAN !!! He really takes care of you. After making the poor decision to drink and drive and race another car on a Friday night on HWY 26 going 105mph on 60mph road, I was facing a serious Reckless Driving offense, DUI and criminal speeding ticket. I lost my job because of these offenses happened in a company vehicle, and potentially ruined my career in the industry I was working. I have heard horror stories about other lawyers charging too much and doing little to nothing. But lucky for me I hired Andy, and because of his long term relationships in his industry, he was able to get the prosecutor to drop my Reckless driving charge and massive speeding ticket as well as enter me into the DUI Diversion program. Everything was essentially dropped and after completing Diversion I will have no conviction record of any of these offenses. This has saved my background check for future employment and housing applications! Thanks Andy, you saved my future. Let me preface by stating that I have never been the type to go online and write a review of a product or service and have always left that to the aspiring critics. However in this instance, when my expectations have been exceeded in such a profound manner, I believe it my duty to spead the good word as a human being and consumer. What I had worried would most likely be one of the more trying and unbearable seasons of my life, was actually an absolute learning experience and almost painlessly navigated with Andy's counsel. On first impression, the office is incredible and I definitely got the sense I was in the company of a heavy hitter in the legal world. Upon meeting Andy, he was very calming and welcoming, while being incredibly concise and thorough. He explained all my realistic options within the parameters of the law, and got all my affairs consolidated and in motion. Also given the luxurious ambience of the office, and his extremely dapper appearance, his rate was actually less than I have known many other top dui lawyers to ask. Through out the following months of legal process, Andy was exceptionally available and never missed a call or left a text unresponded. In the court room, you could definitely see that the man is well respected and holds a degree of prestige in legal circles. I couldn't help but feel like I was getting the VIP experience of dui lawyers. All said and done, this, unfortunately being my second dui, was far less hindering to my life and livelihood than my first less serious offense. Andy saved me time, money, and provided me with associates of his for the court mandated treatment that made the process exponentially more beneficial. I would recommend him to anyone battling a dui.
