Brad Sadek is a lovely person--if you need the services he offers, he's the best in the business. I found him to be knowledgeable and compassionate regarding my situation. From the first phone call (or meeting in-person, I've done both with Sadek and Cooper on two cases now), they made me feel like I could let go of the breath I was holding for so long. Brad and his team have answered every question I could think of, and at each step in my case, they gave me super clear instructions so I knew what documentation to gather up and what was going to happen next. They offered to work with me to do a flexible payment plan so that my legal fees were manageable. I thought "I can't afford to use a lawyer with an office in Center City" but 1) UNTRUE! and 2), they saved me SO much money in the end, they really saved my financial future. This was my first time having to get a lawyer myself and I have to say it was scary at first. I had to call around and listen to people tell me that there is no point in taking the case or that they would take it but I would probably lose. Well, I spoke to someone at Sadek and Cooper and they eventually got me started and it was such a pleasant surprise to work with them. I worked with Joelle and Patrick and they were both super helpful and Joelle was very responsive and professional. After hearing everything that my ex was going through with her lawyer, we started working together to try and come up with a plan that worked for us both and Joelle was absolutely the best in working with us. My ex ended up canceling services with her lawyer and we worked with Joelle to get official paperwork written up, signed, and filed. I have to say, Joelle was very patient in the million questions I had and all the emails I sent. Again, I don't know how other lawyers are but I got what I paid for and it was worth every penny. Hopefully I won't need them in the future, but I know who I will use or recommend if needed.

Brad Sadek at Sadek and Cooper Law is AMAZING and gives excellent customer service. 10 years ago he personally guided me through chapter 7 and let me enter into a payment plan until I had enough to file. Within 2 years my credit score was back up and during my 3 year I was able to buy a beautiful. Unfortunately, I'm going through a divorce and I had to come back to him to file a chapter 13 to save my home from foreclosure but Brad even as the owner of this big law firm met with me personally to discuss my case and give my options and again was so willing to work with me until I had the money to file. I don't know where to start. Sadek & Cooper is one of the best law firms that I have encountered. They made my custody battle a open and shut case before even going in front of a judge. During my consultation with Patrick Cooper, he listened with care and let me know that he will handle my case in such a short time frame. My hearing was a few weeks after I've contacted them. Well... About a year ago I was faced with an unpleasant (but necessary) decision. I contacted Sadek and Cooper to make an appointment and ended up speaking with Brad. I brought all of the required/requested information and we did some calculations together (I like numbers) to see what my options were. The process was relaxed and transparent, and his advice was neutral and objective (in my opinion). I ended up filing for CH13, which allowed me to keep my property. I worked with Matt for the remainder of the process. He was communicative, helpful, and very patient with someone like me who asks A LOT of questions. If you're going to go for CH7 or CH13 I'd suggest at least talking to Sadek & Cooper to get an idea of what your options are. And if you decide to go through it with them I can't imagine you'll be disappointed (as lond as YOU do what's required on time, etc. of course). We're talking about court here, so it's best to be early and over-prepared for everything. I hope I never have to use their services again (for obvious reasons lol), but I'm certainly very happy that I DID when I needed to. They helped me tremendously and it has been SMOOTH SAILING since my CH13 plan was approved. I wish them all the best and look forward to the end of my CH13 and it being cleared from my record eventually. If you're considering CH7 or 13 DO your RESEARCH. Don't be "afraid", educate yourself, be an INFORMED consumer. And go talk to Sadek & Cooper for some SOUND advice and a good analysis of your options! SOONER rather than LATER. Don't wait until the last minute.
