I had an accident in August of 2019, a friend of my referred me to the Husband and wife law team (One star) who basically told me they were to busy for my case and that they felt it would be better if I went to a law firm that they would refer me to which was Blake Law, which was a terrible experience as I never could speak with my attorney, only her assistant and after leaving many messages and waiting for any information everything was taking forever. I was told one time that they were waiting for medical records, and that they had waited about 3-4 months, when I found out I went directly to the medical office who told me that they had only received one message from them and that they had tried to call back twice but there was no followup, the records were sent to them within 2 days. The only good thing that Blake Law did was refer me to Zachar Law. I had one of the only calls I had from the attorney with Blake Law informing me what was happening and I thought here we go again.... Within a few days I had a phone call from Zachar Law and a conversation with the attorney and his assistant (imagine that), letting me know the process and to help inform me what my expectations should be. It was nice when I had to have a doctors appointment with the insurance companies attorney and that my attorney even went to the doctor appointment with me. Our case was finally settled after 3 years with a fair settlement and handled in a professional and expediant matter. Thank you Zachar Law

First, I would LOVE to say thank you to Dan and Kevin, they where amazing! Ok, now to the actual review. Zachar law was not my original lawyer, I had the great fortune of the case needing to go to actual litigation. The original lawyer had informed me that if this happened they would outsource to another firm. While the case being a pain is never ideal, I really am grateful my case ended up in the very capable hands that it did. They contacted me immediately after they received my case. I was walked threw everything. First who they where, why my case was there where super proactive (unlike the previous lawyer) about obtaining all prevalent documentation. When the I had to give a deposition Dan spent hours with me on the phone making sure I was prepared. Staring with what to expect. There are may things that where included in that. I'm gonna have to start with me. He always checked on my emotional state. My accident was unique and did not involve a stranger. I would have not been emotionally ready for without him acknowledging that made the situation more delicate. His empathy and experience where a guiding light in this very difficult situation. In the deposition and in the arbitration it was absolutely captivating/ gratifying watching him work. He was prepared and ready to defend me! The way he fought and interjected to defend my case with everything the insurance was trying to pull was amazing. He had examples, exerts and really shielded my interest. The case did take a little while to close. I however know that's just how the system worked this time because of the details. Dan and Kevin where both great about informing me what the next step was. Telling me how long the opposition had to legally give a response to them or to the courts. They dragged it out as much as possible to try to get me to fold and accept less than what where even my medical bills. I was patient, it helped that I was always in the loop. I could call and get an update whenever I wanted. It was well worth it. All I will say is I had an AMAZING team. I can't recommend them enough!! I hope to never need an accident lawyer again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling from the start that time.

For those unclear, 33.3% is the standard cut for personal injury cases across the US. Filing fees, employee payroll for hours spent on a case, overhead costs, et al... so it's in the attorneys best interest to go for most money they can thus it may take time to settle your case.. Where do I start? I was in a car accident January 31, 2018. I was the passenger in a car accident involving my mother who was the driver and another vehicle. A day or so after the car accident, I ended up getting in touch with an attorney with whom I was familiar. He had helped my family several times as the attorney in car accidents. So when I had my car accident it was a no-brainer that I would go with him. Fast forward 10 months I get a phone call, actually I called them and they miraculously answered the phone which was something that they did not regularly do nor did they regularly return phone calls. Anyway, so I got in contact with them to ask about the progress of my case to which I was told that after 10 months of knowing the participants in the car accident and whatnot, they were unable to represent me because it would have been a conflict of interest seeing that my mother was a previous client of theirs years ago, almost 20. Really??! It took 10 months for you guys to figure this out?? Not only that, they then referred me to a different attorney who I assumed agreed to take on my case after being told the specifics of my case by my first attorney. I call that attorney's office, I get a return phone call telling me that the new attorney who my original attorney had referred me to, was not interested in taking my case. By this time I'm just absolutely baffled, frustrated and upset at the incompetency of my original attorney's office. So at this point I don't have much confidence or trust that I am going to find an attorney willing to take my case. I go to Google and search for accident attorneys in my area, lo and behold I find Zachar Law Firm. From the very beginning this Law Firm was so helpful, so warm, so accommodating and understanding that it was almost too good to be true!! They accepted my case and immediately got to work on getting a resolution and settlement for me. They showed the utmost professionalism from the very beginning!! Anytime I would call their office, there was someone there to answer the phone. If the attorney who was assisting me which ended up being Christine was not available and I left a voicemail, I would get a return call within no more than 24 hours I would say. My daughter and I were rear-ended in 2014 while at a stoplight. My daughter was hurt upon impact sustaining a severe concussion, while my symptoms took a few days. After going to a movie with my two daughters and my grandson, I was involved in a car accident having been struck by a red light runner. For the first time in my life, I felt compelled to retain an attorney, after my oldest son was hit on the Loop-101 and his Jeep rolled three times.
