I have called couple other offices in regards my case. Every time the people at the front desk answer, they start asking bunch of questions almost to a harassment level, stressing you out even more. I have told a friend about my experience and how unprofessional both offices sounded therefore did want to even try their lawyers. He recommended me Bayer’s office so called in. A person name Johanna answered, after she thanked me for calling their office, she asked me how can she help me. I have explained my situation and she immediately was sincere and asked me how I felt, asked me how am I doing now etc She truly made me feel she cares. When you are injured you already feel you’ve been thru hell add hundreds of questions from insurance agents, adjusters, cops on scene etc. It is a breath of fresh air for someone to show they care first before they start running numbers and facts. Secondly, she was very organised and simple with her requests. I felt like she wasn’t all over the place like the others, which helped me get the information and paperwork she needed with no stress or anxiety. To me it is very important to feel comfortable and trusting with the person asking me all kind of personal information, because I didn’t get to talk to the lawyer till way after she collected the information. She is the First main reason why I have decided to hire them for my case. I knew if they hire someone like Johanna who cares this much about their clients than the lawyer must care as much as well. When i Called them they were at my door the next day, it took a while and at some points i thought they may have even forgotten about me but that was because they were fighting really hard to build up the amount of money from the other insurance and lower the doctor bills, i went from the first offer of only getting about 3.4k and i was really disappointed cause my motorcycle was completely totaled and my shoulder was fractured, after like 2-3 months of fighting they got it all the way up to 16k for my pocket instead, they mean business and are on your side! At first with how much the hospital bills were and they take of the money i was only going to get 12k, but they felt bad that they were going to make more money from it then i would so they decided to match me and let me keep an extra 4.1k cause of it, like that's pretty amazing to say the least.
