I would highly recommend Kline & Specter, PC. We first contacted the law firm in August 2019 regarding a case against a pharmaceutical company. The lawyer assigned to our case, Priscilla Jimenez, was excellent! We signed all the paperwork and medical record release forms and then COVID hit the country. I thought this would delay things, but it really didn't. The entire team worked on our case remotely and reviewed all of the medical records, which spanned from 2017 to 2019. In June 2020, Priscilla notified us that a settlement was offered which was 3x higher than what was anticipated. She gave us the option of going to trial and explained the process, but we opted for the settlement. Then the medical lien investigations did take a considerable amount of time but that was due to Medicare, and not at all reflective of Kline & Specter. During that time, we were in communication with paralegal Miguel Matheus on a regular basis and he let us know the status of the case. After Priscilla negotiated the medical liens down to nearly a 1/3 of what Medicare was claiming, the settlement was paid by the pharmaceutical company and we received our check shortly after that! Shortly thereafter, we received a call from Kline & Specter stating that they were sending us another check because during an audit of our file, it was discovered that the lien search company had charged twice for their services. The entire process was very smooth and easy and was done via email/electronically so we never had to meet in person during the pandemic. The honesty and integrity of this firm is beyond reproach and I am so glad that I contacted them with our case. Thank you K&S and especially Priscilla and Miguel!

Our family experienced the worst loss of our lives and the law firm of Kline and Specter could not have made the process more easy, comforting and gave the feeling of authentically having someone on your side -authentically compassionate. We worked with many attorneys at the firm but that's because of the process. However, each one could not have been more professional, courteous and most importantly - down to earth. One would think that because K & S is such a huge law firm that you're going to get pompous, arrogant and pretentious lawyers, but at K & S it's the total opposite. They actually - you have to sit down for this one - they answer the phone or return your call within two days at the most. They discuss your case at a non-lawyers level. I have several graduate degrees but I'm not a lawyer, they know this and take this approach with every step of the process. The lawyers at the firm are not "jacks of all trades", each one is a master of one specific area of law. One may specialize in discovery, the other is a doctor, and the other may actually know what the inside of a court room looks like. If I was a defendant I would not want to get mail with a letter from Kline & Specter's. If you have a malpractice case you would be doing yourself and your family a disservice by not going to K & S. Yeah, there are other firms that can do the same but at K&S they have a seamless process with lawyers that treat and talk to you like two friends would talk to each other. And when they say they're going to do something they get it done at break-neck speed. I don't writer reviews for anything and for me to take out the time to do this is proof in itself that the service and and treatment my family received from Kline and Specter was well worth the phone call.
